They have some of the best deals for units. There's a truck that can be used once and a box discount. The building is also new and generally clean but could be better. (The bad) - questionable people inside. I went in and there was a guy who smelled homeless like he hadn't showered & was putting plants (???) in his unit. I was confused why he was going to put plants in his unit... is that even allowed? - employee asked how long I would be gone or need my storage for and that made me feel suspicious and not safe. - this business is in an industrial area & down the road. it is an okay area during the day. there are plenty of other storage unit businesses around, so I would say your items should be safe.

Initially we had a low promotional rate of about $70 for a month. Then the rate returned to the normal rate of $149/month. All was good for a little more than half a year until they decided to do a rate hike. A $100 rate hike, with a small 30 day notice. On top of that they don't make it easy to cancel. The app doesn't have a number to call. You have to send an email and there isn't an option to cancel there, only a contact us form. The letter about the hike in price states rising facility costs and current rental market conditions along with other factors. I highly doubt a 67% increase is warranted given the stated reasons.

When I went in person to tour the facility in person because I still was unsure about what size I needed, Dave was phenomenal and absolutely great to work with. He was super patient when I wanted to see multiple units and made signing all the paperwork fun. The facilities overall are well kept, all units were clean and so were the general premises. All the units are drive up and incredibly easy to load and unload to. To top it all off, they are in a great area, have the best pricing and multiple deals to save money as well.
