Very long lines for both mail service and passport service with 3 people working and 1 goes to lunch after the other which leaves only 2 people working. The only worker trained to process passports alternated between the passport office and the mail service desk. Took 3 hours to be seen. There were 3 people ahead of me in passport lines. 3 other people came with appointments so I was bumped. Each person took about 10 minutes to process with our without appointment. 3 hours to process 6 people for passports is beyond ridiculous. They should not even offer walk in and just offer by appointment ONLY. This way, No time is wasted.

Stopped in at the postop on a Friday after work, and they were open, yay. I like that this post office located inside the Eastridge mall is opened until 7 PM in the evening which makes it very convenient for dropping off packages and mail after work. Employees are always welcoming and very helpful in getting you the items you need to mail off your letters and packages to loved ones. The US post office also offers a variety of services. As for value and cost effectiveness I'm assuming it's pretty much the same throughout all USpost office's.

PASSPORT SERVICES REVIEW// First off, you're better off making an appointment 100%. I know it's hard and their kiosk appointment system never seems to work but if you keep trying online to check for appointments then eventually you will get one. I had to book one a month out so today's appointment was made at the end of January for reference. I had an 11:45am appointment and I got here about 10:30am. There was a small group of people waiting already by then but I'm not sure which of them had appointments. The only reason I arrived that early was because they don't clearly state online or in reviews whether they still accept walk ins so I wasn't sure if my appointment would get pushed if they were done early and it wasn't my appointment time. They do accept both appointments and walk ins but they prioritize appointments then handle walk ins based on their capacity. At 10:40am the manager came out to prep and speak to everyone waiting before she opened up. She let everyone know that one of the passport workers called out so there was only one person handling it all and this would affect how many ppl they got to today. They were just going to handle the appointments and 5 walk-ins. I've read the negative reviews of this location and was definitely concerned for how my experience was going to go but again, having an appointment saved me a headache and some sleep. When it was 11am they opened up and began taking the appointments one by one. They call out the appointment times and if you're not there when they call you they move on to the next person, so definitely come a bit early if you can just in case they are able to take you early. When it was time for my appointment the guy called me in and I was very nervous that he would rush me but he was actually very nice and easy to talk to. He definitely made the whole experience a great one to have! (I unfortunately didn't get his name!!) he asked if I had my passport application filled out, birth certificate, ID/Drivers License, passport photo and how I was paying. He started processing the paperwork for me, and asked what time frame I was wanting (7-10 weeks VS 3-5 weeks). I provided all information and documentation, he explained every step of the process and time frame clearly and asked if I had any questions. I believe he explained everything perfectly so I didn't have any further questions for him. I paid and signed the document and was done! I personally have piercings and you can see them in the photo I provided so he had to me write down on a piece of paper 'I chose to get my facial piercings because of personal preference' and print my name, sign my name and date it. I got expedited shipping and was doing a passport book so I paid $227 total today. You also leave your copy of your birth certificate with them and they file that with your application. They say you should get your birth certificate back in 4 months and if you don't, then they tell you to call a number to talk to someone about it. You can check the status of your application online as well and that's on the first page of the passport application which they will tear off and give to you and circle the relevant information. Overall I had a nice experience! Was very happy I had an appointment and would recommend 1. Getting an appointment for passport services and 2. Getting the guy (if it's a guy and woman handling things) because he was very friendly and clear in all instructions/questions.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I visited this UPS Store on…read more10/6 around 6 PM and witnessed incredibly unprofessional behavior from the two women working there. They refused to release a package to a customer because the name on the shipment didn't match the customer's ID exactly -- it was addressed to a nickname. While I understand policies are in place for security reasons, the way they handled the situation was unacceptable from the start. Rather than calmly explaining the policy, both employees spoke with immediate attitude, saying "We're not releasing anything if the name doesn't match." When the customer tried to explain, they responded with sarcastic remarks, refused to help further, and told her to "come back tomorrow at 8 AM" to speak with someone else. Only after repeated requests did they reluctantly attempt a call to the employee who had confirmed the package's arrival -- but even that was done with visible annoyance. When the customer asked for UPS's number to file a complaint, one employee told her to "Google it," while the other finally gave in and provided the number -- making sure it wasn't their store number. After the customer left, both employees continued speaking negatively about her in front of others in the store, saying they "would've given it to her if she didn't have an attitude" -- completely ignoring the fact that their tone started the entire conflict. To be clear: this wasn't my package or issue, but witnessing this level of disrespect toward a customer was disturbing. The situation could've been handled professionally and respectfully -- instead, it was made worse by rude, dismissive behavior.

I cannot thank the team at this UPS Store enough! My partner and I walked in right before closing,…read moreand I honestly thought they might turn us away or close the door on us. Instead, the worker was incredibly nice and took the time to help us send out our packages without rushing us at all. Things got complicated when I realized the worker needed the serial code numbers for the devices I was shipping out, and I had completely left them back home. Since they were just closing, there was absolutely no way I could drive home and make it back in time. Instead of telling me to just come back tomorrow, the employee went completely out of his way to help me. He offered to hold the packages right there at the store for me so I wouldn't have to haul them back. To save me time and gas, he told me I didn't even need to drive back to the store, thank goodness. I could just head home, grab the serial codes, and email them directly to him so he could take care of it for me. Thank you so much for your amazing patience and for truly going the extra mile. I couldn't have gotten this done without your help. Incredible customer service!

Got here at opening - there was one person ahead of me. It took so long that every other person…read morebehind me left. After 20 minutes of literally getting nothing done, the cashier had to restart the system (CMS system was not talking to the register). I wasn't helped out until 9:25 when the second employee clocked in. Choose another UPS or carrier if you value your time. I had to come to UPS because Amazon only allows me to return via UPS. Literally the worst return/UPS experience I've ever come across. 1 customer per 25 mins and there was a long line when I left. Can't imagine how long that must've taken. Will definitely never come back to this location.
