I would give 10+ stars if it were an option! This review is long overdue, I never write reviews and it's definitely hard to find words to express the amazingness of the team and work that they do at the Fremont Minuteman Press. We ordered a very huge order in the summer for a Program Perfect Bind, it was over 90 sheets, double sided. It was my first time managing this aspect for the league, but Minuteman clearly knew what to do and did the job like pros! They were easily accessible, clear communications and detailed! We were very happy with their work! There was one little hiccup, but it was remedied right away and they were so gracious! Beyond the fabulous job, they helped load the boxes of programs. Furthermore, Eugene and Simon were lifesavers when they, in the near 100 degree weather, helped change my flat tire. I was panicked and completely embarrassed and they were so calm and KIND! They were real-life superheroes and saved the day! I'm so grateful and still don't know how I could ever repay them for their saving me! I had two signs printed for a baby shower that I paid over 70 for. Pros: Good quality Good communication initially Quick turnaround time They do everything for you (you send in the files) Cons: Major Attitude One of the signs came out of the packaging bent. I didn't make a big deal out of it because that kind of stuff happens to the best of us. I sent an email to them with a photo asking if they could reprint it. They replied that they would do it but basically accused me of lying. When my fiancé came to pick it up, they again said that it was suspicious. Instead of apologizing for wasting our time, we got attitude. I have no reason to lie and just wanted a non bent sign that I paid for. If they were going to reprint it, what is the point of giving me so much attitude? So petty and RIDICULOUS. I didn't appreciate being treated that way. read more

Funny how it appears most of the 5-star reviews are from fake Yelp accounts. It's even funnier that all the positive ratings are not recent whatsoever. So there's two possibilities. 1) They really suck and had friends/family write reviews or 2) They were once great but the service level has taken a nosedive . WARNING: The girl working the front desk is extremely rude. She tried blaming her bad day on the owner and her "partner in crime" being out. Come on, I don't care if you have to cover for someone while they're out. Don't be taking your sh*tty day out on your clients. Show some professionalism. The owner told us our cards wouldn't have any issues. We kept asking him if there's anything we should be concerned about before we commit. He continued to assure us everything would be ok. So we gave them our design and payment. We went to pick up our cards a couple days later... They turned out terrible. Our cards have a solid black background which made the chips on the sides even more apparent. Their cutting machine needs to be replaced because the final product was atrocious. Alta and Artie are the dream team you'd want when it comes to helping you put your vision together. We had complications with Fedex delivery and that was such a headache and got me nervous about everything. Alta and Artie reassured me they would get me my products no matter what. Fedex did not even attempt to deliver our product needed for an event....but what did Artie do? He went to the Fedex office to intercept the packages!!! Above and beyond these guys will do for you! Once you have any order, never ever call them and ask anything. Just shut your front door and wait until they notice you. If you call them and ask them how soon you will have your order on your hands, you will see terrible and disgusting attitude. In the midst of my wedding planning, I was becoming a crazy person and dreaded have to take care of all the little details -- like printing my wedding program. I had it ready to go, but wasn't looking forward to getting a quote with a wedding mark-up. Once I actually mustered up the motivation to call Minuteman Press, I was amazed at how quick, easy, and affordable it was to get those printed. Whereas the person who created my invitations wanted me to pay over $300 for 100 programs, I was able to print 120 programs at Minuteman for under $100, on very nice cardstock. I went in on a Monday and had the programs on Friday. Brenda provided great service - she ended up having to redesign the invitations to get them to fit in the dimensions we wanted, and they turned out great. She and Amanda also helped me print a few signs for the wedding in addition to the programs, and were very thorough in helping me through the different options for the printing. The difference between the Fremont Minuteman Press and the two other local print shops I've been to was like light and day. The staff were personable, helpful, and true to their word -- I got my 250 digital copies finished in *two* days, and the quality was absolutely *perfect*. By contrast, Fremont Printing took SIX days longer than promised to finish a handful of business cards, which were absolutely shoddy, unusable quality. I threw them away immediately. Don't even get me started on Felt's Printing. Like at most places, offset printing is a tad expensive, but my digital copies looked fantastic and were pretty cheap for the number I printed. So for budget jobs where quality can be shoddy, I go to cheaper places, but for promotional material where speed and quality is key, I go to these guys. read more

The staff was very helpful, and the graphic artist with whom I worked, Amanda, was quite skilled and competent. True to their name, they had my job completed while I was sitting in their office, and sent me on my way in less time than I expected it to take for them to simply give me an estimate. Me and my fiance created our own wedding invitations and used Minuteman Press to print them. Brenda helped us through this process and was so great the whole time. She emailed me back immediately throughout the whole process which was about 2 weeks. It was a small order but she made me feel like I was her top priority.
