Stopped by on Thursday evening to print a few documents. It was such an easy process with clear instructions provided both online and in store. At arrival, there was no line at the Copy & Print Center to the right of the entrance, where I was able to access my docs in the email I had sent to Staples' print service (staples@printme.com) without any assistance needed from employees. I ended up with flawless prints in vibrant colors on quality thick paper. It was better than I expected. For office supplies, this place is pretty reliable too, but service is on the slow side when making purchases based on my experience here a month ago and from what I observed last week. Glad I didn't have to wait in the register lines on my recent visit. Customers just need to run a credit card on the machine at each individual self-service printer to pay, a convenient and efficient system for all your printing and copying needs. I was in and out in about 5 minutes or so. It costed about 85 cents per page after tax (color ink, no other options added), not the cheapest but worth it to me.

This location is super convenient for Amazon returns, everybody is usually really friendly and helpful if needed. The service is quick however it can be delayed if you come in in the evening hours, so just try to work around that overall the value for dropping items off here is quick and easy.

ASUS laptop on sale at Staples, Milpitas, if they only had them in stock!

I've gone to this Staples store in Milpitas twice in the last 4 weeks. I was looking to buy one of the laptops they advertise. I'm looking to replace an old tablet, so I don't need a lot of high tech options. But twice now this store failed to have any of the laptops they have on ad in stock, outside of the display model! They don't give rainchecks. either. This borders on poor stock/order management at least. I would say it verges on bait-n-switch, but I couldn't find any sales people to discuss it with. All my info is from the associate at the check-out. His feelings are that other stores get their stock? What to do?

This review is a thanks to the man working the printing area, Brent. He's great and very respectful, he answered the phone right away when I called with a printing question. I was on hold for 10+ minutes with the Fremont hub location. Embarrassing... Brent answered within seconds of dialing his department. He provides great value to his service department and represented Staples with a pleasant, quick, and respectful service. Rare in customer service nowadays. Thank you Brent. Staples, give this man a raise!!
