This is a long overdo review but they made this right after messing up my business sign and it took a long time to deal with but the manager (I think new) took care of it free of charge. I really respect that and appreciate them doing so because they could have told me to kick rocks. Anyone who can admit they messed when they did is someone I'm willing to go back to because they have my trust. Many businesses these days have poor customer service and support. These guys have it. Jacky did a great job. I told him my situation and we were able to get everything done within an hour. He was professional and Jacky knew what he was doing. My appointment was on Monday but I had a cancelation today with a student. I was around the corner i decided to see if Jacky can get my signs mounted on the car... He was able to fit me in. The job took half an hour. The cool part was I meet the owner( Mike ). We talked about businesses. Good and cool guy , Mike. We both agreed that it is about quality not quantity there's days. What a great experience, from management down. What a great experience, from the management to the installer. When I emailed Alex, the Sales Manager, about bringing an aftermarket decal to be applied and showing him pictures, he went over the challenge but remained confident in their ability. On the day of, and once speaking to Jason, the installer, he already had a game plan he discussed with me as soon as I arrived, and due to his many years of expertise, I too was put at ease. The challenge he faced on applying the wrap to the gas door side, and the attention to detail cutting the letters, and wrapping them made me want a drink just watching lol, but every step was explained, and as he stretched and applied the vinyl, the end result was very much to my satisfaction. Walked into the store with an idea of what I wanted, but not a whole lot else. The staff there was extremely helpful and worked with me every step of the way to make sure the vinyl banner I needed was exactly what I was looking for. They were very responsive to all of my questions and made any requested changes very quickly. Production turnaround was fast and the work was of great quality. Burnie is da man! I called in a last-minute print job a few days ago and he made it happen. It was a larger banner that needed some extra TLC and was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, offering a few different pricing options and ways to make this big job do-able in a short time frame. I went to Fast Signs to purchase some printable vinyl for a small custom job. I first dealt with a friendly lady who was kind enough to give me a 2 inches sample to do some printing test on. As the test prove conclusive I returned to Fast Signs to purchase a couple feet of the said vinyl. The gentleman who served me was rather unfriendly and informed me that the Fast Signs has a $45 minimum and that I would therefore have to buy 8 feet of vinyl to meet that minimum. I explained that it wouldn't make sense for me to buy 8 feet when I only needed 2, he did not bulge. I decided I'd rather drive 20 miles and take my business to a place that doesn't look down on small purchases. read more

Great place to get all the custom signage you are looking for. Banner signs, acrylic signs, magnetic signs, car wraps, pretty much everything. And they are super friendly. The company I work for uses Fast Signs whenever we need, well, a sign. Custom signs are supposed to be non-refundable, meaning you really have to be sure of what you want when you place the order. But when you have a really picky client who says they are really sure and then changes their mind. Then swears they are really sure this time... then changes their mind AGAIN, it can be a mess. Thankfully, Debby and everyone over at Fast Signs was really great about it and worked with us to reuse whatever materials could be reused to keep our costs down. read more
