What an awesome experience working with Trophy town! We had a gift for my father in law that we thought last minute to have engraved and they took care of us. Communication was always quick via yelp chat or over the phone. We had asked if we could bring in the item the next day for same day work. Syed was amazing and accommodating. Although they were in the middle of moving their entire shop for a larger space and working on large projects, they were able to squeeze us in and get our engraving done fast in the font style, size, and location we wanted. Would definitely work with them again! Thank you Trophy Towne! read more

I've been very happy with the custom engraving Syed did for me. He has quick turnaround and has done quality work on small batch jobs as well as large (150+) batches. I will continue using him on my custom wood engraving projects. read more

Good service with fast turnaround and a variety of different fonts for engraving. I had metal flashlights engraved for my groomsmen and they turned out beautifully. Syed is friendly and easy to work with. Great price as I was shopping around the bay area for engraving services read more

Trophy Towne was such a great experience from start to finish! Everything was super easy, straightforward, and stress-free. I really appreciated the flexibility in being able to engrave a plaque for me the same day, it turned out amazing and the turnaround time was incredible. Syed at Trophy Towne was the MVP of our team's end of year dinner banquet last week. I'm the owner and director of Brooks Debate Institute in Fremont, CA. I coach 100+ students, mostly local middle schoolers from Hopkins Jr. High, and every year our team ends the season with a team dinner evening at Dave & Busters. This year I wanted to give out some some end of the year awards and honors and was originally planning to just print certificates. The morning of our event I decided to see if I could get some nice plaques and medals same day and found Trophy Towne on Yelp just down the road. I showed up to their office just after 11am and asked if it was possible to get custom award plaques and 7 medals made by 7:30pm-- that I hadn't even designed yet. Syed said he could do it and somehow performed a miracle for us. I went home, downed a Red Bull, and designed all 22 plaques and 7 medals. I sent the very last image files over to him at 4pm. All 29 of our awards were ready to pickup just 3hrs later. And my students were really, really, really happy. tysm! read more

Trophy Towne and owner Syed are nothing short of amazing. He has done several projects for me and each time exceeds all expectations. He is kind, efficient, honest and fair. His prices are reasonable and his work is impeccable. He has both engraved and embossed gifts for me and they have been as-promised in looks and quality each time. I would recommend this business and encourage you to check them out for your personalization needs and trophies. read more

Need to have an engraving done, team shirts printed, cups decorated, trophies, medals etched...search no more! Syed will respond to you here promptly or call him for an estimate. He'll give you a reasonable quote. He has items at his establishment or you can bring your own. The work is done on site. I made an appointment to have a metal plate engraved for a memorial. Syed came through for me, when other places were either closed on the weekends or were going to charge me much more for something simple, but very important and needled immediately. Thank you, Trophy Towne! read more

Poor experience. I've done promotional items for over a decade and was hoping to receive better service. I had to do the mock up vision myself and instead of the company taking my idea and perfecting it, they slapped the engraving on my Yeti without aligning it properly, so it looks crooked. As a professional promo company I expected more than I recieved and paid quite a hefty fee between the Yeti and the customization. When I brought it to the workers attention he went back and forth with me about why it wasn't a big deal which I eventually shrugged off and left. After leaving I received a text from the owner basically reiterating what the worker was saying to me which was excessive given I had already footed the bill hours before for work I was not happy with. Bad production and customer service overall. I wish I would have taken a photo of the final product to show the misalignment but I didn't. read more

I had an amazing experience getting a watch engraved here by Syed. He replied quickly to my request, was open on weekends and even rushed my project in time for the holidays. I drove from another city and would gladly do it again. The engraving was exactly what I wanted and done with a nice font. Thank you so much! read more

Had a great experience getting a wooden cutting board engraved here!! I messaged the business through yelp and the owner, Syed, responded quickly and answered all of my questions regarding pricing and fonts. He sent me an image of the name that I wanted engraved in different style fonts, to make it easier for me to choose from. That was very helpful! I dropped the cutting board off on a Friday afternoon and Syed had it ready for me two business days later on Tuesday! I was very happy with how my board turned out and even happier with the fast service that Syed provided! I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends! read more

Amazing! Quality work and in such a short time! This time I had a bachelorette present engraved, and was able to pick up my item before I left for the bachelorette weekend! Easy to work with, a little lacking on communication via email but overall good experience and prices.

