I was looking for a place that does emobroidery for driver hats as a gift for my groomsmen on my wedding day and stumbled upon Graphic Affect on yelp. And take shouldn't be taken lightly because I am a perfectionist and can have OCD at time, and I am ALWAYS over the moon happy with my work with Graphic Affect. This business is 100% my go to for all my custom work, and should be yours to, here why... Working with Edgar and his team is always a great experience from beginning to end. I estimate to use their services probably 7 to 10 times a year and every time the work is flawless. I can count on them for creativity and professionalism. I can be pretty demanding with crazy ideas (sorry Edgar), but Edgar always delivers over my expectations. I've had so much work done here, but here's a short list of some: Screen print T-shirts, marketing material, large prints, event programs, pens, race metals, embroidery on hats/bags, large event seating charts, custom cut charger programs, and sooo much more! Honestly, my family in the central valley Merced and friends in San Diego even do all there work with GAB and ship it because they are that good! Their service is also very speedy they always give accurate estimates but they always over deliver. I would like to add that they know their stuff (they are truly experts) you know if you have an idea and it's not going to work on material the material you wanted, they will help you figure it our and be honest with you before hand. This review is long long longgggg overdue! IM SO SORRY EDGAR! But here is your long awaited review that I promised! First off, let me tell you how grateful I am for Edgar. It was prime time for letters (christmas time), yet Edgar made everything possible for me without a glitch! I was stressing out to the max, due to my procrastination (a super bad habit which I should really fix..) AND my other source flaking on me, trying to find a place where I could order my two pbabies their 6 sets of letters. Keep in mind that I only had A FEW DAYS left until their installs.. I frantically searched far and wide, scrolling through pages and pages, calling at least 10 embroidery places to see if I could place an order.. no luck. BUT! Lo and behold, my last and only hope, Graphic Affects! I explained to Edgar my situation, concerns, and my dramatic stressed out story over the phone.. and he said to stop on by and he'd help me in anyway possible that he could. HALLELUJAH! Praise the almighty lord and his baby Jesus. I WAS SO RELIEVED! Once I got to his office, I showed him pictures and color ways of exactly how I wanted it. However, me being a girl and all, I was questioning myself on the color ways and asked for his opinion on everything as well. He helped WITHOUT any hesitation at all! My what a sweetheart. I wanted quiet a bit of customizations, such as a Switzerland flag on the left chest (he didn't have a template for it but he customized one for me anyways), which I thought was super awesome!! Keep in mind again... It was prime time and he was backed up on orders, like baaaacked up. And he did inform me on that but I continued to tell him how desperate I was for these letters because I wanted my kids to have it in their formals day. He reassured me that he'd do that best that he could and he would have it by 2 o'clock the day of, which was perfect (he actually finished my letters by 12 o'clock instead of 2!!! 2 HOURS EARLY!!!)! AND he didn't even charge me a rush fee!!! ON TOP OF THAT, he even validated my 10% off yelp.. Sorry Edgar! Money was a struggle when I had to buy my kids so many things! But super glad that you were very accommodating and sweet throughout our whole transaction. All in all, Edgar is a very delightful, responsible, and meticulous person who will not only get the job done, but excel in his work.
