Our family trip to Legoland was booked and the only thing we needed to do was finalize some kind of matching top that I am so widely known for doing. Time got away from me and Etsy was no longer an option. Just as I was going to give up and mentally prepare myself for unmatching looks, I stumbled across iCustom in Oakridge Mall. The young man was neck deep in projects that were already placed so I took it upon myself to walk around the shop and browse. There were already a few sample pieces that pertain to Lego theme but just wasn't what I wanted. I let the young man know I had a few ideas|designs in mind and wanted to know if he was able to replicate. He told me to email over screenshots of the images and ensured that he would be able to accomplish the look. The turnover rate was fast fast! We stopped by on a Tuesday and was able to pick up the final product on the following day. Pricing was a little bit higher than other businesses I've gone to previously but with the tight schedule and quality that was provided, I'd say the cost was justified. Keep in mind that your design and article of clothing you purchase varies which may decrease or increase your overall costs. 5/5 stars. March 17 2025 - Excellent store that does customization. I paid $35 for vinyl letters and numbers to be put on a new Sharks Jersey. The employee was very precise with the creation of the decal and made sure it was aligned perfectly. I will see if the letters stay after washing but first impression is the letters are set well into the material. Ill update this in a year after I have washed it and see how it looks. I bought the jersey at the store across from them. Great price of $65. It's not like the $250 ones they sell that are probably better but this is more suitable for me as I only go to about 2-3 games a year. read more

Easy to work with this team. Only downside is their shirt selection is a bit limited in color and size on hand, but they let you bring your own shirts in and save costs. I walked into the store today at 10am and showed the man a picture of a historically black college university T-shirt. I wanted to get made. The heavy set middle eastern man that has curly black hair Laughed and Smirked at the shirt idea. I paid $44.95 for my order and left. I picked the shirt up after work about 6pm Got in my car and realized that the word university was messing a Y. When I told the man this over the phone he said with an attitude Oh My God just bring it in. I walked back in the store he never apologized. He just kept saying it's okay, it's okay, it's okay. I told him No it's not okay. The word university is not spelled correct. I would like it fixed. He said fine come back in 1 hour. What a inconvenience and poor customer service. I can't believe how horrible the experience was here. We had to have two polos embroidered in three days - which we were promised were going to be completed with a day to spare. Two days in we call and he doesn't have the shirts done. Then the two polos we provided he ruined because he took them next door to a Hat store to have embroidered. He never took them to Pleasanton as promised because that's where they actually do the work. We were under pressure to get the shirts so we bought two more shirts and he promised us to compensate us for the shirts - which never happened. Needless to say the next two shirts were also ruined as well and placed too high on the shirts and here we are - three weeks later still no refund or call. The night before our event he left early and left the stitch work again to the guys next store at Lids to embroider the shirt. Shady. We do a lot of our own print work but we do not embroidery. We created the design and supplied the shirts and still had zero success in two attempts. Avoid this place and find a better place - the work here is spotty at best. read more

So sad this shop's service has gone so downhill. I emailed an order request on a Monday. When I hadn't heard back on Tuesday I figured I'd just stop in and ask in person and get a quote. The shirts I wanted were from an online shop I'd ordered from that never actually sent the order. So I knew what I wanted the shirts to look like. The guy looked at the email and said yeah, they could do them. They'd just have to charge a graphic design fee and I could either buy shirts there in the store or bring in my own, so I bought the shirts there. It was pretty pricey (1.5 x as much as online) but he said he could have them ready that Thursday so I figured it was fair for such a quick turn around. I came back Thursday to pick up. It was a different guy working. He had no record of my order!! He was able to go back through the emails and see that I had emailed in a request. And I had my receipt. But the order had never actually been placed. He said it would be ready Monday afternoon around 4. I ended up getting tied up Monday and not being able to make it. So I called Tuesday to confirm it was ready only to be told nope, they were still working on the graphic design. The guy tried to make it sound like it was my fault that I paid them to design it instead of having the design myself and that's why they were so late with my order. The designs were mostly just fonts/wording. He asked me what I wanted him to do and I told him they were way past the promised time for my order and I wanted my money back. He asked what if he had them ready that night? I said fine, but if they weren't I wanted the refund. I called a little before 7 (the store hours are listed as open til 9). He told me they still weren't ready and they were about to close. I told him I wanted my money back. He told me he'd have to give me the owners number and when I said ok, let me get a pen he HUNG UP on me. At this point I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Finally the next morning someone else called me and said my order was ready. Two of the shirts came out exactly as requested. The third shirt they left off the punctuation and it just looks stupid. At this point though, I was too fed up to argue with them anymore and just took the screwed up order. He apologized for the delays and offered 25% off my next order. But there is no way I will be doing business here anymore. