I cannot thank the team at this UPS Store enough! My partner and I walked in right before closing, and I honestly thought they might turn us away or close the door on us. Instead, the worker was incredibly nice and took the time to help us send out our packages without rushing us at all. Things got complicated when I realized the worker needed the serial code numbers for the devices I was shipping out, and I had completely left them back home. Since they were just closing, there was absolutely no way I could drive home and make it back in time. Instead of telling me to just come back tomorrow, the employee went completely out of his way to help me. He offered to hold the packages right there at the store for me so I wouldn't have to haul them back. To save me time and gas, he told me I didn't even need to drive back to the store, thank goodness. I could just head home, grab the serial codes, and email them directly to him so he could take care of it for me. Thank you so much for your amazing patience and for truly going the extra mile. Got here at opening - there was one person ahead of me. It took so long that every other person behind me left. After 20 minutes of literally getting nothing done, the cashier had to restart the system (CMS system was not talking to the register). I wasn't helped out until 9:25 when the second employee clocked in. Choose another UPS or carrier if you value your time. I had to come to UPS because Amazon only allows me to return via UPS. Literally the worst return/UPS experience I've ever come across. 1 customer per 25 mins and there was a long line when I left. Can't imagine how long that must've taken. Gets the job done. They offer printing, passport photos, and other services. Good to have them in the area. I usually print out my shipping labels at home and drop my packages off. 5 stars for Ramon! I had such a great experience thanks to Ramon. The store closes at 4, and when I arrived there was a long line with several people still waiting. Instead of rushing anyone or turning people away, Ramon stayed late and made sure every single customer was taken care of with patience and professionalism. My document was sent back and delayed due to the notary person missing their title but the manager of the store was extremely helpful and helped me send out my mail as soon as the issue was fixed. I was originally upset but he made my day feel hassle free and I really appreciate that! Other than that, I always come here to return my packages and never have an issue. Seems like management has changed and prices have gone up. I was going to purchase a shipping label online but decided to purchase one at the store for whatever reason. When I asked for the same shipping method at this UPS store, it was $20 more than the online line price. I was able to haggle down to $10 less -- which is also a red flag. Why wasn't I given this price in the first place? Then at other visits, they questioned the packing quality to have a reason to add packing material/tape as an upcharge. I even witnessed them questioning another patron's packing quality and told them it would be $2 for extra tape. I will no longer go to this location. read more

I recently had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this UPS store. They charged me $1 for a tiny piece of tape on a prepaid package, which I could have easily done myself with a tape roll from the dollar store next door. Charging $1 for a small bit of tape is unreasonable and a blatant money grab. Additionally, I was billed $3 for using the computer just to email them a label to print, on top of the $2.99 printing cost for four single-sided pages. I could have printed these for much less at Staples. The lady at the counter was rude and argued about the package, which was Amazon-approved. read more

I call before drive to the store and ask if they offer fingerprints services. The employee on the phone responded they actually do. I drive for more than 20 minutes and when I arrive into the store at 6:06pm the employee who identified as "Lupe" told me if I want to do fingerprints I need to arrive before 6:00pm. The store was completely empty and their hours of operation are until 7:00pm. I give 1 stars because it was not possible to do cero. Avoid this place. It's open on Sunday!!!! No other UPS location in the area that accepts USPS packages opens on Sunday. As I waited outside one Sunday for them to open, the gal was quite punctual to open on time. Accepted my package and I was on my way in no time. It's a clean facility with nothing in the way when you walk in. It feels pretty wide and bigger than most UPS neighborhood locations. We dropped off a package at this particular ups store more than a month ago. Tracking number is still showing that the shipping label was printed out but there is no status on the actual delivery of the item that we were sending back for a refund. I called directly to the store and a woman answered the phone. I told her the issue and she said that it was amazons fault and not ups. She stated that all packages sent back to Amazon are given one tracking number assigned for that lot that goes back but that doesn't make any sense because we also shipped another item that was going back to amazon that had a separate tracking number and that item had been returned successfully. No one is willing to take responsibility or try to find a solution and is so quick to blame everyone else for why things aren't getting done. I'm not sure what that reps name was but she definitely had an attitude and a listening problem. read more

SHADY!! I overheard that they have a new owner. He is super shady. I tried to ship some thing today and just wanted a box to put it in. I didn't want any packing material. Any packing services. After they had rang me up. I saw that the packing services and the packing material were added on. I told him I didn't want that and he said OK. I can fix that. What he basically did was charge me more for the box to include with the packing material and the packing services would have been and told me I was just paying for the box when I previously saw the box was a few bucks cheaper. SHADY! He basically tried to scam me for a few bucks by telling me the bucks with a higher price than it actually was. Beware when you pack here make sure you're checking the prices when you're checking out. Yes, it's only a few bucks but how many people does he do this too. He also mentioned that he owned a few UPS stores so I would be weary and check your prices everywhere when shopping at a UPSstore. read more

Brought in an amazon return box. They declined to seal it for me (this is fair). They tried to sell $8 small size tape or come back after sealing. Only after back and forth they revealed there is taping service for $2. They never mentioned this fee before. And come on, $2 for 3 feet worth of taping? This review is only for a drop off return service we had booked online through Amazon. This store is located in a small plaza, but there is plenty of parking available. Masks are not required, unless you are unvaccinated (still something I don't feel totally comfortable with indoors, so I continue to wear mine) and their employees were not wearing masks themselves. There were two other customers ahead of me, so the wait was not long at all. The inside of the store is clean and well kept with a lot of good lighting and lots of items in stock for your shipping needs. When it was my turn, I simply told the woman I was there to drop off a package to be shipped back to Amazon. She quickly scanned the box, gave me my receipt and I was out the door! read more

this is my local ups store and i use their drop off for amazon way too much. Its in a decent sized plaza so parking isnt an issue which makes drop off easier to handle. The lady at the counter is super quick with the drop-off and general services, so i truly appreciated the staff's ability to let me get in line, processed, and out in no time. read more

This UPS location does not have working printers. For anyone who wants to print something using a USB you'll be forced to use their computer and pay for a minimum of 10 min ($4) even if you use it for 1 minute because their printer usb reading functionality isnt working. read more

I had an important legal document required for closing a transaction and these UPS folks messed it all. I am little disappointed that neither store nor the UPS online website mentioned the non-guarantee aspect upfront, I would go USPS and pay less than $12 rather than paying $46. I literally felt cheated due to miscommunication on both fronts. I may explore USPS or FedEx in near future based on available options. read more

They are crooked AF. My first experience the girl almost refused my prepaid postage when I told her it MIGHT be over the paid amount. She refused to weight it and I had to insist on it. After three times she weighed it and it was actually UNDER. She acted all snotty when she "had" to take my box and threw it aside. If I didn't pack it so well I WOULD have been pissed. That was my first time there. Second time, same chick. I wanted to test her honestly. She failed as I expected. I handed her Small envelope that weighed TWO pounds. She asked what was in it and I said a book. She then started measuring it and charged me almost $24 UPS ground which is FREAKIN INSANE!!! I worked for a book store. There's this thing called MEDIA MAIL RATE OK. She didn't even offer me that or any other option. The other package (a medium sized box) I prepaid was THREE pounds and cost only $9.99 and it's in the same zone as the envelope she over charged me for. Media mail rate for up to THREE pounds is $3.33. So my package was charged $20 more than I needed to. If I wasn't too tired I would Have done USPS prior clip N ship from home. Wtf?! I will NEVER go there. If you do you need to get a price quote. The girl there has ZERO customer Service skills. They deserve ZERO stars all because some millennial Female doesn't know how to do her job. read more
