They have drive up units and also interior and upstairs units which are cheaper. For the upstairs units, they have carts/dollies on site (free to use) and a large elevator. Every storage unit has an alarm. You need to enter a code to unlock the gate from where you can drive in, and this disables the alarm to your storage unit. When you leave, you unlock this gate again to exit, and that arms the alarm again. There are lots of cameras all around, which makes this place more secure. Renting a storage unit is easy, you can do it online or do it in person (only takes 10 minutes). I was not sure what size I would need, so I called them and they were kind enough to hold a unit for me without any obligation to rent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the front office sells packing/moving supplies and locks. You get to spin a wheel at move-in and win a prize.

Ever since they changed ownership, they always take lunch or leave in between 1-3pm both weekdays and weekend. How do I know? This is my third attempt to see someone DURING BUSINESS HOURS where no one is in the office. They can't update address over the phone but then are never here in the office, so be aware of the lack of availability if you want to consider this place.
