5 stars for customer service! They are very nice and accommodating. I placed my order online but have been communicating with Christine to make adjustments. Originally, I ordered a unisex small in cotton, but I was concerned it might be too large. I emailed them to ask if I could stop by in person to try it on, and they were incredibly kind and said yes. When Christine saw me, she immediately noticed that the size I had selected would be too big. She recommended an extra small in women's sizing instead. I also requested to switch to the moisture-wicking material--which was just a small extra cost but totally worth it. I just picked them up, and they are so nice! The owner of the business is supper nice. This is my second time I went to this business. First time I had issue with the print and the the time that I was expecting my shirts to be ready. Second time I was regretting and this is why , for 3 T shirts and two sweaters just for printing my company logo for front and back , they charge 186 dollars , just look at the receipt I posted here . I started arguing on the price but the owner of the business wasn't willing to accept a penny discount even she was acting like loosing money . I won't continue my business and I won't recommend them . Too expensive and also they have some crazy amount of charge for service fees. For example for 5 items they charge 50 bucks service fees which I don't even know what that is for ? Supper regret , unhappy and mad about what they did to me. I called a couple of stores in San Jose to have a picture printed on a t-shirt for Father's Day. No one answered the phone at i Custom San Jose located in Oakridge Mall. After several phone calls I gave up on them. I made another call to Custom Made in Eastridge Mall. An employee rudely told me that they were too busy and didn't have time. As a last ditch effort, I reached out to Logos Etc., in Milpitas. The owner, Christine Richardson, immediately answered my call and said she would be more than happy to assist me. She opened her store early on Saturday morning (during closed hours) just to help me. In less than 25 minutes I had my Father's Day photo printed on a t-shirt and the reason it even took that long was because I was running late. She was pleasant and professional. She even threw in an additional shirt for free. Logos Etc., will have all of my decal & custom logo business from here on out. I can't express how grateful I am that Christine was able to help me. 3 years ago, I needed to find a new vendor to screen the t-shirts for my son's elementary school and I found Christine and Logos Etcetera. She gave us a great deal, was easy to work with and has been available to help us out over the years as needed, even on short notice. Besides printing all of our school's spiritwear, she also built the school multiple websites where parents and teachers can place orders and she has printed us banners to hang at the school announcing events. I needed an embroidered polo for our children's choir. I called to request for a quote and asked the owner if she can work around my budget. She was very accommodating. Since I live nearby, Christine invited me to stop by her shop to discuss my requirement. She printed my logo, discussed options, showed me fabrics and we picked the color of the yarns for the logo. I was happy with the fabric she recommended but I wanted to see more options. Without hesitation, she ordered more samples for me. Two days later I went back to her shop and she embroidered the logo on the shirt so I could show a sample to the choir before we proceed to production. She's that amazing!
