Went in here because we needed to get something notarized and then sent via certified mail. We were greeted immediately. Both of the people who worked there were very kind and polite. We were in and out including getting the document notarized and mailed with certified mail in less than 10 minutes. Cost was around $20 for everything. read more

Don't get fingerprinting done here. It took 45 minutes this afternoon and they couldn't guarantee that my prints would go through. There was one person getting theirs done before me who took about 15-20 minutes. When it was my turn, the trainee couldn't get my pinky prints approved. The computer would beep and say, "insufficient roll." After we tried rolling each pinky about 20 times each, she finally went to get help from another employee. He came back and said they could just submit them anyways. I asked what would happen if each pinky was an inefficient capture and he said my Livescan/fingerprinting wouldn't clear and I could come back and get a refund for the $30 fee. So here I am waiting and hoping they captured my prints accurately in time to get cleared for my kids field trip. Lesson learned, I won't come here for fingerprinting ever again. read more

I love this place to ship my packages. Not only do I ship UPS packages for also USPS, which is so convenient. They open a lot later than the regular post office, and they're always so friendly. This was my 2nd time getting something notarized here, and both times the service was great and very helpful. They're very thorough with their work and always make sure to check IDs. It was a bit embarrassing that my ID was expired, but luckily they accepted my passport and were still able to complete my paperwork. They made the process very easy and quick. read more

Arrived here with my family around 1:15 pm on a Saturday afternoon to ship a package, notarize documents, and photocopy documents. We were the only ones inside and there was a sole worker helping us- a nice gentleman who provided awesome and professional customer service. He was very thorough in helping us with our multiple asks and specific requests while great multitasking like picking up the phone and attending to walk in customers while we were working on our documents. He found opportune moments to work with other customers while working with us. Horrible experience. The staff is good except one who is an elderly guy who was extremely rude. We brought 20 boxes worth to be mailed and this is the first time I've heard of the reasoning, there's not enough space for the carrier to accept these boxes. We've dropped more than 20 boxes several times before with no issues. If you're dealing with staff, just don't deal with the elderly guy here, as he spews inaccurate information so that he doesn't have to work. read more

This is the worst place to get a mailbox at in my opinion. The app notifies you and shows your package has arrived. You schedule a pick up. You go there to pick up your package and they tell you, we have it but we can't give it to you. I got there on a Saturday and they tell me to come back Monday. I get there Monday and they tell me the person that does that isn't here come back later. If your someone looking for this kind of service, this is the place for you. Terrible experience, terrible service. I do not recommend this place. read more

Super unfriendly lady works here who over charged us. She charged us a dollar per document for SCANS. She was also very unfriendly. My mom wanted to go here because she likes to support small business and says the man who works there is nice but unfortunately the lady was not nice to us even though my mom had been there that same morning. She refused to scan our apostille documents 1 by 1 as requested since they are stapled with a seal. If she'd had experience with these types of documents before, I would have loved to hear it but she offered no assistance and simply refused to scan one by one. Our receipt states it was a fax and has no itemization on it, and low and behold they charged us their infamous 17 dollars, just like every other person on these reviews that had bad experiences... Please be kind and helpful to your customers!! I gave 2 stars because she got the job done, albeit a painful experience lol read more

Went in after calling to see if they had Usps flat rate boxes/envelopes. Was told they do... when I arrived I was told the price to send the flat-date ENVELOPE was 17 dollars. Absolutely insane. Charge me a buck if uoh want, even two... the mailers are free to you.. but that's like 5-7 dollars more, per envelope! I was excited when I realized there was a shipping center close to me... but that excitement is now disappointment. read more

Do NOT come here for your baby passport photos. I paid $30 and the picture was rejected at our appointment. They told me to keep her in the car seat and use a white sheet as a background, which is not allowed you have to have a flat backdrop with no wrinkles, better to lay them down (as I suggested but they said no.) her dress covered her chin a little so that was also an issue. I went back to tell the it was rejected, the gentlemen was understanding and pointed to the sign that said no refunds. Do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens on Snell, it's only $16 and they do an amazing job and have it ready in 5min! Never coming back here again. read more

Had a terrible experience at this location. Had a PO Box for a few months, everything was fine, then started having problems with my packages and mail. Picked up a package, got mine and someone else's. I returned it, didn't think much of it. Happened again, this time the package was a completely different PO Box. I returned it and started to worry. By this time I had 2 letters from another box in my mail. 3 time, package missing. Since I had received other people's packages 2 times already, I immediately got worried. Went back a few times to check and couldn't get a hold of supervisor, didn't get a call back, was told they couldn't do anything, to contact the shipping company. After that, I had 2 more packages missing. One mysteriously appeared the day I confronted the owner with the postman present. I know I was not the only one also having problems as one time another person also returned a package that wasn't theirs. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Good luck! read more
