I realize people prefer to complain when things go wrong and that consumer shipping is a very difficult industry but 2.5 stars is unfair for this location. If you look at the reviews over the last 18 months, they are mostly 5 stars with a few 1 stars mixed in. I've used this location a handful of times and I have always been happy with the customer service. The woman who has helped me most of the time has been there for years. On the most recent visit, she offered to repack a fragile package I was shipping across the country -- double boxing it and adding significant protective packaging. She also explained a variety of delivery choices, most importantly including signature required. When I was unsure how to fill out some of the paperwork, she offered to do it for me. So why not 5 stars? It's pricey. I can't say for sure it's more expensive than other UPS locations but it seems like it. But it's convenient and friendly so I'll keep coming back. read more

I went to ship a package and return some items from Amazon. The lady who helped me was very nice and incredibly efficient. Good service with a smile. It beats going to Whole Foods for Amazon returns - WFs can be a hit or miss based on crowds and their level of staffing. I'm not sure why their reviews / rating are so low (perhaps they are from older experiences and different ownership), but I have been here several times, and my experience has always been great. The store is clean and spacious, and it's located inside a plaza with a lot of places to eat (and some places to shop). Parking can be a little tight at times, but nothing too crazy - they even have short term parking spots right outside of the store which is very convenient. read more

This is one of the few stores that has more 1 star review than anything else. I returned an Amazon ordered. Was charged $2 some tape over the returned box. In the past, Amazon location would just help me tape it. I don't recommend this location. New ownership but still sucks! If possible, go to the UPS owned stores. Wonderful service from UPS Store Cupertino! Scheduled a notary appointment and it was super easy. Ritu was the one who warmly greeted me with a sweet smile and the whole notary process was smooth! Since I didn't need witnesses, it was only $15 for me. I love the kindness and professionalism shown from Ritu as she emailed me to double confirm whether I needed 1 or 2 witnesses since I initially requested it.
