Price is pretty affordable, especially with how new and nice the place is. The area is very secure and has dollies with industrial sized elevators! I was confused why he was going to put plants in his unit... is that even allowed? - employee asked how long I would be gone or need my storage for and that made me feel suspicious and not safe. - this business is in an industrial area & down the road. it is an okay area during the day. there are plenty of other storage unit businesses around, so I would say your items should be safe.

Many places had high base rates, misleading "free month" promotions, price increases, and extra insurance or admin fees. We also checked Trojan and Extra Space--Trojan, in particular, advertised two free months online but only honored it if you moved in exactly on the 1st of the month, which is unrealistic. In contrast, A1 honored a free month even though we moved in mid-month and ultimately gave us a much better deal. Michelle made the whole experience smooth--highly recommend!

The staff were also helpful in guiding me to tie down my items to my truck to avoid getting pulled over. Bilal who works the front desk office is very professional, informative, thorough, helpful, etc. He provided information that would benefit us (he needs a raise ) and even helped my parents get a bigger storage for a lower rate (there were deals going on at that time). We purchased a 10x10 unit at a good rate. To lock in the monthly cost I recommend paying the whole year since prices can fluctuate. The only reason why I knocked 1 star off is there was a lady (assuming she was renting a storage space) & she had her van door open with a sheet covering and it looked as if she was napping in there with her feet sticking out . Another time (around 10pm Saturday) there seemed to be some sort of party/rave and it sounded like it was in the building. I get it though it's hard to control people.
