Happy house movers did a great job! They were thoughtful, fast, kind, & quick!! They are possibly the best movers ever. I hired them to move my house and then a multi-point move to get my yard stuff and storage to their final destination. I would recommend them to anyone and will hire them again for any moving needs. read more

Yao and Guan were incredible! They helped us move all our little things and heavy boxes. We even had a lot of trash bags that they were able to help with. They were extremely flexible with the schedule. Our elevator even broke down and somehow they were so accomadating. This was done at a reasonable price and no items were damaged. Thanks! read more

Happy House Movers did the job. They arrived on time. They packed everything up and put it in the truck in about 2 hours. Drove to my new house about 90 minutes away.. Unpacked it all. Put it where I wanted it. Nothing broken. Nothing damaged. All in one day. Everything worked out great and the total price was fantastic. For the price I paid, another company quoted me double that just for travel time. I was extremely happy with Happy House Movers read more

Pros: Cheap, nothing broken or damaged. Cons: Not on time. The guy who showed up to move was hard to work with. He refused to complete the job (because he couldn't figure out how to move the sofa) until his boss, Tony, schooled him. 5 stars if it wasn't for having to go back and forth with him. read more

5 star is not enough!! The guys helping did such a great job going to multiple places and were so professional. They accept cash, zelle, Venmo and PayPal so it was super easy. I felt bad because we had so many stairs but they made it look easy. Again, it was great service and a great price. I certainly recommend for anyone moving in the Bay Area. If and when I move again, I will use them again. read more

Happy house movers did a great job on our relatively small move. We had approximately 1/2 truck worth of stuff and they were able to move it approximately 90 minutes. They did so carefully and their customer service was excellent. Their pricing was fair. Will definitely use them again. read more

Truly happy movers and incredibly careful, diligent and efficient. Hard working and strategic with the move. Highly recommend.

I took a chance trying Happy House Movers because their pricing was the most competitive out of all of the quotes I received from other moving companies. I'm amazed that not only were they the most affordable service, but they were also some of the best movers I've EVER had! Luis and Isaias arrived right on time and got straight to work, and were both extremely courteous, accommodating, and focused. They took great care of all my items, wrapping and securing fragile pieces as needed, and setting everything back up exactly as I requested in the new space. Happy House is right because I truly couldn't be happier with my experience - will absolutely be my go-to movers from here on out! read more

I've used Happy House Movers probably five times over the years, and I can honestly say I wouldn't use anyone else. As a property manager, I've had to relocate every few years, so I've worked with a lot of moving companies--but none compare to them. They're not only extremely fairly priced (honestly, you won't find better in the Bay Area), but they're also fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Every move has been smooth, communication has always been clear, and they consistently go above and beyond. Most importantly, they take incredible care of everything. I've never had a single item broken--everything is always packed and handled with attention and respect, which gives me so much peace of mind. At this point, I feel like they're part of my family. I truly appreciate their service and reliability over the years. If you're considering a move in the Bay Area, I highly recommend Happy House Movers--you won't regret it. read more

They are very good. Very responsive, professional and they do not overcharge you. I would definitely go to them again for my future move.

I'm so glad I was referred to happy house movers! They made my move 1000 times easier . It was Xiaoqiang who helped me with all of my things. Him and his partner moved everything quickly and efficiently. They are about 100 dollars an hour plus tip which isn't too bad (please keep in mind you are paying for convenience). In my personal opinion it was 100 percent worth it bc I have two 90 inch tvs that they helped unmount. They include wrapping on all fragile items. They did all the heavy lifting and worked extremely fast. read more

When I needed to move a 800 pound functional trainer, I had no idea how I was going to be able to move it at an affordable price without breaking my back. Thankfully happy house movers was able to quickly able to respond to me, and their movers were professional and courteous, not to mention strong enough to be able to move it into my garage with no issues, and I didn't have to take it apart! Greta service! Highly recommend. They were very fast and very strong. Will definitely hire again.

Requested service and was quoted they would arrive between 12-1:30pm on a Saturday...however come the actual time they kept on getting delayed due to the previous customer that day not having an elevator lift functioning so their actual arrival time was about 3:20pm. They were kind enough to drop the truck fee due to this delay, and the two movers were very quick and efficient in getting my 1 bed apartment all cleared out and settled to our new place within 2.5-3hrs total. They do wear shoes so be mindful that your rugs/carpets will be stepped on when moving. Otherwise we did appreciate the speedy packing, disassembling/reassembling bed and moving some big item furniture. Will likely reconsider them if moving again in the future due to the speedyness and and their hourly quote is most reasonable after some research. read more

I scheduled a move for a 1 bed 1 bath from Daly City to Fremont and the movers showed up on time and made the move very easy for us. I was impressed by their professionalism and how fast they moved everything! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking to move. read more

We hired them to move furniture from our old place to our new place just next door. They were easy to book, communicated well, and the crew worked hard. My only point of minor dissatisfaction (maybe minus 1/2 a star) is that they showed up an hour before their scheduled window, which caused some frenzy. But early is better than late, and it worked out. Overall, the job got done quickly and at the expected price! read more

satisfied customer here. The team arrived within the window provided and they were super efficient! They were strong, skilled, and extremely careful with our items. They wrapped everything up with care and the lead mover communicated well and followed all instructions. I believe the cost was very reasonable considering the amount and weight of items that needed to be moved. Would highly recommend and I look forward to using their services again for any large moving needs in the future. read more