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but ended up very disappointed. We dropped off 20 jerseys for our Jr. Sharks hockey league: 10 for home games and 10 for away games. We told Mo that these were for our hockey team, and we needed the names of the players printed on the back. We gave him a list of all the names along with the numbers, and our telephone number in case he runs into any issues, and to call us when the jerseys are finished. The total cost was $200, and we paid the $200 up front -- see attached receipt for proof of purchase. Even though we asked if there's anything we should clarify, such as the color of the lettering, Mo said, "I know" like he's done this a million times. Since other teams have had good experiences here, we left the store trusting Mo to do a good job. A couple days later, we picked up the finished jerseys. I am attaching a picture of half the results (the other half are the same but different colored jerseys). Notice the following problems: 1. There are FIVE different sized fonts used across the 10 jerseys. Notice how large "LI," "FLYNN," and "HARDY" are compared to all the other jerseys. I have no problem with "SCHLOETTER" being slightly different; it is a much longer name than anyone else's and will necessarily look different. 2. There is no excuse for "LI" being printed as big as the jersey number itself! 3. Each name is placed in a slightly different place on the jersey. Notice how "ELNAGGAR" and "HOAG" are vertically closer to their jersey number than "KINKOR" is to its respective number. Mo explained the following to us: 1. It is "impossible" for all the jerseys to have the exact same lettering. Note: At a minimum, all the jerseys should be very similar in size and in position. We sent all jerseys to one shop so they would be as uniform as possible. 2. He didn't want to print on top of the stitching, and all the jerseys were sewn slightly different from each other, so he did the best he could. Note: See the white "FLYNN" jersey pictured. He printed the lettering right on top of the stitching, anyway. 3. He blamed it on computer problems, and his press machine. 4. He said you should never print the numbers first and then print the names. You should always print the names first, and then the numbers. We had given him the jerseys with the numbers already printed, so there's not much he could do. Note: The numbers on the jerseys were already printed on every jersey, and the numbers were already the same size and position as each other, despite the fact that the jerseys are all sewn differently. So I don't see why the numbers are the problem. 5. The letters are permanently pressed on the jerseys, so there's no way to remove/replace them. Even though he had our phone number, Mo never called us once to clarify any issues. When we complained, he brushed us off. So we left the shop and gave all the jerseys to one of our coaches. When our coach returned to complain, he gave her the same excuses. With our coach's help, Mo ended up refunding $20 for the two "LI" jerseys. The lettering is so bad, no one would ever wear these jerseys. We never received a refund or offer to replace these ruined jerseys, which cost MUCH more than the $20 lettering on them. All these jerseys were BRAND NEW when we dropped them off, and our hockey season has just started. Our team now have to wear these very awkward jerseys for the entirety of their season. We will never go back to iCustom again. read more

The store is full of tees on the wall and hoodies that display various pop culture designs, there is also a shelf of stickers with popular musicians and sports teams. This store is quite popular so it does get a little busy. So you will have to be patience when put in an order because it takes time to go over designs, fonts, etc. I placed my order in for some stickers and the time to complete the order took slightly longer than expected. I did not complain. When I picked up my order they had given me more stickers than I had ordered for my troubles, thats good customer service. I already had a pre-made logo design I came up myself, so after a quick discussion of what I wanted, I emailed the logo to him using the free in store wifi. Within 15 minutes, I was walking out that door with a new sweater. I did notice a little mistake where a piece of the design didn't peel off correctly, so I just went back and Moe was able to fix it immediately. One critique I will give, I wish I could have seen where the design was going to be placed, before it was set down and heated. The logo is currently more to the right of where I would have wanted it, but it's not a big deal and overall the process was just as quick as easy as the last time I came in. Yesterday I placed a custom logo order for my non profit for the Black Lives Matter movement. The guy who took my order this day was very nice. He was very helpful. I was a bit concerned he did not proof my logo for my order. I have been a customer here at iCustom for over a year and have placed several custom orders for my company and my other corporation. The order was promised to be ready for 1pm the next day. Typically with small orders the guy would complete it while I shop and the work would be amazing. He would proudly show me the completed work before folding it nicely and placing it into my bag. Today when I returned to pick up my order a 2pm the shop was closed. Lights out and door locked. The mall was opened and I was very confused. iCustom was not answering their phones and I didn't receive an email from them letting me know of any changes. I waited then called later that evening around 5pm. The guy answered the phone like he didn't want to be bothered. I later found out he was covering for the first guy. I told him I was there to pick up my order. He looked around then grabbed my bag off the back counter. He the aggressively handed it to me. But quickly snatched it back before I could grab it. He asked if I paid for it. This was obviously a crazy question because iCustom will not start an order without payment upfront. I grabbed my bag and walked over to the couch to check my order. I found I was missing a custom logo mask and the logos on 2 shirts were fuzzy. He said there was no mask missing. I showed him my receipt and he then hopped on the phone to call someone. I asked my 10 year old daughter to hold my items while I talked to him about the missing mask and 2 shirts. 