When you are paying for professional print services, you expect the team to understand paper weights, bleed margins, and finish types. Unfortunately, I often find myself explaining the basics of my own file requirements to staff who seem unfamiliar with their own equipment's capabilities. * Online Order Discrepancies: The online ordering system allows you to select specific dimensions and finishing options, yet these instructions are frequently ignored. Most recently, I requested a custom cut for a project--a service clearly offered and paid for online--only to be told at pickup that they "don't do that here" or "the machine is down." It defeats the purpose of "Store Pickup" if the project isn't actually ready to the requested specifications. * Operational Silos: The biggest hurdle is the lack of cross-training. If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist. I've stood at an empty counter while multiple employees walked by, only to be told that no one else has the login or the training to simply hand over a completed order or check a status. The Bottom Line: If you have a simple, standard-sized document to print, you might be fine. But for anything involving custom dimensions, professional finishing, or a tight deadline, the lack of accountability and technical skill makes this location a gamble. Until they invest in better staff training and bridge the gap between their online promises and in-store execution, I'll be taking my business to a dedicated local print shop.

I talked to them about what was going on and how I also wanted to smooth out the side prongs because they were digging into my finger. They suggested I run it all through insurance first so we could get as much of it covered. I came back when I got the okay from my insurance and Dom helped me out! We discussed what was going to be done, he gave me some tips on things we could do for my ring in the future to prevent it from bending a prong again, and then we got the quote. Hands down the best place to get your jewelers fixed! They finished it in about a week and it looks better than when I first got it! The prongs on the center stone are perfect, and the ones for the side diamonds look amazing! They were able to smooth them down a bit but then add more material to make sure they are nice and snug! Can't recommend this place enough! I will definitely be coming back to upgrade my ring a little more!

Post the installation he even gave me tips on how I should be taking care of the car and to stay away from wax based sealants for wrapped cars since they cause a thick film that inhibit the shine. He was very professional and I'm planning to work with him on future laser projects. Just a note - If your project includes cutting into an existing product or other requests that may not come out at a high quality level Alan will have questions. (I think this is much better than plowing the laser into something and ruining it.) I want to address the low review from the engineering student - you should heed the lesson in how to not be a high-drama customer. The expectation that your on again / off again rush job is showered with time and attention from your vendors is a little entitled (unless you're paying them for it). I guarantee other trade professionals (e.g. machinists) will have a similar attitude if you pull that and they are not the problem here.
