I opened a UPS box here to safely collect my mail given that our mailbox has had issues with theft. This is a busy location but I find the line always moves fast. The people who work here are kind, hard working folks. I broke a bone in my foot recently and Lupe was super helpful and kind to me in helping me grab my packages. I would give 0 stars if I could. I visited this UPS Store on 10/6 around 6 PM and witnessed incredibly unprofessional behavior from the two women working there. They refused to release a package to a customer because the name on the shipment didn't match the customer's ID exactly -- it was addressed to a nickname. While I understand policies are in place for security reasons, the way they handled the situation was unacceptable from the start. Rather than calmly explaining the policy, both employees spoke with immediate attitude, saying "We're not releasing anything if the name doesn't match." When the customer tried to explain, they responded with sarcastic remarks, refused to help further, and told her to "come back tomorrow at 8 AM" to speak with someone else. Only after repeated requests did they reluctantly attempt a call to the employee who had confirmed the package's arrival -- but even that was done with visible annoyance. When the customer asked for UPS's number to file a complaint, one employee told her to "Google it," while the other finally gave in and provided the number -- making sure it wasn't their store number. After the customer left, both employees continued speaking negatively about her in front of others in the store, saying they "would've given it to her if she didn't have an attitude" -- completely ignoring the fact that their tone started the entire conflict. To be clear: this wasn't my package or issue, but witnessing this level of disrespect toward a customer was disturbing. The situation could've been handled professionally and respectfully -- instead, it was made worse by rude, dismissive behavior. read more

I enjoy going to this location because the service is usually quick and the staff are pleasant and friendly to work with. They get a ton of Amazon return customers, I am one of them. It doesn't take long before you get service, it's only long when a customer has multiple returns. The only issue is the door to open the store feels super clunky and heavy. They need to fix the door, it feels like 25 lbs trying to open it and it wants to shut right back close. It's also super cold, I guess that's a good thing on a hot summer day. read more

I visited this UPS store on 12/07 at 11:30 AM to drop off a return. There were already two ladies in front of me who looked like they'd been waiting for about 20 minutes. The store had two employees working: one assisting a customer with a notarization and the other helping someone with packing. This store is small, and it's easy to be aware of the situation around you. As the line started to build up with more customers for returns, drop-offs, and pickups, a man walked in and asked the notary employee to check if he had a package to pick up. Instead of directing the man to wait in line like the rest of us, the worker paused everything to check the system and assured him they'd bring his package out immediately. This was frustrating and unfair. Everyone in the growing line was waiting patiently for their turn, and most of us were there for similar reasons. When one customer spoke up about the man cutting the line, the worker gave excuses, claiming they couldn't take their eyes off notarization paperwork. Even though the same employee had looked up multiple times and even paused to assist the man who cut the line. The situation felt poorly handled, and the workers tried to shift blame to the customers, claiming they didn't know who came first. This excuse felt like a dismissal of the frustration shared by the people waiting. Like you don't have self-awareness of the store you work at?? While I understand that waiting is part of the process, fairness is key. If the staff had been more mindful of the line and prioritized serving customers in order, this could have been avoided. I hope management addresses this issue so customers don't leave feeling overlooked and disrespected. read more

I've been with The UPS store for over 15 years, it was the best store ever when Ed and Delores owned it. Ever since new owner took over the service has declined 100%. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They hold the mail, do not follow store policy and I would recommend another location because this one sucks under new ownership. read more

We went to this UPS location to send food over to our daughter. We spent a $300 for overnight shipping and the person helping us entered the wrong address. We called their 800 number and got the run around with multiple people and a manager. We also called the location and they weren't able to help either. Long story short... all the food was spoiled, $ down the drain and they didn't even refund a dime. read more

