This place is comically ran by morons. Horrible hours, and if you stay late (which basically will happen if you work since this place closes so early) you get chastised by text, email and voicemail. And get this, the voicemail tells you to call back about an urgent manner - then when you do, some dimwitted manager tries to jerk their ego off by telling you that "you just get a warning, but you'll be punished next time." The biggest irony is that during those precious open hours, not a single staff member can be seen. read more

Great place to store my stuff. Diana (property manager) is great and does her best to work with folks and help resolve any issues that may come up. The location is perfect for me. Flat bed carts are available onsite to help move stuff. Have never had any issues with my storage unit. Would highly recommend! read more

This place is horrible. Your stuff is not safe here. Read the other reviews of theft. If it's not an inside job I'd be very surprised. They conveniently have no cameras at the entrances. The door was literally just pried to the side and gate lifted. Don't trust these people at all. read more

This place is not open very long and prices increase pretty quickly after signing the lease. Mine increased by more than 35% after two months. The gate says 5pm which is already earlier than the other storage places around here but they block the gate at 4:30 or so. They also require you to buy their lock and try to trick you into buying their insurance even though it's not required by the paperwork if you read the fine print. read more

Four days after I rented my Storage Unit it was broken into. In speaking with the officer when report was made this facility was one of the worst they have in their area. The day I reported it I discovered that in the last 2 years this officer alone had been to the facility a minimum of 20 times, and it was also stated that they had had at least 5 to 10 reports in the week prior to mine. Security is minimal, only a surveillance camera at the front entrance and one in the office. No where else in the facility do they have video surveillance. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM HERE!!!!!! read more

I've been here for a year and am very satisfied with this location. My 24hr access unit fits into my busy schedule. I find the staff to be helpful whenever I need assistance. I have even recommended this location to a friend. I see a $1 MOVE IN special on a 10x10 right now. I think the units here rent fast which is why there aren't always $1 specials available. My understanding is those specials are only on units that have been sitting empty for a while. My units price seems fair to me, just over $300 for a 10x30 unit. When I first moved in there were some people that seemed to be there all the time, but management seems to have addressed that as I no longer see them around. The only downfall I can think of is the door location being on the side instead of the end of my unit, which means I can't store my 20ft trailer inside. (But...how many people have a 20ft trailer?) read more

Pros: Got a good price (about 25% cheaper than the next best quote for similar size storage unit), quick check in Cons: The unit was dark and dingy - Maybe thats why it was cheap. The unit has no interior lighting and the unit smelled stale and old. The trolleys are small and you have to give the staff your ID before they unlock a trolley and give it to you. Very annoying. Nonetheless for that price I was happy with what I got as I just needed to store some old things and did not require frequent access to the unit. I would use again. read more

When I signed up for a storage at this place, there was a lady in the office complaining that her storage got broken into. I didn't think it would happen to me, but a few months later it did. I was so pissed and saddened as almost everything in my storage was taken. The manager didn't seem to care much and didn't wanna look into video recordings because I didn't know the exact date it happened. The cameras only covers the outside of the buildings but would have caught the people/vehicle stealing my stuff. Cops couldn't do much but write a police report. I lost a lot of things that can't be replaced. Good luck on your search for a storage! read more

I have had a unit here for about 4 years now. The staff here are great and always cordial. More than one occassion have I forgotten my gate code and it is always a simple retrieval process. The place is well-maintained and secure with plenty of cameras. There is, however, no one that lives on-site, as it is with other storage facilities. That is the only drawback I would have to say. For our surprise the lock was broken and new lock was there. When we got the lock smith to open it we found our stuff was stolen. Don't trust this storage their is no minimal security too. read more

They are really great at not taking any responsibility for the break in and have the best one and only camera at the front gate. You could basically run around naked or do whatever your secretly are into throughout the property. And best of all you can pay a premium for the storage while they reduce the rates. Wohoo! I went in and service rep with a ghetto appearance. he set me up with a unit with a broken latch with the rivets separated and painted over. after reading these review and how some had there bad experience like theft. i was not confident at that place at all almost couldnt sleep because I have $20000 in tools and a mechanic needs his tools, without tools a mechanic makes around minimum wage and that wage cannot support a family and a thieves black heart will not care and take anything for his own selfish gain. I returned the next day and asked for a refund. the other rep was dressed more professional and was more better. he kindly gave me a full refund, I flicked a roach on the service desk and said thank you. the second man was very nice he deserves to be working at a better environment. read more

A friend rented few weeks ago, from our experience here are the pros & cons Pros: 1) Clean place, well lighted and smooth rental reservation & application process. Its short staffed, but ken was helpful 2) Close to highways, decent long open hours..Mandatory insurance cheap..Online payment and auto deduction is v helpful Cons: 1) None or extremely low dolly/Cart to take your boxes from your vehicle to 2nd level in storage unit..staff is unhelpful for this...The ratio is around 1 cart/dolly per 400 units..and good luck on finding one...for you never will. So plan to carry your 50 lb boxes & furniture with you bare hands to the second level..I guess many would avoid the storage for this reason itself. 2) No parking space while loading or unloading boxes from vehicles unless you plan to block someone else storage unit on lower level. 3) The sell locks but at 1.5 times the cost of Lowes, HD or walmart..Its mandatory to lock unit on rental, thus take your own round lock...Only round locks work on their doors 4) Most of the lower level rentals are taken up by plumbers or janiotors or contractors, so expect huge pickups blocking yr way of enterance all the time 5) Auto Exit gates of storage dont work or unreliable.. 6) No lights in the storage unit..so take your own portable light...but walkway is well lighted.. 7) variable rental cost, thus they have full privilege to raise rental prices any time..no control on that 8) The $1, first month cost displays are only good for expensive units..probably $150 or more..and not for lower , smaller units 9) Security is not cutting edge, unlike having individual units alarmed as in many storage's nowadays..So, rely on your good insurance package If you are fine with the bad part, the place seemed ok to rent... read more

The property on warmsprings blvd in Fremont is a great place I will not recommend any other public storage place besides this property I will tell you exactly why Kim is amazing She takes the time to explain things and work with you has 100 present on her customer service u can't ask for anything better than Kim and her property I rented at other public storages and will never ever rent other than Kim's property all the other property's were rude crude to me and I was a loyal customer From now on I rent from Kim and only Kim Kim does the best she can at her property she does her best to keep property up and running the best she can over all no complaints and every time I called the property she always answers the phone and if she was away from her desk she called me back right away I didn't get this from other public storage property's over all if I can give her 10 stars I most defiantly would she does deserve it she deserves way more credit tho I can Ever give her thank you Kim ant public storage warmsprings blvd in Fremont read more