We just moved to a new house a couple of days ago with the help of Happy House Mover's service, and it was an exceptional experience. The moving team arrived on time, and although I was a few minutes late returning with coffee, they were very friendly and understanding. Once they started packing and moving, everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with great care. The team clearly knew how to pack and load items safely and efficiently. They also assisted me in disposing of some old furniture, which was a big help. I noticed that, instead of taking the highway, they chose to drive on local roads to minimize any potential damage to my belongings by driving more slowly--something I really appreciated. Additionally, they helped pick up furniture from another location along the way and made sure to place all the items in the correct rooms, even carrying heavy pieces up to the second floor without complaint. The price was very affordable, and I gave them a generous tip to show my appreciation for their excellent service. Thanks to their help, my workload and stress were greatly reduced during the move. I truly appreciate their service and would strongly recommend this team to anyone planning to move to a new house. read more

The two men who moved us were amazing. They were incredibly efficient and got all of our furniture from our condo in the second floor to our new house very quickly. They were considerate and took care with our furniture and plants. I got the recommendation from my sister in law who also used them when she moved one thanksgiving. She absolutely loved them. I can see why. They had great pricing for the services offered. We will definitely use them again for any future moves. read more

This is the best moving company I've ever used. I cannot thank them and recommend them enough! I wish their business will be there forever for me and my children! I've used Happy House Movers three times over the past six years, once for a move within San Jose, and twice for long-distance moves between San Jose and the Sacramento area. Each time, I had a different moving team, and every single experience left me incredibly satisfied and grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend Happy House Movers over any other company. Not only have I had consistently great experiences with them, but I've also had the chance to compare them with other movers. I used a different company for a local move in Sacramento, and my family has moved multiple times in the Folsom and El Dorado Hills areas with other services, so I know the difference. Choosing a moving company is stressful. You worry about everything: Will they show up on time? Will they handle your home and belongings with care? Will they damage walls or floors? Will they have enough space for everything? Can they handle heavy, bulky, or fragile items? Will they take too long and drive up the cost? I've felt all of that stress every time I moved. I have a lot of large and heavy items, including beds, dressers, treadmill, machines, and even an 85-inch TV. Even though I trusted Happy House Movers, I still worried. What if I just got lucky before? What if this team isn't as good? What if my move is too difficult? I even considered selling everything and starting over, but that would have been far more expensive. After three moves, I can confidently say they are consistently excellent. Communication: Very responsive and reliable via phone, text, and email. Language: Their primary language is Chinese, but team leads speak English well. The movers understand enough to follow instructions, and they use translation apps if needed, no real communication issues. Care: This is where they truly shine. They come fully prepared with professional tools and take exceptional care of both the home and the items. They go the extra mile to avoid scratches, wrapping everything in multiple layers with thick blankets. They even know not to put pressure on TV screens. After every move, my items, walls, and floors were in perfect condition. They also use protective coverings like red carpet for floors. Strength & Skill: Don't underestimate Asian movers. They may not look like bodybuilders, but they are incredibly strong, efficient, and skilled. They move quickly, work long hours without slowing down, and use smart techniques to handle heavy items and tight spaces. I would trust them 100% over "big muscle" movers any day. They are so smart in using their force, and they have a big tool bags to take apart things if needed. They took apart my sofa and treadmill within minutes and put them together at the new place also within minutes! It was incredible! Efficiency: This is a huge difference-maker. My brother once used another company with four movers for a smaller move within Folsom--it took from early morning until past midnight. They weren't bad, just slow and overly methodical. In contrast, Happy House Movers work fast without sacrificing care. They move with urgency and precision, as if time matters to them, not just to you. Happy House Movers has truly been a blessing for me. They've made some of my most stressful days so much easier. If you're planning a move, do yourself a favor and go with them! You'll be glad you did. read more

Great service , super attentive to details , careful with everything, and worked super hard for a long day

I needed a short notice moving service. I reached out to Happy House, they responded immediately with their service and rate. The rate was good and they were able to come out the same week to help me move. A crew of 3 came, they were fast and efficient. They wrapped all of our furniture and fragile items up and handled with care. Also, if you pay with cash - they'll give a small discount. You can use that to then tip the movers. They work very hard and deserve the tip. read more

I've hired Happy Movers twice! They're punctual and get things done! This last move was a bit bigger than my first and everything was moved efficiently and everything was moved with no damage. During the move we added more items and it was no issue at all. Our move was from a condo unit on the second floor so there were a lot of stairs, they were rock stars getting things moved in this situation. We even paid extra to have them mount our tv in our new place. If you pay cash you get a lower rate per hour which is appreciated. Hire them! read more

Happy house movers did a great job helping us with our move in Sunnyvale! The new apartment complex was only about 2-3 miles away from the old apartment complex but we still wanted to hire a moving company. We initially hired someone on Taskrabbit but they last minute cancelled so we researched and found Happy house on google. We called them and they were more than willing to take us on which we were very appreciative of since it was somewhat last minute (about 4 days before). They had lots of availability for Wednesday. We requested for two movers and to move out in the late afternoon/evening. We were also pick up some extra medium size boxes from their Fremont warehouse which was extremely helpful. On the day of the move, they requested to come a few hours earlier which was fine with us. Once the two movers came, they quickly packed all the remaining items and placed the boxes in the truck. At the new apartment, the movers brought all the boxes to our second floor apartment. The rate was: $105 an hour which includes 2 movers. $19 truck fee. Mover tips: $10 per hour per mover. 2 hrs minimum charge The whole move took about 4.5 hours total. Would recommend happy house movers! read more
