Had to rush print a document to be mailed the same day, and the helpful gentlemen at Copy Perfect saved the document to a thumb drive to be printed. To save time, you can email the document to be printed ahead of arriving, but there is no wi-fi there, so be prepared to use your own hotspot or drive. Printed pages were $0.50/each. read more

He was detailed, precise, and skilled, as well as thoughtful in his approach. Would highly recommend.

Good and fast service when you need it. They are open on most weekends for any emergency prints.

They are quick the pricing is great and the quality is also great. Have gone to them twice already.

I needed several 100 copies ASAP. The turn around was outstanding. It took Copy Perfect a little over an hour. Their customer service, professionalism and value pricing is far superior to the large freight companies that provide similar services. read more

needed an urgent same day print for a birthday gift. i have etickets for a show and designed a physical one to gift my partner. the attendant which was rudely acting like the owner said he wont print it because it was illegal, but could not explain or point why. the design was very far from emulating an actual ticket fyi and clearly is a greeting gift if only he took the time to read. he refused to print so i went to fedex instead and they printed my design no problem. would not support this business and would definitely spread the word with my circle. read more

Good service. Fair prices. Local print shop. Made 3 toys glossy poster and all came out great

I had a passport appt at USPS for my son at 0845 and their printer wasn't working so I urgently needed a photo to complete my application. Quickly did a search on Yelp and this place came up so we headed there just to be turned down because they don't do passport photos for kids! read more

Support your local business. They care about your business. The owners were nice and responsive to emails: they made the ordering process easier. My recent visits to staples have been upsetting. The employees are always angry and overwhelmed. Copy Perfect is invested in their business because it's their livelihood. read more

Want to go to a notary, it was done pretty fast. The gentleman behind the Best were incredibly professional and very helpful.

Horrible experience. Sent the guy a email asking him IF he would be able to do a print for me. He replies with "READY" even though I did not okay the requested order. So out of obligation I go to pick it up because I can still use it. I go and all copies are the wrong size. The reason being I didn't state the size in my email where I was asking him questions, not requesting a service. My coworkers are nice enough to pay him for this order that was wrong. And we pay for a reprint as well. Personally, I would not pay for the order that I did not request. The reprint was a doozy too, he refused to let my coworker help him export a file to PDF. So we had to wait there for this not-so-tech-savvy dude try to figure out basic computer functions. He requests cash so we requested a receipt for company reimbursement purposes. He mumbles something under his breath and tosses the cash back. Runs my coworkers card and tosses it on the counter. I understand credit card companies take a percentage through card. But all we asked for was a receipt, there was no need for the attitude. To top off the experience, as he swiped the card, he complains that he was doing us a favor trying to help us and is VERY BUSY. I'm sorry sir, you were not helping us, you were fixing a problem that was the product of your own greed. I'd be happy not to interrupt your busy empty business anymore. read more

I had some old hand written notes and poems authored by my Dad and wanted digital and printed copy. The owner understood without me saying much and went above and beyond my expectations to really present it in the best possible way. I received a D&D Player's Handbook second-hand from a friend. Some of the pages were beginning to fall out, others were fully removable from the book. There was some glue damage where it was obvious my friend had tried fixing the book himself before giving up (and inevitably buying himself a new copy). I went to Staples a few days ago (Tuesday, IIRC), on the advice of an online post (and with confirmation from another friend - a former Staples employee, no less) that Staples could turn the book into a spiral-bound version, for about $12-15. However, the woman there said that my book was too thick, and that the spiral binding would be too close to the text - making some text completely unreadable. I thanked her, and decided to look elsewhere, keeping Staples as a worst-case-scenario. Right across from The Hub is... Copy Perfect. I checked online to see what services they offer, and huzzah! They offer book rebinding. I took it in today around 3pm, explained what I needed, and received a quote - $10. Told to come back by 5, and that I could expect a call when the book was done. Around 4:15, get the call saying my book is ready. Get down there, and to say I'm pleased with the results is an understatement. I'm THRILLED. All of the text is readable and not cut off, there's no evidence of damage from the previous repair attempts. and there's a nice clear cover on the front (and a white back piece). Will definitely come back for any other services they offer which I may need, and I'll be referring any friends with similar needs to Copy Perfect. read more

Their copy machines leaves marks on copies. Although they didn't charge me for the bad copies, it's not any good. As previous posts mentioned, they use cheap paper read more

