We just switched to a new printer because they've been really slow and completely unpleasant here lately. They've always been our printer to the best of my knowledge and nobody here has ever had a problem with them before. However, they've lately acted like it is a huge inconvenience to do anything for us. The major turning point in the relationship came when one of their employees was extremely rude to one of my coworkers when she went to pick up her business cards. Called KK Graphics and after a couple of minutes found out that they could run my job on Saturday. Thank goodness.
