They are aware they are causing emotional harm and unnecessary stress on their customers, but they don't care at all. Our entire system is failing when these companies can manipulate the fair market value of storage unit rentals, thereby price-gouging everyone. It is very clear they are using software that raises rates, violating anti-trust laws, destroying a free market that harms the consumer. I thought I met a friend, but he wasn't; he is just another employee working for a company that cares nothing about people and only cares about enriching itself. I remember hearing him say that rates are going up again and he can get $325 for my unit. There needs to be laws passed that rein in these facilities, a rent cap, a cap on rent hikes. They should not be allowed to raise the rent every 3 months or every year. If rent is paid leave the consumer alone. Strict rules and heavy penalties, and fines need to happen. Or the harming of consumers continue.

Our experience with this facility has been frustrating - the facility itself is newer than most so…read morethat is the only positive. They operate a bait and switch model, luring you with low rates and then constantly increasing rates. Our rates have skyrocketed and they add vulture like late fees and hold your unit hostage if you miss a payment. They offer new customers lower rates while penalizing existing customers - they prey on people who can't easily move. This type of business model is unethical, if not illegal. My suggestion is use this storage ONLY if you are going to be there briefly (after about six months, they will start increasing your rates annually using all kinds of false excuses). One more thing - even though the facility is relatively newer, it's not the most clean. There's spider webs and in units and my guess is the actual measurements don't equate to the advertised space. California should regulate storage facilities to stop these bait and switch schemes.

My understanding is those specials are only on units that have been sitting empty for a while. My units price seems fair to me, just over $300 for a 10x30 unit. When I first moved in there were some people that seemed to be there all the time, but management seems to have addressed that as I no longer see them around. The only downfall I can think of is the door location being on the side instead of the end of my unit, which means I can't store my 20ft trailer inside. (But...how many people have a 20ft trailer?)

We had to move out our entire first floor. Like most people, I thought my best option was PODS. So I booked them. However, another family on our street was remodeling too. I saw an Endeavour Storage container on their driveway and called for a quote. PODS was going to charge me $319 a month for a 16 foot container. Endeavour-$95 a month for the exact same size!!!! Our Endeavour container just got picked up today after we decided to keep it for 2 extra months so we could do our garage. Over the course of the 8 months, we saved almost $1800!!!! Not to mention that the customer service was exceptional with Endeavour!!! After going over budget on the remodel , it was nice to save a lot of money on our storage container!!!!!!