It wasn't my usual copier place and not the great Oakland find where I get do like 5cent black and white copies for the super cheap on top of a student discount. I was in the Fremont area and needed to get some huge piles of copies done so I turned to my trusty Yelp to see what's around. A couple of places were closed on Saturdays and I wasn't trying to hit up Kinkos, or Fedex or anything like that. Copy Perfect was the closest to what I was looking for so I gps my way there. It's not hard to find, tucked off in a corner on a huge plaza there's parking lot in the back but the spaces are really tight. Copy Perfect is very clean and there was only one person in the shop, I presume was the owner. There are no prices posted up, but he told me it was 10 cents for black and white copies per page. It could of been worse. He was very friendly and actually did my copies for me. It was done within minutes and printed very well and on good paper. They do accept credit cards but have a minimum charge for 5$ and they don't accept debit cards! They have other services as well such as notary and instant passport photos and even a kodak machine for printing pictures. But for copying needs to be taken care of in Fremont, I would recommend Copy Perfect to people looking for a cheaper print. Their hours are: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Sat 10am-4pm Sun Closed read more

My favorite cookbook is in paperback form and the spine was broken and the pages wouldn't lie flat- terrible problem for a cookbook. I brought it in and they could spiral bind it for me! It only took an hour and it was very inexpensive to have it done. The guys know what they are doing and were very friendly, helpful and professional. They did a great job! So happy with the binding and their prompt service. Will look to see if I have any other books I need re-bound! read more

I have been going to Copy Perfect since I moved to Fremont over 6 years ago. Today they were able to scan 18" x 12" pastel drawings and out put them at about half the size. The resolution was exceptional. They were very patient with me. They recently laminated several pieces of art for me that turned out very nice. I have also had several files printed there with very good resolution. read more

I had my copy done here today. The price was reasonable . The service was great. I got what I need. Will definitely come back again.

Today was the 3rd time I have been here for blueprint copies. I have received impeccable service every time. They are very professional and quick. read more

Forget Kinkos, Staples and even Shutterfly (may I add Costco too)! The first thing almost all ask is "Create an account", next step - do it yourself !! if you get stuck, wait for help while they service a separate line of customers. Online is a shipping wait and cost. Not so at "Copy Perfect "These guys rock. Yes are actually caring humans who will take care of you, advice you, design with/for you and print for you. Amazing professional service at a very reasonable cost. I was dazzled by their service. Having to print urgently, all other options were 2-4 days some longer with shipping charges. Out of curiosity, I found them on yelp and walked in;they delivered and how! I showed my pdf for greeting cards and was given choices of paper, price and advice on fold and envelopes. After a few design modifications by me sitting in their shop, the printing was done in 10 minutes and we were done. What a relief! I now have extra free days thanks to these folks From small cards, to large banners, engineering drawing, lamination, binding they have the works to do it in house and usually on the spot while you wait. Guys, I salute you! I rarely seen this kind of service. Professional and personal touch. Go to Copy Perfect and you will not be disappointed. I was not asked to write this review. The experience demanded it! read more

FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE!! He was so helpful and informative when it came to helping me decide on the size/type of material for the things I needed to print. When you have kids in high school and middle school coming up with creative ideas and writing projects--tons of printing/copying/making posters etc. is to be expected that you will need a perfect "copying" and "printing" place. Mr. Iqbal Khalsa is a very hands-on artist and owner who has helped my kids have the best "finishing" touches for their creative work--may it be a cover of a folder or spiral binding on a report---50% less expensive than Kinkos and 100% faster. There were some fonts that did not work for my older son for his report, Mr. Khalsa took the time to fix it and cover page came out looking professional. The people here are very gentle, soft spoken and take passion with their work read more

The folks that work are really nice. I went across the street to FedEx/Kinkos and they tried they're absolute best to make sure I could use their automated machines. I told them that the flashdrive I had wasn't working, so they burned me a CD and told me to try again. I went over to Copy Perfect where they handled the files on the flashdrive totally fine and made my prints without any issues. The price was fair and the service was good. These guys aren't a corporate establishment; they actually care about getting your business. Come here and support your local copy spot. read more

Probably the best printing place in Fremont. Been to almost all the printing places and this one doesn't compare. Customer service was excellent! The employees actually want to help you. Prices were also excellent! This place is now my go to printing spot. Don't waste your time going to FedEx or any other place cause this one is probably the best. read more

Definitely not the place to go for friendly customer service but they do have what you need. They have two computer stations with decent size monitors and up to date software. Can't rate them on their copy services since I just visited this place to print some e-mails and bank statements real quick. It's a noisy location because they're right off Mowry but they do have plenty of parking out back. read more

This shop is one of the very few in Fremont which can make copies of large engineered plans. Recently I needed two sets of plans copied in 24"x 36" for a client right away. They were able to do this for my office manager in under 10 minutes. And they told her they had the equipment to make even larger copies if needed. Very professional staff and really reasonable prices. Now that's service! read more

Amrik and staff are always kind and professional. I often come in for landscape CAD plan copies, sometimes with a difficult original that gets turned away from the automatic Fed Ex machines.
