They have drive up units and also interior and upstairs units which are cheaper. For the upstairs units, they have carts/dollies on site (free to use) and a large elevator. Every storage unit has an alarm. You need to enter a code to unlock the gate from where you can drive in, and this disables the alarm to your storage unit. When you leave, you unlock this gate again to exit, and that arms the alarm again. There are lots of cameras all around, which makes this place more secure. Renting a storage unit is easy, you can do it online or do it in person (only takes 10 minutes). I was not sure what size I would need, so I called them and they were kind enough to hold a unit for me without any obligation to rent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the front office sells packing/moving supplies and locks. You get to spin a wheel at move-in and win a prize.

When they came to pick up my stuff, the movers said that is going to be too much weight and they said that it would cost 3 times my original quote. The 3rd party that they used to deliver my stuff looked like guys they got off the street. The truck was a dirty old used Uhaul Truck, one of the guys looked like they just came from a club. Overall, this company is horrible. Do not use this company as you will be sorry.

The staff were very friendly and courteous when I visited to view the space. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return to this location if I ever need storage again.
