October 2025 issues about Rats... rats poop, smell pee and ruined my Value handmade swing. I reported it and after 4 months still issues of rats poop everywhere and smell of rats pee. It damage my guitar case. It's disgusting specially the poop everywhere and stain of the rats pee. Then sent me a letter notice that my rent will increase $40. Be to honest, I use this place because of convenience but recently I notice there has been a lot of Rats roaming the place I can hear it running across each units while I'm there and in my storage there was also rat poo everywhere. Not to mention the rent keeps increasing every year, but the quality of cleanliness keeps going down. Definitely will shop around for another storage place. read more

I had my stuff in an inside unit for 4 years, unfortunately due to circumstances, I was not there for the last year and a half. When I went to take my stuff out, there was a considerable amount of rat damage - urine, feces, and things torn up. There were 2 live rats when taking my stuff out. I think there probably was about 2 cup fulls. All over my mattresses, box springs, mattress covers. It was AWFUL to see. Especially when you pay someone to take care of your things and this is what happens. The insurance that is paid monthly resulted in a $400 claim when there was over $6000 worth of damage. There was no food in my things to attract them. I am so disappointed. I emailed them with no response. I would certainly not keep my things there, if you care about them. read more

I have been storing with them for about 4 years and I understand that construction is happening next to the storage units. I will say that it would've been helpful to know that the rodents from the other side could have been compromising the units inside. I went to clear out my unit and there was rat droppings and urine ALL OVER MY STUFF. I couldn't keep any of it aside from things that could've been swiped down with Lysol. No notice was provided to give a heads up AFTER other residents complained about this. Definitely would've appreciated a heads up. read more

Ants, cockroaches, tons of rats, homeless people wandering around, and all kinds of hidden cancellation fees. Ever hear of a cancellation fee for cancelling your contract, for leaving, a month to month storage facility? Even if you give notice, you get a cancellation fee $150 and administrative fee $50 that you won't know about until 9 months later when you get a call from a collection agency. And when I used their insurance which I was told I had to have (not true), rat damage only covers $300. One sport coat cost that. It was a joke. One day I go in and place is littered with rat urine and rat droppings. Hopefully people read this and hope StorQuest thinks this is worth sending me to collections for $253 a year later without even notifying me once there was a problem. read more

This facility is brand new and everything's in great shape The units are clean they have a light in there that comes on automatically when you open your door The security is great but make sure you don't follow another car in without punching in cuz you can't get out other than that Misty is awesome in the front office she'll bend over backwards to help you with what you need Hope this helps read more

Today after my 3rd visit, I had to stand masked OUTSIDE the office while paying for storage units at Storquest with only 1 staff; which exceeded ALL of their posted Covid restrictions!! What is the point of a POSTED Covid policy if you are not going to adhere to it!? How does the custmoer know that their credit card is not being misused when they are standing OUTSIDE!? Either the policy is short-sided or the staff are not authorized to do what's right by customers. Bottom line is that StorQuest wasted a huge opportunity to create a positive 1st impression today. When Storquest forces customers to stand outside the office (windy and cold) for NO valid and justifiable reason; it's frustrating. And I had made an APPOINTMENT 6 hours before showing up!! The staff are friendly but the process of renting with StorQuest was cumborsome and it took 3 trips and 4 phone calls to their Reservation Line to finally book 2 units! read more

I have a storage for two months here when I called today to speak w ruby to let her know that I was vacating the unit on Sunday she said she will note that but they do not retro so I told her then I will vacate unit on last day since they do not pro rate which is ridiculous but wanted to close my service on Sunday. She spoke very fast and I had to ask her to slow down. If you choose to rent storage here REMEMBER no retro !!! read more

I am very upset. They have a HUGE bug/insect problem in their building A units. So much so that they got into my infants mattress. I so hope if the manager reads my review...you offer to change my Storage unit at no charge!!!. I shouldn't have to pay rent and see my personal items full of disgusting bugs/insects. I was very disgusted at how many bugs are down that hall. And they're obviously getting into stuff in those units. read more

It was super quick to make a reservation to lock in the special price online and come in to see the unit. I got a call back the next day and was able to schedule a visit the same day. When I called and didn't get an answer immediately, I got a call back in less than ten minutes. Phallon met me outside and was super friendly with the tour. The breakdown of pricing, payment schedule and everything else was super straight forward. You get 3 keys and one pin you HAVE to use to open and close the front gate (it turns off and on the alarm on your unit) and there a few parking spots at the front near the office. Down the street from my house so I can walk if I need to, and a nice populated area. read more
