This place has no air conditioning very hot very cold depending on the weather security system. You sign up in the front and sign out when you leave the maintenance guy Santiago very unprofessional. Very rude and doesn't seem to like his job. I highly recommend avoiding this location at all cost. Very poorly maintenance. Lack of security . Two thumbs down! read more

I've been with McKee Road Mini Storage for over 20 years, and even though I live far away now, I've continued to stick with them because of the amazing service I've always received. Paul and Suzanne have been so helpful and accommodating over the years - always making things as smooth and stress-free as possible, even from a distance. I haven't been to the facility in a while, but I've never had a reason to worry. That peace of mind is priceless. It says a lot when you can trust a place and the people running it for that long. Huge thanks to Paul and Suzanne for always being dependable, kind, and easy to work with. I genuinely appreciate you both! read more

Looked into this location for temporary storage during restoration of our condo. All contact with this location was prompt and friendly. Visited the site a few weeks ago - unfortunately there were no vacancies for storage size we needed. I believe positive reviews are accurate based on my own interactions with site staff on phone, online and in person I would recommend. read more

The customer service was great. Workers were up front with cost and disclosures from the get go. The price was right and they hold a consistent cost, no rent increases for a year which is hard to beat because most storages will increase month to month. read more

I must give a big shoutout to Suzanne who works the office. I'm a first time storage unit person Suzanne was amazing. She went ahead and walked me through everything. She went ahead and actually remembered to give me a call when a larger storage unit opened up. I cannot thank her enough for the service she has provided. I would recommend this storage place to anyone. Suzanne is usually there between I believe it's Wednesdays through Sundays with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Try to go when she's there she'll take you through everything and show you all the different storage units. read more

had to find a quick storage for moving and this place had a great offer at the time. I decided to go with it and moving my stuff in was very easy and the lady upfront was very nice and helpful. you can also get help from some workers here. definitely recommend. read more

Great rate. Helpful staff. Local small business. I like the 1 year locked in rate while still being month-to-month. They do not have the widest range of open hours. In contrast, they do seem to run a tight ship and know everyone who's coming and going. So far I'd def recommend over a national brand. read more

Changing my review back to 4 stars. Apparently there was a mix up with my unit & the monthly charge. After talking to the manager that works there, he fixed the problem and am now getting a good rate on my unit. My promotional offer has ended, but I'm not paying $55.95 I was going to be charged. Kudos to management for fixing this problem! I appreciate businesses that respect long time customers. read more

I visited the McKee mini storage today and had a very pleasant experience in renting a storage unit. I called in advance and the staff on the person on staff was very friendly and was able to advise me with regards to unit sizes as well as prices and even suggested that I write a review on Yelp in order to receive a free lock. I felt that was very nice and thoughtful of them to suggest and to save me money. Stefan side was very friendly and helpful and showed me several units before I decided on one I wanted to rent for excess items that I need to remove from my apartment. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend my key mini storage to anyone who lives in the area! read more

Easy and fast to sign up. Dan made the process extremely simple! Definitely recommend for your short or long term storage needs.

I would have given 0 stars but thats not possible...my boyfriend went to sign the papers to get a storage space, it was close to 6pm closing time, but the man in the office said it would be ok to go to the bank and get cash b/c thats all they accept. When my boyfriend came back, the owner (im assuming) told him he couldnt come in, he had explained the situation, and the man kept telling my boyriend "You're EVICTED, get the "F" out!! " he kept telling him that over and over, saying he would call the cops on him............ummmh first off we were future customers. He was yelling at him in front of other customers as well..He did nothing wrong!!!! I'm glad this happened and they didn't get our business.....I would suggest paying a little more for a business that cares for your money! read more