Rude staff member. Our company has a corporate account with UPS so when I drop my packages off, the label is already on the package & I never need a receipt and I have never experienced an issue with dropping off a package and not standing in the line at any of the UPS stores I have gone to, and I have been to several. I mean why stand in line and make it longer when it literally takes you three seconds to drop off a package? I came in to drop off my package at this store. There was a line, I went to the side counter, and I could see a staff member on the phone. I quietly said, "I just have a drop off". And I went towards the counter to set it down. She shook her head no to me and pointed to the line. I said again, "but I don't need a receipt". She made the same gesture. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and could not stand in the line to drop this off. So, I left and went to another UPS store where, per the usual, I had no issues. In & out. I called the next day to speak to a manger to understand the protocol when dropping off a package. For example: Does it depend on which store, etc. A young lady answered the phone, told me there was no manager to speak to. I then asked her about the protocol. She seemed almost confused on how to answer but told me they don't allow that because the other customers think they are cutting in line. Not sure how that gets misconstrued when you're in and out but ok. I then told her about what I experienced the day before when I went in. Mind you, while sharing my experience I did not insult, or even say she was rude when explaining it. She proceeds to tell me that it was HER who was telling me that and that I was disrespectful when I came in because I could clearly see she was on the phone. So, the way she spoke to me, I was shocked. She was nice up to the point when she realized who I was. At that point, I asked her name. She said it was Amy. I am an HR Professional and I am shocked how unprofessional she was. After that phone call, my issue wasn't so much what I experienced at the store that day it was more how she spoke to me on the phone. I will NEVER go to that UPS store again. read more

This store has no respect for the disabled or the elderly. I specifically called & asked the hours for the notary service at this UPS store & was told it is was until 6:30. I arrived during the hours I was told, with my eldely handicapped Mom & the employees here refused to help us. The person certified to do the notary was there but decided he didn't feel like it. Normally not one to write Yelp reviews unless I feel like the customer service could've been extremely better. I understand we are in difficult times, but I don't think store manager Saraí realizes that the way you say things to a customer and the tone of voice one uses MAKES A DIFFERENCE. My brother and I came in to the store to ship some packages (16 total), as we were having someone scan them, she rudely interrupted and said, "we have a maximum of 6 packages per customer." The tone of voice was passive and I was standing at the door with the rest of the packages as we struggled to get them all inside. My brother kindly expressed, "oh okay, I'll do 6 then" and it was an easy thing for me to tell him, "well you do 6 and then I can do 6 so we just come back tomorrow for the others left to ship." Then Saraí cuts me off mid sentence and says, "well I know you're together." Anyways, I call another UPS store and there's no limit and I'm looking for something in WRITING that states this is a policy.. couldn't find it anywhere. When I found something online that stated there was NO LIMIT of packages, I went back inside and said, "excuse me, online it says there isn't a limit?" And she says, "yeah well we're a UPS store. That's UPS. It's different." I'm one to keep my composure and so for the way she was talking to me in a belittling tone, I couldn't help but write this review. Point being, my brother shipped his 6 and I put on a hat and a different shirt on and came in to ship 6. Saraí made my it difficult and could've been a bit more humanistic and understanding that we could've done two different "shipments" (6 for my brother & 6 for me). It would've been a different story if she worded it more kindly and a bit less passive aggressive with less attitude in tone of voice. I get it, maybe she was having a rough day or idk, just hates the job. I get it! But it doesn't give her a pass to respond to customers the way she did. We all got stuff going on, doesn't give anyone the right to speak to someone else the way she did to us. read more

I have been in there several times and find Rush and his coworker extremely nice, professional and helpful. Great to have a good place for packages, mailing and copies so close by. From my experience with the store. First greeting from the guy at the counter is "What do you want with the boxes...". While you are getting the shipping label from your phone(less than 1 minutes), the guy tapped his fingers on the boxes showing his impatience. The guy refused to ship the item (in the original package) and stated it has to be placed in a box. I had a box with me and he is asking $2 for a piece of tape to seal the box. He had placed my other items in plastic bag for shipment. Probably that is the way franchise store to make money.... read more

Look at the other reviews, this location obviously has a problem with their customer service and attitude. They rather spend their time on the phone or arguing with their customers I stead of doing their job and keeping the line moving. Long wait time and rude and aggressive employees. Even for something as simple as a small package drop off, they'll find a way to give you a hard time and take your time away -if they don't actually loose your package intentionally. UPS needs to close this down or replace everyone in there. Im never going back to that store and I know they literally don't care, which is the worst because they have my package. I was dropping off a returned packages with prepaid labels from online stores. I thought it was supposed to be UPS for dropping it off. Then I realized it was for USPS. The guys there were very helpful with me and they let me dropped it off at UPS. They also told me to take a picture of the returned labels for tracking purposes. FYI they charge $2 to tape a box on prepaid shipping! Can't say I was pleased about having to go home and tape my box after finding out they refused to provide this service free of charge. I'm docking one star for this in hopes they put this on the door so people don't wait in line just to find this out.
