TIP: Bring your flash drive and print on one of the two computers at the shop. Super easy! This small print and copy shop is a little hard to find--it's a corner store right before the highway overpass--but it's worth scoping out. The man working there was quick and to the point, and the woman who helped me out wanted to double check everything to make sure it was right. I had a small printing job--14 pages total, but it needed to be high quality color prints--that came out great. They answer the phone quickly too--I know this because I called beforehand to ask about their prices. Give PrintX a try if you're tired of Kinkos and FedEx! read more

It feels GREAT to support local business instead of going to Kinko's/FedEx! Came here for quick photocopies of flyers for my lost dog. I've been out of touch how much copies cost nowadays, but it was roughly 50 cents for color. As I was very distraught - it didn't matter as I was just focused on getting those flyers and hopefully up by the end of the day! The nice gentleman helped us with the copies and the lady with him behind the counter was SOOOO sweet. She was generally concerned and wished me the best of luck to find my dog. She even came around and gave me a quick hug. That really meant the world to me for a stranger to be genuinely concerned. (And if you're reading this - YES doggy was found and is HOME!!!!) Called one day to get a quote on a 650+ page print job, the gentleman on the phone asked me a few questions about my printing preferences (black and white or color/ single or double sided) and gave me a quote on the spot. Kept the quote in mind and called another place because they aren't open weekends and Printx Office's quote was still cheaper (by $20!!) so I waited until the following week to come by. Called again to check if the quote was still valid and it will was. I just wanted to make sure I was still going to be charged the same amount they originally told me, I've been to places that tell me one thing and charge me something else. Came in with a USB stick with the file and added an extra file of 250 pages to my print job, they took it without a problem and again asked about printing preferences for the new documents to be printed. Was able to pick up my printed documents just after 24 hours of giving it to them. :) They are convenient and quick! Overall the two gentlemen I spoke to over the phone and in person were very polite and professional. I wish I knew their names so I could let you guys know. I will definitely be coming back here for any print jobs I'd rather not do at home or try their other services. read more

I came here once for some printing and scanning job. The lady was very helpful. When I was there there was another customer who needed great help and she was very patient. I was impressed. I gave it four stars instead of five mainly because the computer system seem needing some cleanup. There are many items on the desktop and the instructions are not very clear. Some cleanup software also came up when I was using it. It made me worry that there might be virus. I'll definitely come back. read more

These guys were so helpful! Had to print out a few pages for a project (10-12, black and white), something super uncomplicated. They were very friendly and nice to work with. I also picked up some off-brand Post-Its for pretty cheap. The shop is small though, so I don't know how they would be with anything super complicated. My family is in the printing business so my bar for printing capabilities is a bit high. But for quick one-off jobs, I will definitely be back here! read more

It's my fault to go there again. The first time when I did finger print, they charged me 3 times more than the other. The guy was extremely unfriendly. Then, I went today to copy and print some papers. I called and asked them the price before I go. When I arrived there, the prices were different. All they are thinking is how to get money from you, not to help you. I wonder why other people gave good reviews. I swear I will never go to that place again. I wish yelp has zero star so that I can give them that. Reply to comment: Yes, that guy also told me that he had to collect charges for DOJ and FBI. That was a lie. My friends did the livescan for the same purpose and didn't need to pay other fees. Regarding the price difference on the phone and in the store, it did exist. First, copy price is higher in the store. The staff did not explain well. Then, when I asked about the printing price, that guy said "same thing with the copy price". When I arrived store, the printing price was higher than the copy price. Anyway, thanks for lettiing me know the true image of your store. Otherwise, I don't know how much money I will pay more in your store in my future printing and copying. I was fooled by good comments in yelp. read more

I LOVE this local print shop! They work efficiently with a decent price. I had couple big amount and rush printing business with them in the end of 2012, and couple small businesses in 2013. They ALWAYS had my projects delivered on time in a very tight deadline for printing, binding, with a VERY REASONABLE price. Also when there were some technique issue or problems, they will try to figure it out with the clients and get the best solution for the situation which I really appreciate it. Came in to make some copies for my kinesiology class. My ratchet printer stopped working so had to come here. There was one person before me but they were doing something else. I was greeted by some guy and he asked what I needed (he was alright. Not the friendliest.) I told him I needed to make copies of something. I didn't hear him tell me the password so I had to ask the woman (assuming she's the owner.) She told me the password. I made 30 copies and it turned out to be 4 something. I only used the Internet for a short time but they do charge for using the Internet. Copies are pretty cheap. They did charge me an additional dollar since it was under 5 bucks. I was cool with that. Staff is friendly (except the guy in my opinion) and it's quite cheap too. Definitely recommend. read more

They are cheaper than Kinkos (no for scanning) but go only if you have time to spend. They're working with limited resources there's only two computers and the scanner that they do behind the counter so if there's someone ahead of you be prepared to wait. But they gave me a free scan for my wait. read more

I used PrintX to make a few extra copies of my wedding invitations today- the lady at the counter was so helpful and accommodating! I had already been turned away by the FedX store on AutoMall because they felt that their copies would be too dark, so I was extremely relieved to receive the high quality service that I did! The cards themselves turned out beautiful, not dark at all. I would definitely recommend this place to other people in need of complicated copies! Just had 200 copies of a 404-page book printed and perfect bound by PrintX Office. They did an excellent job with fast and high quality work. Rahat and Meharpal were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The cost of printing and binding books have gone up since my last printing, so I wasn't sure if I was able to do the reprint, but thanks to Rahat, she made it possible by offering reasonable rates for both printing and binding while maintaining the quality that I expected. I am happy to say that I just had some prints done here today. I wanted to test some other companies out since I typically use Fed Ex/Kinkos on Mowry and haven't been impressed with their customer service or quality of work lately. I actually called Aria Printing in Fremont first about the job. Aria Printing's staff were friendly and helpful, but the quote for the job was pretty high, so that is when I called PrintX. All of the staff at PrintX were accommodating and friendly. Jan did the work. She was very helpful and made suggestions that improved the quality of the work. It was important to her that I left happy. This experience exceeded my expectations especially since I have been accustomed to using the Kinko's.