Trohpy Towne will be my go-to now for my engraving needs. I was very happy with their quote and turn-around time for my item. Very quick and clear communication (I felt bad for all the emails I was constantly sending haha). I wanted to have a leather journal (top grain leather) laser-engraved with a custom quotation and image as shown in the pictures. I really appreciated that they double-checked with me the final formatting of the img files before proceeding. The final product is smooth and well-cut. Look no further! I needed 15 trophies for our company event last minute, and Syed came through for us and helped me stay under budget and purchase 3 different beautiful styles and had them ready for pickup in 2 days. The employees loved their recognition awards, and I will definitely be using their services in the future. Terrific service. Thanks! read more

Even though we had a tiny hiccup with our project, Trophy Towne was a fabulous partner and I highly recommend!

Seems like a small mom and pops place but very messy and unorganized. The man there is very nice but if you take someone's expensive order for etching and don't take down their number to let them know the etching print is size 8 on a large item and etch it anyways that's going to piss people off. Please confirm what you're doing on these items, especially if it's a high priced item and there's no way to undo it. read more

Syed was a lifesaver. My son forgot to order championship medals for his basketball team and needed to get them engraved by the next day. I had a wonderful experience getting a knife laser etched for a birthday gift. I messaged in for a quote and Syed got back to me with a fair price and very promptly. After dropping the knife off and discussing how I wanted everything positioned, within a day he emailed me a template of the artwork and positioning of the knife. I needed it a bit over a week, but to my surprise, everything was completed within two days. Syed was very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the design before going forth. Syed was very helpful from start to finish. my project was so small. I only needed a small plate engraved for my father but even so Syed took care with my request and treated me like i was like any customer big or small. i really appreciated his effort. The results were great and my family was satisfied and happy. Update: Syed actually engraved Chinese characters on there. I sent the the calligraphy font i wanted on PDF file and he did it. We were very happy. This skill and result were rare finds. I hope every culture can tap into this resource in the bay area. read more

Syed did a beautiful job at engraving my stethoscope. Very reasonable price! I would come back for my future engraving needs.

Edit: got a call back from the business owner who explained why it couldn't be done. Very much appreciated. I'll leave my review below as it did happen and was my first impression with the business: This is based on a phone inquiry. I called to ask whether they could engrave something for me and the person on the phone didn't really care to ask how big etc... and just shrugged it off as something they couldn't do when really it's quite simple, I just needed it done locally instead of my usual spot and thought I'd give these guys a try given the great reviews. Pass. read more

I am not a reviewer, in fact this is my 1st review on Yelp. But I could not let my experience go unnoticedThis company went above and beyond exceptional service. I was only a few days away, from my sons birthday, and did not know what to get him. I was told 3 days, before his birthday he always wanted a Family Heirloom Keepsake of any kind. What can I do in 3 days??? I immediately ordered a nice watch overnight. I contacted Trophy Towne, to check if they can Laser Engrave on Metal, and if they can do it within 2 days? Syed, responded right away. He was actually sick, and just coming out of the hospital. And he was in the middle of a Graduation Celebration that weekend. But, he understood my urgency and Special Gift to my son. He made time, to work with me. Also, it was going to be a simple name engrave, but at last minute I requested a graphic logo. I knew it was challenging, but Syed made it work. He did the job flawlessly and right on time. I believe that they will try to meet all your personalized requests. read more

Wow I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this business and Syed. As always, I was very last minute to buy a gift for my god mothers 40th birthday. I reached out to several engraving places (including things remembered) about engraving two copper moscow mule mugs, and having it done for pick-up literally the next day. Literally every business other than Trophy Towne said no. Syed was so quick to respond, kind and professional. Not to mention the job he did was fantastic! The mugs look great! I honestly feel like i was being such a difficult client with my deadlines and complicated designs and Syed was so understanding and cooperative; he even rescheduled his doctors appointment so I could pick up my order before my flight! Honestly the quality of the work and the customer service is unbelievable, I will definitely be going here for all my future engraving projects! read more
