I went in for my photos: professional and helpful staff, knew just what I needed (even had the photo specifications memorized). The store has a good set-up for taking the photos, and the clerk printed them right away, cut them to size, and added a legible date and store stamp. The whole process took maybe 15 minutes, walk-in! Needed to get a couple passport pictures taken and after going to a retail chain and another mail outlet , who clearly had signs they did them , both said not today. So happen upon PostalAnnex and was very HAPPY they were offering the service. Went in and with one person before me in line , and one staff member I was in and out in maybe 5-7 minutes tops. Very friendly staff , and overall the experience was much appreciated. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is this location also handle private mail boxes , only a small quantity and I noticed that either incoming or outgoing mail dropped off was unsecured. Some right by the door , in these days to much risk. If I was use this location for mailing would ask they secure the dropped of package. However the availability , speed and great service made this a solid 4 star experience read more

He offers some suggestions as to how we could reduce the cost and sent us on our way. We returned later, and they were helpful again, and gave a small discount, (because the cost was so high, and we were shipping quite a few things) which was very nice. I come here for all my mailing and notary needs. The owner is so nice and responsive. This place takes packages for UPS, USPS, and FedEx which makes it extremely convenient. When the store is actually open, five stars. Service is fast, courteous, and dependable. But I am knocking a star because the place is often not open during published business hours, particularly on Saturday. You may go there on Saturday at 3 PM and it is closed, despite the door saying it is meant to be open until 4 PM. I am not talking about holiday weekends when they declare they will be closed, but regular Saturdays that are officially within their business hours. Some weekdays are also closed 15 minutes before their scheduled closing time. Always call beforehand if you are going there, so you know if they will be there when you are there. If you call beforehand, you will avoid any wasted trips. read more

My wife and I went in this afternoon to get our passport photos taken. When I called earlier during the day, the lady over the phone suggested that we come in after 4:30pm as they wouldn't be very busy. Great advice! We walked in, and were greeted with a smile by Ravi who gets top marks for exceptional customer service. Ravi was kind enough to provide me with 2 photo options, as I wasn't fully satisfied with the first one. We were in and out in less than 10 mins -- small job but done very well. Every time I come in, whether its for fax, notary, fedex shipping, etc, Cely is always willing to help and understand my concern when it comes to really important things that I have to take care of; whether its giving me several different options for shipping (with the best prices), or even giving me self-stick envelopes when i told her that i don't like to like my envelopes. Even though I don't come in often, Cely remembers me every time and seems like we just keep the conversation going from last time. It's not a big deal that she remembers most of her customers, but at the same time its the customer service here that really sets this place apart. Pretty much always had a good experience here. The woman who owns it is almost always there. She is very professional and very helpful nice. I have run into this one other employee. It was earlier in the morning and he seemed like he was still in bed. Was ringing up my shipments or something and messed it up. I had two little girls with me so I prefer to be in and out of course. But that was the one and only time I've run across him. I really like this store because it's so close to home, I can do everything here, and it's never crowded like the post office. I have used notary service for my daughters birth certificate, ups drop off, fed ex probably, picked up passport applications (you can take the photos here but not turn it in) . The other great thing is that packing material (foam peanuts) are free with shipping. She has helped me pack something securely, fill it with peanuts, and tape it. The post office charges for bubble packing and tape. I highly recommend it. read more

Including: -Fax -Notary -FedEx Shipping (overnight) -Buying envelopes The two people who work here, Cely and her daughter, are absolutely wonderful with their customer service and really make these (at times) stressful tasks very easy, and they lay down all the different pricing options (especially for shipping) that are available to make sure that you get the best price. This place is also great because the post-office is usually really crowded and takes long, but this place is extremely fast, even if you have to wait in line which is what i'm looking for in a store like this. It's also cool how Cely also remembers all of her customers, which is part of the reason you can tell she really wants to make each transaction stress-free, and make this a good part of your day. read more

Came the day before and there was no mention of this, except to come tomorrow which I did. All together wasted several hours of my time chasing a package. I've been here about 2 or 3 times to get things notarized, sent, or printed. The lady has always been incredibly rude to me. One time I had a job interview, printer wasn't working so I came here early before the interview. The lady gave me the wrong email address, said I have to somewhere else for wifi to email again, said I need to wait 10 mins for email to arrive (wtf doesn't take that long), then when all she needed to do was press "print", she answers a phone call for another 10 mins! I politely told her I had a job interview and she's like " I know All I had to do is press print" then another person came in and she started answering her questions and helping her! I almost wanted to ask just to press "print" myself! It takes a little time to print and she tells me the cost and I give her the money. However, by now she's helping the lady and totally ignoring me even though I'm trying to give her money! I can't believe to print 3 pages took almost half an hour and I had a job interview! I was sooo annoyed when I left. This was the worst but every other times (which was before this incident) she's always rude to me, and it's not like she knows me because I've only been in there 1,2 other times. read more

I have been coming to this place for many years now. Sally is always doing things above and beyond the call of duty. She once did a notary public form for me after her office hour. Yesterday I had to mail quite a few boxes of books away. She found all the right boxes, taught me not to put too many books in one box, found all the stuffing material for me for free, and stayed open after her working hour to help me and finish the whole job. I am really glad that I can go to her whenever I have items of special sizes and values to mail and whenever I have notary public needs because I know she would take care of me as she does of her own family! read more

By Wednesday the envelope was still not delivered. I called this location and asked why, the guy has the guts to tell me he still have my FedEx envelope on his hand - 4 DAYS!!!. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
