Took my business here to have my finger prints scanned. The fee's are the same compared to two other places I contacted. We just happened to have lunch in the area. It's unfortunate that other customers had negative experiences with a particular employee but my first impression was a positive one. She was pleasant, efficient and very helpful. I was out of there in less than 20 mins. Also, during my visit, she was helping another customer buying stamps. So I could have been out of there sooner. read more

Mailbox & More is great. Anytime I need something shipped I come here instead of having to drive specifically to a UPS store or something. They do everything shipping related. UPS, FedEx, USPS. They'll print your label. They'll even package your stuff. All for a fair cost. And my packages so far have made it to their destination. read more

I needed a couple of documents notarized. The person helping (didn't catch his name) provided great service. He had a few customers at the same time and did a good job multi-tasking. I'm not the kind to give a bad rating because of benefit of the doubt but this place is owned by a lady who lacks in customer service. I asked the lady behind to counter (who I believe was the same lady before) if she could redo my Live Scan because the one she submitted a year prior did not go through. She told me that the Live Scan was not available at the time in which I understand. I asked for the $69 refund and she said there is no refunding. I then asked her if she could fingerprint me and she said,"I can't right now. I'm going to pick up my daughter." But the store was still open? Then she proceeded to get on her phone and started talking to someone while I was still talking to her. I told her that I was going to let her customers on Yelp become more aware of her attitude and she said,"Okay that's fine." I work as an ICU nurse. I can only speak for my experience using this as a drop-off location for Greyhound Package Shipping. First thing to know off the bat is if you are shipping large items, you'll need to head to the back of the building. There was no designated loading area, which made hauling the boxes more difficult than it needed to be. But the lady at the front was pretty nice and helpful - unsure if she is the same one who offered bad service in the other reviews. read more

I've only used this place once for fingerprints but I was SO THANKFUL the woman there was able to accommodate me! I needed ink prints v the more common livescan done and not many places offer that anymore... She doesn't do them regularly either but helped me anyway because she knew I would have trouble finding another place to do them Awesome customer service! read more

I tried getting a PO BOX here and was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICE. The lady working here is so rude and unorganized. I waited 2 weeks to receive a key and every time she opened the box it had old mail in it. Clearly, someone else's mail was still arriving there and placed in what was supposed to be MY box now. When I asked her for a different box she wasn't even willing to credit me the 2 weeks I had paid for, for a box I couldn't even use nor did I have a key for. When I confronted her about it, she tried to bring religion into the conversation saying "god is watching." At the end, she kept my money, I got nothing back and didn't even get a PO BOX. First time here for dhl service . The lady is not very pleasant. She seems like she is in a rush . Would not take my Amazon package where code had to be scanned. She did help me get my package correctly for dhl . But seems disturbed. The store here is terribly messy . Wow paper everywhere on the other side of counter . Incorrect hours shown on yelp and website; they should really update that online as I drove over the other day for nothing. Temporary COVID hours: M-F 10:00-5:00; Sat 10:00-4:00. Closed Sundays. I went here because our UPS driver could not be bothered to wait 15 seconds to after knocking on our door get a signature (per our video camera) and sent our package here. She's helped me with getting my fingerprints done for a job, shipping odd shaped items (I sell online and she's managed to get me great shipping prices for bulky/ odd shaped items). Came here early Monday morning. Only an hour after they opened and had two people before me in line. Was there for about 20 mins until I decided to leave. Another customer came in to print papers and wasn't even helped. He asked me to help him with the printer which was fine. At least he got there to do what he needed to do and left. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, I wasn't told how long the wait will be, looks like there was only one person working and she was sitting with another couple ‍ . So many of the low ratings of this place focus on nonsense IMHO. ie the place is messy, or son at bagel shop or Genet personality quirks. Called for livescan, arrived, scanned and on my way. Genet was super efficient and focused. They're livescan equipment is top notch and I was especially impressed with swiping my CDL to populate application data. Bottom line convenient location, great service, no parking issues and bonus Starbucks drive through nearby if you're on the go!! read more
