The white guy with the beard seems to be the manager and is so quick and helpful. I come to this location all the way from Cambrian park because the Bascom location is so slow. I see a lot of comments about the Indian lady, but she is fast and knowledgeable. They just have a shortage of products. read more

Go to other locations unless you are printing something and do not need any human help. I heard them explain to one man after he took a while to package his box they cannot accept his package type at that location and he needs to go elsewhere to which he justly asked why they could not tell him sooner since he had obviously needed to borrow their cart to wheel in a heavy item and borrow the cart back to his car and now risk the other location being closed. And after printing my labels the guy told me they don't ship my kind of package which is odd since the FedEx delivery truck driver does. He was not actually helpful in either case just eager to not help. Go to other locations or schedule a pickup with delivery drivers who say you can ship almost anything. read more

I was helped by the older russian lady (I think so but forgive me if I am mistaken) it began well as she herself called me in seeing that I was waiting in the line. After she put the address in the bill came up and it was double of what I expected. It is only some paper to be moved and doesn't make sense to be paying that much so when I pointed out that the rate has been hiked too much she got all salty and gruffily said me to cancel it so I obliged. Now if I price check other places this this still comes out better guess whether I am still coming back? read more

I had a bad experience with their passport photo service. I paid five dollars more for the digital format on a USB drive. Unfortunately, when I got home the file was corrupted and unusable. Next time I'll just take the photo myself and use an app to clean up the background and shadows. read more

Came by to drop off my prepaid package the other day and it was a quick and easy experience! Parking was available in front of the ship center in the strip mall. Upon entering, there is now a self-serve drop off that prints out a receipt for a quick and easy drop-off! Staff are wearing the FedEx uniform with name tag behind the counter if full service is needed! read more

Beware! I'm not sure if intentional deception or mistaken but the service woman said that Fedex no longer does International Ground to Canada. She said Fedex stopped doing it during covid. When told it was on the Fedex website she mentioned that sometimes they dont update their website but that was the corporate policy. However, to send a letter would be $70 (vs ~$30 for Intetnational ground). Fedex does still indeed have international ground, went thru process online printed label and dropped off. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This location (Store #10061) has a 2.4-star rating for a reason. About a month ago, I came in to ship an item. The moment I walked in, I explicitly told the female owner I wanted a delivery service type. When I handed her the envelope, I repeated that delivery type for the second time. Despite my clear and repeated instructions, she intentionally processed it as another more expensive delivery type, charging me an extra $20-$30 without my consent. She clearly gambled on the fact that I wouldn't check the receipt or care about the price. This isn't just a mistake; it's a predatory sales tactic. I found I was charged with a more expensive delivery service type after I got to office. Do yourself a favor: skip this dishonest shop and drive the extra 5 minutes to the FedEx on Stevens Creek or Sunnyvale. Don't let her scam you like they tried to do to me. read more

Amazing service. The printers were running slow. So who I assume the manager, Carlos, came and personally assisted first by helping me login the computer to him saying send to me too to see who got the file first to print. I was in a time crunch and they assisted the most. They asked for assistance in a store program to buy a candy bar to help out. If you stop here I recommend helping them out cause they'll do the same for you without ask. read more

Absolutely Terrible customer service, I handed the operator the phone to input the address and they typed it incorrectly. I paid $11 for this shipment. I called customer service upon being told the address was invalid and they were unable to ship and they informed me there would be a $23 charge for change of address, I asked for the package to be shipped to my return address on file and was told it would be the same $23 fee. I cannot stress this enough go to a different shipper, go to DHL, go to UPS, go to USPS read more

Hey I felt it was my duty to leave a good review. I was helped immediately by a very nice Indian lady. We exchanged pleasantries, and I was on my way. (I'm leaving this positive review because there are so many horrible ones on here). I'll use this store in the future! read more

Opens at 9AM!!! Why? So frustrating!! Service is ok here, location is great. But the hours should be updated!

