I've never had to get anything engraved before and recently took on a task to get some a few Scout plaques engraved. I had the perfect experience working with Cathy to get the engraving work completed. No complaints, just excellent customer service! Cathy clearly shared all the options I had, did not make me feel stupid for asking stupid questions, provided the best prices, and completed the quality work before I even needed it. I will definitely come here moving forward for all my engraving and plaque needs! read more

Kathi at Tanner engraving went above and beyond to engrave some special heirloom sterling champagne toasting glasses. We had a tight timeline and limited space for the engraving, but she made it happen! Highly recommend. read more

What a great find. If you need something engraved this is the place. Very organized, great service and an excellent price

Tanners Engraving has two locations, my dad and I walked into the Bascom location and spoke with Cathy, they were quite booked with work but she called her husband Tom at their Race St. Location and he was able to take our order. We were so excited and relieved that they were able to fit in our order. It was beautiful and really added to the statue my dad made for my mom. I would 100% go back here and recommend this business to anyone who needs special engraving done, but don't be like us and go last min! read more

I had a custom engraving to be done on wood I provided. They let me know up front what issues might be encountered with the piece provided, but it turned out really well. They know their machine well. Excellent results and service. read more

Campbell location is very unfriendly. Lady on the phone was raising her voice at me when I asked her a simple question because I did not understand her explanation which had been unclear. Can't even get clarification. Extremely poor service. read more

They do excellent work and focus on detail. I'm very grateful to Tanner's for their excellent work! I'd definitely go back.

Not sure what their work is. I can only say that the Cambell location is not that customer friendly. Their other location is 5 stars. Go there if that is an option. read more

I came in to get a piece of acrylic I had engraved for me and my girlfriends anniversary. We went over exactly what I wanted and she made sure that we were on the same page and helped with the design. She ended up changing the design a bit for better aesthetics and I think it was the right choice, it came out better than I thought! The order was ready exactly when it was said to be (1 week), and the price was very fair ($35). I think my girlfriends going to love it! read more

Poor communication, called and spoke to Tom about engraving but he failed to tell me that they don't engrave anything with a value over $500. I only found this out once I drove down to his shop. read more

Found this place on google. I needed two jewelry boxes and 6 cuff links engraved for our bridal party and they did an excellent Job for an Excellent price. Things remembered quoted me $205.00 for the same engraving job that they did for $90! I would highly recommend them. Their hours are kind of inconvenient but their work is great! read more

I can't say enough about the great work this business does! I had an art project in which I needed etching done on 13 large cast acrylic, and they all had to be even and set carefully since they would be framed and hung side by side. Cathy was very careful in going over exactly what I needed and gave suggestions on font sizes, which was very much appreciated. She emailed proofs to me before doing the job and finished the job in good time. The work came out beautiful and the price was great. I will definitely use them again! Highly recommended! read more

Love this place. They do a fantastic job and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using them.

Some of the most rude people I've ever dealt with. I guess the guy who works there 'Tom' would not honor my price quote he previously gave me. I gave him precise details on my product. He told his other coworker he didn't know full details before he gave the quote which is a lie. He also rushed me off the phone every time I spoke with him and sounded completely bothered by me calling. Would never work with people like this. read more

I was delighted with the quality of the engraving! The price was reasonable, and the time was less than expected.

I had no idea what to expect as I had never needed engraving before. What an amazing experience not only was the price a fraction of what I had expected but I was estimated a turn around time of 2 days which was not the case. By the time I returned home, my job was ready to be picked up. I will never go anywhere else. thank you Tanners! read more

Great service and very responsive. Cathy was very nice and was able to engrave my hydro flask exactly the way we wanted it! She did it in one week. I would recommend this business. read more

Copper Moscow Mule Mugs - Of course, I didn't come up with this gift idea until the last minute and needed a rush job. I've always been a fan of the family run businesses and not the "chain stores" like Things Remembered - I am SO pleased I found Tanner's Engraving. Exceptional Customer Service: Right from the beginning Cathy was pleasant and understanding, she picked up the phone to make sure the machine would be available for my gifts. Affordable: Even though I only 4 pieces (not a huge job for them) the cost was far less than I expected. Experienced: Cathy gave me her advice on font type and size based on her experience and the final products are perfect. I will definitely go back and recommend Tanner's Engraving in Campbell to everyone. read more