2 out of 4 shirt's design was pixelated. For 5 mins he argued with me about the quality. He said the shirts were NOT pixelated. I told him they were and if they were he was supposed to let me know the quality of the logo was degraded. I never saw the proofs prior to printing. Proofing designs on their computer screen has in the past been their normal process. He got frustrated with me snatched the 2 shirts from my hands and said he would not give me the other masks. He then tried to "snatch" the other items out of our hands. He said the he didn't want to do business with me. He wanted me out. I was banned from his store. He was the owner. He didn't have to fix my order and would just wanted to give me a full refund for the entire order. He reached for my shirts and tried to grab them again. I got very upset at this point and I told him I just wanted the 2 pixelated shirts re-made or just refund them. There was a lot of back and forth and he then sat down and refused to provide service. He said he would not give me my missing mask and he didn't care what I did. He just wanted me out. At this point I was then left with no choice so I called the police and he started recording me with his cell phone. He started yelling at the other customers in the store. He said "Look everyone, do you see this, you guys are witnesses, we have a "Susan". FYI... I am a black women. LOL!!! As I was on the phone reporting the incident he started yelling at me saying "Watch you are now going to report me for being a racist" I was not sure what was wrong with this guy. I assumed he has been called one before for his behavior. I told my daughter to get the mall security. I was afraid to leave the store because he would lock me out and say he gave me all of my items. I told the cops, this is why I would not leave the scene, on the phone. I am assuming this is why he called me a "Susan". It never crossed my mind that he was racist until he started yelling these things at me. I waited for my daughter to arrive with security. I pulled out my phone and recorded him because I no longer had a witnesses. This guy proceeded to yell at me saying I was no longer allowed in his store. He told me he did't care loosing my little money as a customer. He said he gets plenty of money and he will be in business for years to come without my business. My little money means nothing. He would be happy to never see me again because customers like me are a problem and have an attitude. Customers like me are not allowed in his store. He looked at the shirts and said "By the way I am throwing these away" He tossed them in the trash. I recording him. He looked at them and said "Oh I will do better than throw them away. I will cut them" He pulled them out of the trash, pulled out scissors and started to cut the shirts up. He said "These prints are not allowed in my shop. The guy who printed these shirts will be fired. You are no longer allowed in my shop printing items like this. I don't like people like you. Cops are good people and people like you antagonize them and force them to do the things they do. You protesting and looting the city. I am tired of you" I could not believe my ears. I was shocked at how much anger he had. Yet I was still recording. read more

I actually have a logo I produced and called a couple of printing shops around my area in Southern California and nothing compared to iCustom in the bay! My boyfriend & I stopped by this place last Friday wanting to get custom T-shirts for the Vasona Lake K9 Cancer Walk in Los Gatos. My dog was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer (Lymphoma) & I was going to be raising money to help fund the rest of his Chemotherapy Treatment. My boyfriend came up with the idea of getting custom made shirts to help show support, & he mentioned this store that is close by. We stopped here already having an idea of what we wanted on our T-shirts. We were greeted by nice gentleman who took his time with us & asked us how we wanted our shirts (you can choose different color T-shirts, fonts, colors, style etc). After about roughly ~ 20 mins the guy who helped us said he could have it ready in 40 mins. We also asked him if he could make a T-shirt for my dog & he said yes as long as it's at least 40% cotton. We stopped at Target, bought a child's size stretchable t-shirt (had polyester & cotton) and came back to iCustom to drop it off. 45mins later, our shirts were done & I absolutely LOVE it! I was very pleased the way the design turned out & we wore them to the K9 Cancer Walk. We had so many compliments & people asking where we got it. I told them to check them out, other than the design/image being easy to fade once washed, I would still recommend this place to a friend. Just be sure to use a detergent that's color safe. Bought 5 shirts yesterday (Saturday) and had the Owner put my business name on all shirts. I told him from the beginning I could wait til Monday to pick up so he doesn't rush in making them, he then proceeds and tells me no it will be done in 1hour. I came back in 1hr and a half still not half way done, I told him again this is why I was ok with waiting til Monday, he tells me give him 30 minutes. He calls me when I am driving home and tells me he's done but I left home I couldn't wait I have little kids, so I came back next day now (Sunday). I walk in and tell him I'm here to pick up order that was supposedly ready via his call! And nope he had to finish the 5th shirt because he still wasn't done. I walked into this shop and was immediately greeted by the employee. I brought in a shirt and he helped me pick out a good photo to put on it. The shirt was done very fast and cost me $25 for my large image. I am a fan... I went back in with another shirt and it was $20 for the image AND was ready within 20 minutes. read more