Went in right when the store opened today (10AM) there was an older Russian lady and Indian woman and both were no help. I needed to to print only 2 pages and they couldn't even help with that. They're really lazy and hide in the back of the store and will tell you to follow the instructions or go outside. I asked if I could email them the pages and they insisted the machine could do it. you're better off going to UPS next door to get any printing or shipping things done. They have much better customer service and will get your things done in less than 5 minutes! read more

I stopped by to print some entrance tickets I forgot at home. The great thing is that fedex is everywhere so if you need to print and are not at home, just look on maps to find one nearby read more

This is quite possibly the WORST FedEx store on the planet. Do not take your items here to be shipped. This is the 3rd time Ive used them and the 3rd time they have screwed up. This time with an international package. These idiots have NO idea what they are doing. It's literally taken me THREE hours on the phone with Fedex to fix what these idiots screwed up. Even the FedEx Rep I worked with was shocked at their stupidity! If you need to ship something FedEx - drive father and get better service. read more

I gave 1 star since there is no lower option, this is worst Fedex office I have ever been. Today I tried to sent a package but got reject since it was too big, and only say this is rule and do not provide info how to find right location to send to. After we hard requested it, they only gave us another store, however, that is fake info, the address is not fedex location, even the close fedex store of fake location is not accept the package. read more

I had a great experience at this FedEx location. The place was busy, but very efficient. There were no line but literally as soon as one customer walked out, the next one was walking in. I needed some printing done and Kathrine behind the desk was extremely helpful. I would recommend this place for helpful staff and ease of parking. read more

Office now closes at 2pm on Saturday!? Bunch of us turned around with our packages. Not coming back.

This is probably the worst fedex center out there in entire California... first their service is horrible!!! These guys have too much attitude and they don't care to even look at you when they are answering! Second their machines are terrible, ll have to restart if you scan more than 10 pages at a time.. they are not even sorry, yeah do it if u like it or leave... I have never seen someone this terrible and rude in any place anywhere!!!!! Never coming again here. read more

0 stars if i could do that. Very rude lady at the counter.go somewhere else. Very unwelcoming attitude. When i asked when would my packet go she made a face saying you should have come earlier it leaves at 6pm.she could have said that normally too. read more

I use fedex kinkos for printing my documents. I do a good amount of printing. I send the documents through the email and they usually are able to get the copies printed for me by the time it takes to drive there. I have has them copy off plans for my house as well. The 24 x 36 inch prints. The cost of all their printing is really pretty high but they are always able to get things done fast and the people who work there are friendly and want to really help. read more

I've stopped in this store several times and have always had quick and courteous help. Definitely was not a 1-2 star experience for me. On this latest stop, I asked for a product they did not have (a paper tube). The employee recommended other locations where I could find one. read more

Zero stars! Sooo rude! I patiently waited for 10 mins while they helped the two ladies in front of me n this guy walks in puts his three boxes on the second cashier area on the right and SHARRON helps him before me even though I had been standing there waiting and raised my hand when she said who's next. He had three boxes that took another 10 mins to ship. I had one envelope ... fucking rude, she completely ignored me and helped this guy who just walked in first! What the fuck is that about. And I'm not hard to miss being 8.5 months pregnant. Thanks Sharron! Excellent customer service! read more

All other associates are super friendly except for the older white lady. I think she is the customer service manager. Unfriendly and does not smile. I dropped off an Express envelope at 5 and said 'I hope I didn't miss the cutoff' and she she looked at me and asked 'what are you sending'. I said this is 'Express' and she said '7'. As I was walking out, I saw the cutoff time for Express and it is 5:15! Thanks lady for your help. If you are going to be grumpy, then don't work in a customer facing role. read more

No wonder this place only has less than 2 stars. This has been one of those experiences where you just don't feel like there was any customer service. Would rather drive a couple of blocks to another location. Worst of all is the trainee was the polite one whereas the trainer or the supposed "manager" was just plain rude. She is not qualified to be a manager. read more

This review is for this location not Fed Ex shipping in general. The customer service team at this location are outright rude! I work in the area so this location is convenient. I work in customer service so i know it can have its moments.. but these ladies ALWAYS seem to be bitchy and put out that they need to assist customers as part of their job. This service is expensive but i find it worth it with the exception of the consistent disrespect the employees show their customers. Go to the Sunnyvale location instead!! read more

Convenient location, terrible customer service. We went to inquire and get a quote on shipping a 30" tall package, and was hastily declined service by the manager. She immediately turned us away without giving any assistance, stating she could not do anything for us, unless we show her the box, the weight and shipping destination of the package, all of which we of course had in mind but were never given a chance to provide, as the lady thought that another customer might deserve her attention better. We then approached her a second time and literally pleaded her to hear us out ,since she would not stop interrupting everytime we opened our mouths. Finally, she gave us a quote, saying she was only doing it "out of courtesy". While we were okay with the price, the experience deterred us from using Fedex for the shipment of our Ebay goods. read more

