Went to this location to get a passport picture taken after procrastinating for half a decade. I was really nervous of looking like cr*p like all my other ID photos. Sally & Ashu, the 2 people working, helped me and let me take a bunch of shots to pick the best one. They were both so lovely and patient with me, and I loved my picture. Finally! I ate! read more

UPS tends to get really busy on the weekends but Sally did an amazing job. She was by all by herself and she helped everyone with great customer service. Sally was very pleasant and helped us with our faxing and shipping of documents. She was great at multi-tasking without making people feel rushed. read more

We stopped in here to have a document notarized. No appointment. They were extremely helpful, friendly, patient and professional. You get a good feeling when you walk in to this store. The staff here seem to really care about each other and work well together. I would come back to this store for many of their services. They have fair prices too. Only one thing I would improve - maybe have a desk with chairs to use when notarizing documents, because it can take some time.... I will definitely return to this location. read more

"Lost or stolen items " They have a organized way of getting my package it's just that lately I've had the company or business I order from say that they delivered some items I still can't find or receive until this day. My package was partially delivered missing some items that show as delivered . I have already asked about some package that was lost or stolen and still have not been given the package . I had been notified I had my package delivered on January 11,2025 leaving it just 3 items missing now since that notified date : I did not find three items marked as delivered .I usually get my items early that's why I'm concerned . The P.O. Box I have is small it wouldn't fit the items there they usually have items in a walk in room behind the PO Boxes if they're too large . read more

Wow!!! Covid has made this place better. I came here twice prior to Covid and it was okay. The first time service wasn't the best but given the it's a shipping place it rarely is. The second trip had good service but a long wait and I was only the second person in line. Came in to drop off my phone to ship back and I was in and out in under a minute. I started coming here for some Amazon returns and despite the fact that those Amazon returns are really poorly paying for the UPS shops that take them I was always treated friendly and welcomed with a smile, even on my third and fourth return. After getting some orders from UPS too I figured that instead of some of those more expensive packages sitting on my porch all day long I'd get a UPS My Choice membership and have them delivered to this store: The store is served early (around 10:45 usually), I can pick them up at my convenience and my packages are safe! By now Sally and Gigi greet me with my first name in addition to the smiles and recently when I went for a multi-week trip to Germany they even held one of my packages for me for over 3 weeks for a small fee! They charge $5.00 just to send them an email. If you're doing an Amazon return it will cost you over $6.00 just for them to receive the email and attach the shipping label. Price gouging for email. read more

I had a fully issued shipping label on my phone, and they charge $5 for printing a single sheet of paper. Prices aren't posted anywhere. I asked where these prices were coming from and the attendant pulled out a busted placard and said "We're an individual franchise, we can charge whatever we want for services" Go anywhere else! This is straight taking advantage of UPS customers. There is no excuse for this. read more

This UPS is AWESOME - every employee is always professional and KIND! I usually go in quickly for returns but I started going for EVERYTHING because they are pleasant and get things done! Usually there is not a long wait because they watch the line even. They laminated something for me and they just have an upbeat positive attitude and there's never a problem - easy peasy! The store's wifi is not accessible and the employee proceeded to tell me to use my credit card to access their computer for $3.00. No, I'm not spending money because your wifi is spotty. I rarely go into UPS - maybe once in a long while. I went in around noon and a young gentleman helped me out. I had two medium-sized boxes to ship out. I placed both boxes next to the scale and the young man rudely said "on the scale!" I quickly placed it on the scale and he yelled "with the barcode up!!!" so I turned it up. After scanning, he picked up the box and placed it somewhere else. With the second box, he looked at me and said "again!" Once again, I turned it up and placed on the scale. Is that the normal protocol? I don't visit UPS enough to know. Later I called my husband and asked if that's what you typically have to do at UPS and he said no, maybe I was just being taken advantage of. Regardless, I didn't appreciate the service I received and will be visiting another location for future shipments. It looks like Gen V. went on the same day and it was the same two employees that were sitting when I went in as well. The gentleman in the picture was the same gentleman who rudely demanded I place the box on the scale, barcode up. read more

This afternoon we walked in and there was just one customer in store and that customer was on a computer. We approached the register and the two employees were sitting. On their phones and one eating. We needed to get something printed out they told us either wait for that customer on the computer or send it to the email. Let me remind you they didn't get up yet. Customer service is very poor in this location. read more

The first week of March had a package re-routed to this UPS store because I wasn't going to be home. My tracking info said it had arrived at the store so i went to pick it up a couple hours later- someone named Ariana accepted my package and apparently they stole it! Not just my package, but enough for a case with the Santa Clara PD. I was told by the owner of this location that I would be reimbursed for the cost of the package but it's not September and I haven't received anything. Wish I could give no stars. Not only was my package stolen by a UPS store employee, but the store isn't rectifying this in a timely manner. It's been 7 months!!!! read more

This is a seriously terrible place to do business!! I had so many stops today that I thought I could save some time by shipping one small package here. I handed the small padded package to cashier Shilpa, behind the counter. Her quote for the lowest price shipping was $9.75. Um, really? I told her I'd just go to the post office, she snapped. She repeatedly told me, they are the same price as USPS. Even as we walked out the door, she kept saying that. Okay, I went right over to the post office and this small package was $3.50 to ship. If they are more expensive then USPS, just say it. There is no reason to lie about it. So, $6.00 might not seem like a huge issue, but I hate being lied to. In fact, this is enough to keep me from ever returning. I do not recommend. Just head over to your local post office. read more

I have had a mailbox at this store for over 10 years, even before it became a UPS store. Through many owners and employees, some good, some okay. The newest owner has been the best. She really seems to care, is friendly and professional. She hires great employees too. One of her best hires is Sally. No matter how busy, Sally is always ready to help with a smile and always goes above and beyond. Maybe she spoils me, because I am a long time customer, but she has always given outstanding service since she started. Many a day I have come in when it's very busy, particularly since Covid operating rules began, and she always calmly handles customers.
