I tried so many places to get a large photo printed for my aunt's funeral. I needed a 16x20 on a 20x24 and I only had an 8x10. I couldn't find anywhere that would do a high quality scan of the photo and the print shops I went to needed a digital file, or they didn't have photo paper or they couldn't get the sizing right. I ordered 9 Medium shirts plus 10 hats for our employees at my auntie's company everything was good until I noticed all the hats were XL which of course didn't fit them. He NEVER asked me for the size of the hats and I didn't asked him either since I thought the hats were those kinda of hats which you can change up the size. As a business owner you CANT assume the size. When I asked him if he can fix them he said it wasn't his fault like wtfffff of course it was it's his business and he's the one who knows about it and refund was never a option. It was my parents anniversary & I needed a photo blown up FAST. I send out multiple request through Yelp & quick printing center's owner got back to me fast! He worked with me via messaging to figure out the size I want & which would come out clearly. I wanted a digital photo blown up to 20 by 30. That isn't easy because it's blurry real quick. But the owner worked with me and gave me many options on what would be best. He was so helpful! He closed at 1 and I had asked if I could come in, not knowing that he closed at 1. He kindly welcomed me! He stayed until almost 2 and helped me print out my picture. That's some amazing customer service. He knew it was urgent to me and he worked with me to get it done. My fiance and I bought these beautiful DIY invitations, the kind where you're given a template and you can print from home. We loved the idea of being in control of printing out samples. After several failed attempts at printing them from home we decided our fate was to get these professionally printed. There are 5x7 decorative cardstock invitations, with matching reply cards, and according the other print shops were impossible to print on a non-laser printer. We called all over the Hayward area and NO ONE was able to help us. My fiance found this place and decided to just show up and ask if it was something they could do. Syed had us email him the PDF of the language. Fiddled with the layout/direction and printed us a sample of each, they were beautiful. It was the end of the day and he said he would work on them the next day. They were ready and we picked them up and they were beautiful. Great quality. When we came home and examined them none of the writing was off center, or slanted. It was perfect. Syed gets to the point. He is a busy guy and seems to be the only employee there when we came by BUT the quality of the work is amazing! And he seems to know printing more so than people who just work part-time at a Kinkos or Office Depot. This is the place to go to. But be patient. I don't understand why this place has the word quick in its title. This was the slowest service I've ever experienced at a printing center. Not only was the service slow, but so was the Internet. Upon waking in I noticed only one computer, whatever, the man asked what I needed so I preceded by telling him I needed 400 prints on plain white paper but with colored ink, after about a couple minutes of explaining over and over again that I did not want colored paper rather colored ink, he finally understood. So after about 10 minutes if not more of logging onto the computer and signing into my email I am finally able to print, however I do not see the colored ink option. I call the guy over who then begins telling me that from that computer you can only print in black and white ink.....there is only 1 computer in the front for public use.... Overall I spent about 45 mins in this place. Another downside to this place is that the computers don't wipe your information after using it. When I went to gmail to log in a previous persons email was signed in, as well as other individuals documents were downloaded onto the desktop. I had to go out of my way to log off my email, delete my downloads, and wipe my browsing history. read more