Best fedex store I have been to. The person working the counter was very quick, knowledgable, and friendly. Shortest wait I have ever had at a FedEx store, he packaged up the laptop while I filled out the forms. Smallest Fedex Kinkos I have ever been in but it is 3 doors down from Starbucks so you can kill two birds with one stop and be green somehow too. Been in a couple times to drop some FedEx packages off and the staff are always pleasant. ...and they sell chips and other snacks too! read more

I was assured my international shipment will be picked if I completed my order before 5.00. I did complete at 4:54 PM and I have a receipt to prove it. Sadly! the international package wasn't picked up on that day and was delayed by a day. I don't trust this shop any more. read more

I've came here couple years and always been treated friendly, except today, today was a new guy helping me and he told me can't give me receipt after scan the printed label since he scanned the label on my phone already, even he didn't give me a receipt at the first time, but he couldn't print the receipt no more. And after that he brought his manager Arthur to help, then I tried to explain to Arthur, this new guy just tell me 'hold on, hold on' with doing a stop sign by hand signal. This part makes my really piss, I never been treated like that in ALL FedEx I went. After Arthur came he printed a duplicate receipt for me. So here's what I think, first of all, you tell me you can't print the receipt but once others here they can do that, does that mean you didn't been train well and you still get this job?(this guy's tag shows he works there since 2019) Secondly, is it really ok for you been so rude to customers? Maybe I didn't explain everything right but I just wanna tell everyone there's so many FedEx location to choose, never go here ever again!!!!! read more

Customer service Simone was very rude, lazy and incapable. I went to this office to pick up package. She gave me a package that had a wrong name AND a wrong tracking number. I pointed that out to her and she just shrugged it off and said that the package had not arrived. I pointed out the email saying that the package was ready for pick up, she just rudely claimed that she looked everywhere and that was nothing else she could do and that the email was wrong and I should go home and wait. I insisted that she checked again and she finally found my package. She said the Chinese last names look similar and so she could not tell who. I was very offended and pointed out how lazy and incapable she was. She yelled at me back. So I would report her to the management. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. read more

Worst Fedex office I have ever been to. Service was horrible. I waited in line for over 45 minutes as the 2nd person in line as they serviced everyone behind me and kept me waiting. I just needed to fedex a simple overnight letter that I already had in a FedEx express envelope. I decide to leave and go to a different fedex office of a different franchise owner so that this one did not get my business. Never going to this one again read more

HORRIBLE customer service! I was asking questions and this woman named Katrin (store manager as shows on her name badge) didn't want to help me at all! She gave me an attitude as soon as I started talking. Every time I ask her questions she cuts me off before I can even finish. She gave me this condescending sarcastic replies such as "I don't know that's what the computer shows", "I don't know I don't work for the customs" all throughout the conversation. When I told her to stop acting rude because it's getting annoying, she replied "YOU ARE ANNOYING ME". Like what? I'm annoying her because I'm asking her questions? LOL What is she doing working at a customer service driven business and yet she doesn't understand what customer service is all about!? Seriously? SMH! Corporate/Regional FedEx should do something about this. Clearly, I'm not the only one complaining given the previous reviews on this location. read more

First off this review has nothing to do with the service I received since the lady was pretty friendly. However I wished she would have told me the price beforehand. I walked into this location because it was the closest to me at the time. I generally go to the one on Prospect road. I needed to email around 6 pieces of paper to my school but this location only has one computer and scanner which was currently in use and the guy just reloaded his card, so there was no telling how long it would take. So the lady offered to fax it. I didn't think twice because I thought not only will this likely be cheaper anyway but I also had the fax number handy. Low and behold, $13 later! I was stunned. Now I'm not a cheapo and don't mind paying for a service I need but $13 to fax 6 pieces of paper sounds a little ridiculous to me. I understand times are hard for some businesses in the Bay Area but charging this much to fax paperwork is totally unethical in my eyes. read more

The front office is small and had 2 customers ahead of me. Even though, I had my N95 mask and gloves on, I decided to wait outside for those inside to come out (due to corona fears). The front desk lady saw me hesitant to enter and she stepped out and took my pre-paid package and handed off the receipt few seconds later. I sincerely thank them for this nice gesture.
