Notary & shipping services. Kate has always been very pleasant helping me with either shipping or Notary. I've used this store for some complicated shipping requirements and they always go out of there way to make things easy for me. Yes, they get busy at peak hours, but always acknowledge the customers as they walk in and work quickly to serve everyone with care and accuracy. It's sometimes a thankless job, yet they manage to smile and provide a pleasant customer care experience. Thank you to the staff at Cupertino UPS store read more

A busy place, but the help there are quick, kind and courteous! They offer notary public service, gift wrapping, Amazon returns, and packing, as well as UPS shipping read more

I realize people prefer to complain when things go wrong and that consumer shipping is a very difficult industry but 2.5 stars is unfair for this location. If you look at the reviews over the last 18 months, they are mostly 5 stars with a few 1 stars mixed in. I've used this location a handful of times and I have always been happy with the customer service. The woman who has helped me most of the time has been there for years. On the most recent visit, she offered to repack a fragile package I was shipping across the country -- double boxing it and adding significant protective packaging. She also explained a variety of delivery choices, most importantly including signature required. When I was unsure how to fill out some of the paperwork, she offered to do it for me. So why not 5 stars? It's pricey. I can't say for sure it's more expensive than other UPS locations but it seems like it. But it's convenient and friendly so I'll keep coming back. read more

horrible parking - especially for Disabled Cost on envelopes and boxes always seems high, they could have better competitive pricing. LACK OF CHAIRS FOR DISABLED but do have 1 seat and window for disabled which is usually full of non- disabled customers. read more

I have used the notary service recently and been extremely pleased with the service. They are very efficient, very friendly, careful and attentive to detail. They helped me make copies of my documents after notarizing. And even helped other customers doing quick drop offs in parallel so I didn't feel guilty clogging up the line with my notary request! read more

Love this UPS store and its kind employees. Ritu was especially helpful on multiple occasions. She has helped me taped up my box when I had forgotten to bring my tape once and when I did remember to bring my tape dispenser and didn't know how to use it, she had shown me how it worked and explained why it worked that way. I am very grateful for spectacular customer service provided by Ritu and others there. read more

I went to ship a package and return some items from Amazon. The lady who helped me was very nice and incredibly efficient. Good service with a smile. It beats going to Whole Foods for Amazon returns - WFs can be a hit or miss based on crowds and their level of staffing. I'm not sure why their reviews / rating are so low (perhaps they are from older experiences and different ownership), but I have been here several times, and my experience has always been great. The store is clean and spacious, and it's located inside a plaza with a lot of places to eat (and some places to shop). Parking can be a little tight at times, but nothing too crazy - they even have short term parking spots right outside of the store which is very convenient. read more

The person who assisted me at the UPS store with my large print order of almost 200 pages, and complicated collation, different file sizes, color and black-and-white, some card stock, was very helpful and patient. While the whole order took over an hour to fulfill, it was ultimately much faster and cheaper than it would have been printing it myself or going to another location. read more
