Walked into the store, Very professional looking, no clutter and greeted nicely. Waited in line about 2-3 minutes then was assisted in prepping the paperwork for shipping, a box was selected for the appropriate size, added some Bubble wrap and sealed the package, paid and out the door with no hassle!!! Unfortunately, I often find myself explaining the basics of my own file requirements to staff who seem unfamiliar with their own equipment's capabilities. * Online Order Discrepancies: The online ordering system allows you to select specific dimensions and finishing options, yet these instructions are frequently ignored. Most recently, I requested a custom cut for a project--a service clearly offered and paid for online--only to be told at pickup that they "don't do that here" or "the machine is down." It defeats the purpose of "Store Pickup" if the project isn't actually ready to the requested specifications. * Operational Silos: The biggest hurdle is the lack of cross-training. If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist. I've stood at an empty counter while multiple employees walked by, only to be told that no one else has the login or the training to simply hand over a completed order or check a status. The Bottom Line: If you have a simple, standard-sized document to print, you might be fine. But for anything involving custom dimensions, professional finishing, or a tight deadline, the lack of accountability and technical skill makes this location a gamble. I was a customer for about 2 years without problems until Genet started working there. Since then, two of my items have gone missing and were never located. First, genet lost a limited-edition collectible magazine I receive by subscription. She couldn't find it, but somehow it was later marked as "picked up" even though I NEVER received it. At the same time, she said she was still looking for it. How can it be marked picked up while she is supposedly still searching for it? And when i was there she said she probably shredded it together with other mails. Wait a second - how you can you even do this with my name on that mail. How can you recycle something that meant to be picked up by customer. He answer was simple - people do mistakes. Meanwhile, another item that I actually picked up 3 months earlier was still showing in my account, and I was being charged storage fees for something I no longer had there. Still missed magazine and no problem solved , and next time I go there guess what? she lost it again. The second time - right after missing 1 item when i came second time, genet lost important official mail from the Department of Building. I came to collect it and Genet again could not find it. Instead she gave me mail I had requested to be recycled, while the important letter was missing. She said - we dont have any other mails to you . even my mail from department of building was scanned in their system and ready to pick up. I don't know whether the wrong mail was recycled, but the fact remains: my important mail disappeared and was never found. And after realizing she was wrong she marked it as completed pick up when i was there. Instead of apologizing, taking responsibility, or finding my mail, Genet became rude and threatened to cancel my service and refuse to serve me. In my experience, she tried to protect herself rather than take responsibility for repeatedly losing my mail. I asked her why she marked it as picked up if i'm here and my mail is missing - she said she does not have and access to move back status and will ask morning customer service to do so and i will see changed status to "Ready to pick up" instead of wrongly marked as"Picked up" . of course it was again lies - she never did so. That morning - status was still picked up and she sent me email notification canceling my service. This is unacceptable. You don't lose a customer's mail twice and then threaten the customer because they demand answers. I have already discussed these problems with Anytime Mailbox and would much rather move to another location. A mailbox business has one basic job: KEEP YOUR MAIL SAFE AND GIVE IT TO YOU. This location failed at that twice, and both items are still missing. Based on my experience, Genet was incompetent, rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. She lost my mail twice in just 2 months working there, my items were never located, and instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, she gave me explanations that did not match what was shown in the system and then threatened to cancel my service when I demanded answers. I have never experienced this kind of behavior from someone responsible for handling customers' important mails. In my opinion, someone who cannot reliably handle customers' property, becomes hostile when questioned, and tries to avoid responsibility for mistakes SHOULD NOT BE WORKING in a customer-facing position or handling people's mail at all. Do not trust this PostNet location with important mail. If they keep workers like that it shows their face. Very sad that anytimemail cooperate with such bad location for their service. I strongly recommend choosing another Anytime Mailbox location. I hope this postnet location will be close and never work as a business so no other people will deal with their rude and incompetence service.

I went to the packaging table by the door to fix it, but another customer was already using the right side, so I went to the left instead. Unfortunately, the woman on the left was extremely rude for no reason. She started yelling at me and was rough with my package while I was trying to get it ready to ship. I explained that my phone was taking a minute to load the QR code, but she kept insisting that I show it to her and continued raising her voice. There was no line either. It was a very unpleasant experience and made me feel rushed and uncomfortable.

Saigon Shipping tracked my package and provided detailed updates. It arrived in Vietnam in about a week. The shipping rates are the same whether sending to SaiGon or the provinces.
