He told me to bring my driver cap in so they could take a look and see what they could do. If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

You get to try on a sample jacket, see actual stitching, choose fonts, and communicate with a real person. Matthew is knowledgeable. He knows what he's doing. You definitely need to set an appointment. You can't just walk in because it is a busy shop being the only one that services Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon. (There is another shop in Brentwood.) I would suggest looking at their instagram @gotstitches or their website gotstitches.com to look at samples before going to your appointment. That helps a lot! Getting a letterman jacket doesn't happen overnight. It's a process and there is a wait. You pick your fonts and colors, where to put your patches, what size jacket, etc. Jackets are made to order. You get a proof in about 2 weeks (depending on how busy they are), and when you approve the proof, there's still a wait on when your jacket gets completed. The wait might be long, but it's totally worth it! We ordered in December and we were given an estimated time of February. My son got his jacket in March. If you're a senior, they'll give you priority which is most likely why he didn't get his jacket till March. I'm good with that. My freshman can wait. :) Overall, the jacket is well made and the stitching is great! The patches are sewn on very well - even on the leather sleeves. Any new stitching or patches will added as needed. Call first before dropping by. I appreciate that Matthew gave us care tips. 1. Keep jacket in the zip bag when in your closet because moths love wool and so when they get to it, your jacket will get tiny holes. 2. Jacket is dry clean only! 3. Don't wear your jacket in the rain.
