    Hustlers with bad customer service. Avoid this place , they charged me 6 bucks to tape a box up and didn't even let me keep the tape lol.

    Charging $5 to print a label sucks. Businesses that nickel and dime their customers is an avoid for me (as much as possible)

That level of responsiveness already told me they care about their customers. When I went into the store, I was a little unsure about the notarization & apostle process, but the employee took the time to thoroughly explain everything and walked me through the entire process step-by-step to make sure I submitted my documents correctly. They were patient, professional, and made something that felt confusing incredibly simple. Even better, after submitting the documents, I had everything processed and back to me within 48 hours. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Excellent customer service, fast turnaround, and very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Postal Annex to anyone who needs notarization or shipping services. I'll definitely be coming back!

    I've always loved this locations quick customer service…read more My visit on 9/24/25: ----LOCATION---- - Located in a plaza that has a Safeway, 24/7 CVS, Wells Fargo and small restaurants. - Located to the left of Wells Fargo - Lately there has been mentally ill/homeless people loitering and walking around the parking lot. BE MINDFUL OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS. I came in with very heavy packages and was clearly struggling to lift them just to show her the label. She did not offer any help and instead stood there watching me struggle. She then told me my box was not taped enough, even though it was already taped exactly how it arrived at my home. I never even opened the box because it contained very heavy chairs that I was planning on returning. If one small corner needed additional tape, that could have been easily addressed, but she was unwilling to offer any solution and denied my return. I also showed her another Amazon return, and she said it was the wrong label with a lot of attitude. I double-checked, and it was the correct label that clearly stated no box and no label were needed. Because of how dismissive and unhelpful she was, I ended up having to take the 100 lb box back home. It was physically difficult for me to even bring the package into the store, and the lack of basic courtesy made the experience humiliating and stressful. I have never had an experience like this at any UPS before. Due to how I was treated, I left without completing any of my returns. This was extremely disappointing customer service, and the way this situation was handled was unprofessional. - update I want to clarify a few things because I was disappointed with the response from this business. I did not refuse help. She never offered help in the first place. She also never offered any options for tape or any solution. She simply kept saying the box was not taped enough with a rude and dismissive tone while watching me struggle with a very heavy package. At that point I gave the same energy back that I was being given. I think most people would react when they are spoken to rudely, denied service, and not offered any assistance at all. For additional context, I took this exact same sealed package to another UPS location the next day and they accepted it with no problem and even helped me. This clearly shows the issue was not the package but how this location handled the situation. The box was sealed exactly as it arrived from the vendor. Being spoken to rudely and having staff stand by while I struggled was my experience and that experience is valid. The way this business responds to customers is unprofessional and only reinforces my original review.

And 5 stars for his service!…read more I was in a bit of a bind with an upcoming work trip in the next 2 months, my passport had just expired and I had recently just got married and was in the process of a last name change for all my documents. I took a look online for process and to no surprise as all other government offices, appointments were months out. I did a quick google search for non appointment options and found Eastridge Post Office welcomed non appointments. I waited about (2) hours in line as there were a mixture of appointments and non appointments. Once I was up, the process was seamless and Harry was professional and delightful to speak with. He answered all my questions in some of the areas I left blank on the application and he worked as quick as he could to get everyone taken care of. Definitely an efficient multitasker. Anyone coming here to get help with processing your passport, I'd say downloading or filling out the application ahead of time helps with the process and bring your photos and all supporting documents to make it quick and easy.

Carmella the postal worker was great, and made our day. She gave good advice and was patient even when I was having an issue (because I had made a mistake on the spelling of my middle name on my DL). She was friendly as well as funny. It made the chore enjoyable. It's next to JC Penny's. Parking was close, and lots of spots open (unlike when I've gone to the Oakridge Mall.)