Tanner's engraving provided a great experience for our team when they engraved a watch for a thank you gift. They were very fast and nice. I prefer giving my business to local shops versus large chains. I'll continue to go back here when I need engraving, which is not very often. read more

I needed to get a few Christmas gifts engraved on short notice and Tanner's definitely took care of me! The engraving came out exactly as I wanted it to and as I mentioned before they totally came to my rescue (= They certainly live up to their high ratings! The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because their hours leave a bit to be desired, but they're already well aware of that =P If you can find your way in during their business hours I'd 100% recommend them annnd will be back if I ever need anything engraved in the future! ps - Thanks for everything Tanner's! read more

Very Professional and organized. My job was produced a head of time at a very reasonable price. When in need of engraving I will return.

Absolutely amazing engraving place!!! Priced right, service top notch and very fast turn around time! I went in there to have something engraved for Father's Day, hoping that it wouldn't cost a fortune and I could get it done last minute. Cathy worked with me to have the logo approved and within a couple hours, the engraving was done and I picked it up! From approving the proof to this finished product and I beyond impressed with how the engraving turned out! Better than I was expecting! I will be referring everyone I know and everyone who asks to Tanner's! Thank you again Cathy!! read more

If I could give Tanner's a 10 star I would. I came in with a request for a Thank You plaque and not only did Cathy help me pick out a very classy plaque but took my Thank You note and improved it. I was incredibly impressed and proud to deliver the completed product. In front of several hundred people, I presented the delivered plaque, and received nothing but praise for how beautiful it was. The receiver was overwhelmed by it's beauty. Tanner"s is a class act. If you are looking for the best of the best, Tanners is it. read more

I was in a time pinch to get a perpetual plaque engraved, Cathy came through with flying colors! During the ordering phase she knew the existing font on the plaque. She did inform me that one of the engraved names would be slightly smaller, due to the number of characters. I liked how she set expectations. I could see some customers being very disappointed that the characters were not the same size, when they received the finished product. I know this is something minor, but the attention to detail and communication did not go unnoticed. read more

Amazing service and results! Cathy made a gorgeous brass plate for my photo frame, and she was even able to accommodate my request to have the plate produced in both English and Persian. Because of her detailed eye, she spotted a discrepancy in the Persian words I submitted to her, helping me avoid a translation disaster. Because of her expertise and amazing service, I have an amazing work of art. I HIGHLY recommend Tenner's Engraving if you have any engraving requests. read more

If you need anything engraved, this is the place to go. I had a brass plate to be engraved, but the material would not have allowed for the engraving to come out looking the way I wanted it to look. Cathy suggested a change in material that made it come out perfectly. read more

Went here for a few projects. They were exceptionally helpful, especially considering I had no idea what I was doing, and I wasn't giving them a lot of business. They even shipped one piece to their other location for free when I had to pick it up on Saturday. So glad I found them! read more

Cathy is wonderful!! I needed something special engraved and Cathy saved the day!! She suggested the font and it turned out FANTASTIC!! I also needed this engraving done ASAP...she was so accommodating...received it the same day. Tanner's Engraving is the BEST!! read more

Cathy knows her stuff! She has done several jobs for me. I've been happy with her work every time!

Horrible customer service. It was as though the woman waiting on me felt that she was doing ME a huge favor by talking to me. Almost as if I was bothering her by asking about prices and info on one product. Mind you I was only asking about 1 product, not a lot of questions here. And I was the only customer in the store (gee I wonder why). I will not go again. I will not recommend. I'm in the sales business myself so I understand how to interact with clients. Anyway I walked out. She had a very bad attitude. My real star rating for Tanners Engraving; NEGATIVE 5 stars. read more

I had a great experience with Tanner's Engraving! I had a wooden box engraved with the Marine Corps emblem, and it looks absolutely beautiful! I worked with Cathy, who answered all my questions very quickly and worked with me to get the exact image I wanted. I was hoping to have the project done within 4-5 days and Cathy had it done in less than 2 and stayed true to the price she had originally quoted me. I would definitely recommend Tanner's Engraving! read more
