I called in advance and the staff on the person on staff was very friendly and was able to advise me with regards to unit sizes as well as prices and even suggested that I write a review on Yelp in order to receive a free lock. When my boyfriend came back, the owner (im assuming) told him he couldnt come in, he had explained the situation, and the man kept telling my boyriend "You're EVICTED, get the "F" out!! " he kept telling him that over and over, saying he would call the cops on him............ummmh first off we were future customers. He was yelling at him in front of other customers as well..He did nothing wrong!!!! This review is overdue, but we used their services a little over a year ago and had a 4x8 space and paid about $30 something a month. We thought this was waaaay cheaper as we previously had a public storage unit and were paying close to $100 a month. I think rates here are cheap depending upon where your storage unit is located (ours was on the second floor). Different than what we were used to at public storage since you can literally drive in front of your space and load/unload items. So, we carried our items up a flight of stairs and down a small hallway. (It sucked for us when it was time to move storage units in/out because the hallway area was small and the lights were turned off- the lights are turned off in certain sections of the hallway throughout the day). I would have given this place 3 stars because it is what it is, and the storage unit did serve its purpose. Minus one star for having to pay the monthly bill by going into the store (at that time, we weren't able to pay online or over the phone). It can be a hassle or inconvenience at times but they do send you monthly statements or invoices that will remind you. read more

I've received a call said I am late my payments on July 14 2012 My husband comes to the office and sign a check, however, the guy working there said: IT WAS COMPUTER SOFTWARE MISTAKE, so wait until: August 1 2012 to pay my rent: $20.49 (Drop in the mail box) On July 17, i came to pick a couple of things in the storage, they LOCK MY STORAGE AND SAID I HAVE TO PAY 36.07 FOR LATE RENT. I've explained: I've paid 2 months in advance as request, and now is July 17 2012, it means less than 1 MONTH AND HALF, I AM NOT LATE AT ALL. The guy works at the office told me 2 days ago, when i received the phone message, that the Computer messed up, so I don't have to pay. the Owner or Manager (the BOLD BIG GUY), insulted me with a very Bad Rude languages, ( Fuck you asian, no speak english, and get out of my office), My husband told him quietly, that we had Camera on the Morning of July 18 2012, and his son, and his worker (3 persons ) were there. but he kept Insult me an Asian Woman. I Felt so Scared about his Behaviors, and really surprised how can An Owner can do that to the customer, if his son don't push him back to the room, he almost wanted to hit me right at this moment.
