When I got to her counter, she explained she couldn't use the color photo I'd spent over an hour and a half getting from across the parking lot at Office Depot Office Depot because the prints weren't cut evenly or even the same size. I couldn't believe I'd spent all that time there, and the young lady who helped me had set everything up on my phone, only for me to discover they didn't even have a printer app for what I needed. Upon approaching the FedEx Office printing section, I immediately realized I had chosen the wrong business compared to OfficeMax or Office Depot, as FedEx Office was arranged like a professional mini printing warehouse. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, trying to get it all done just one day before my son's big day, Class of 2026 graduation. Noreen was kind, helpful, and patient. She guided me through the process, and I was so relieved by her professionalism and the fact that she noticed I was exhausted. She was an absolute sweetheart, helping me figure out how to send the photos through the FedEx office photo app, and once I explained what I needed, she assured me she'd take care of everything from there. She gave me a price, and I said, "Okay, let me head back to Office Depot OfficeMax to get my refund so I can put it toward their fees." After returning with my refund from Office Depot OfficeMax, Noreen asked me to have a seat in their customer area while she worked on my photos--laminated, double-sided graduation keepsakes to wear around our necks for my son's graduation day. Noreen, thank you, my dear. You were a breath of fresh air during my time of frustration and exhaustion. By the time you finished, I was a truly happy customer, and the whole store knew it! Not a fan of their new (well, not really new) shipping practices where they try and get you to use their automated shipping system. The problem is that there isn't very much information provided when using that process. An example from today comes to mind. I'm shipping something that has an internal battery back to the manufacturer for repair. It doesn't seem to want to charge. When I went to use the automated check-in system, I was prompted to certify that my package didn't include hazardous materials. But, there isn't any information as to WHAT they consider hazardous. Because I wasn't sure if the battery in the package was considered hazardous, I decided to use the human based check in. The first words out of the person (who was female) who helped me's mouth was, "You know you could have used the automated check-in in." Not hi, not hello...but trying to drive me to that system. When I explained why I was going with human check in, her tone and body language were incredibly condescending. I felt like she was trying to chide me for wanting to ensure I followed their practices. I highlight this interaction because Neal and the team here have been my go to for some time both personally and professionally when I need something printed or shipped. I'm not going to change that, but I really wish they wouldn't treat people who want to be sure they are doing it right so poorly. It's not the first time I've had this challenge. This is why I decided to Yelp it. Customers should know what the experience will be like if you choose not to use their automated process. read more

Sometimes the lines are long and there's only one employee handling it all. But when there's at least two employees the line is swift. So the employees here are great. The company as a whole could improve. I only come here to pick up my FedEx packages since they always deliver when I'm away and I have to sign and present ID to prove I'm over 18 for my package. I wish I could have it just be pick up at location instead of having to go through the process of having to wait for an undelivered email in order to request pick up at location. I feel that they overcharge for boxes and packaging supplies but so does UPS. I much rather support the USPS for packaging supplies. read more

In need of printing services? Fedex got you covered. Our aging printer at home needs a refresh and while it is taking time for us to find one we really like, I badly needed to make high quality copies of personal files. I may have been living under a rock because apparently, copier machines are now easier than ever to operate. First off, if you're like me who does not like swiping physical cards in random machines, then the stored value card is the answer. Obtain and load a cash card (which takes bills) by using the self-pay machine which is located by the entrance door. Then, go to one of the copier machines and follow simple instructions on the screen to make copies of your documents. For printing soft copies from your personal device, there is no need to use a computer in store, just send it as an attachment via email to printandgo@fedex.com. After a minute or so, you should get an email with a unique code which you will then enter in the machine to retrieve attachment and print. It goes without saying please use caution which files to send. Now I don't know how long these machines have been in business but I surely appreciate knowing there is something I myself could personally operate without having to worry other people handle my files. Update: I did not notice before, they do have Tap to Pay option. Another great way to avoid swiping CC. read more

Overcharged me by $230.00 for books that I needed to have printed and bound over the weekend. I knew my final total was wrong, so I called the store today and the lady told me she would send an itemized report of the charges since the receipt did not. She was condescending and told me that I was not overcharged. A few minutes later, the manager Stevie calls me, and tells me I was overcharged by $230.00......right after the lady I was talking to before said I was not overcharged...... It seems like it was NOT an honest mistake and the person who overcharged me did it on purpose. Stevie was very apologetic which I appreciate but I will definitely not be returning here. If they didn't overcharge me I would have given them 5 stars because the books turned out beautifully which is why I'm giving them 2 stars. read more

Did you know that FedEx office doesn't accept hazardous packages and they must be dropped off at an actual FedEx ship center? I didn't mind having to do that but they gave me the wrong address to go to for that. I'd give zero stars if I could. Maybe train your customer service reps better. This is a conveniently located shop that offers copying and scanning services, along with shipping, postal mailboxes, and likely more services that I am less familiar. The customer service team are super friendly and helpful when it came to helping me figure out scanning on a Sunday afternoon. Convenient hours and open on Sunday, which is a huge positive. The cost to scan is $1.30 per page, so you may want to be selective in what you are scanning. read more

For some reason, the design did not transfer over properly, leading to wonky cards (so be careful about that). Prateek guided me through the process and edits to look out for. Even after making the changes, the formatting just got distorted in transition but Prateek went out of his way to make the accurate changes so I could have my cards made right. Unfortunately my first review of the year has to be a negative one. This location is staffed with inexperienced employees who lack attention to detail. I would have gone the self service route, but since I was not able to print four sheets on one page without help, I ended up going with their full service option. This is a flat $2.50 fee in addition to the printing fee. I asked for a preview before the final print job because I was concerned about the way the document was showing up on my phone and was told that I would definitely be showed one. After about 15 minutes and wondering when the employee who accepted the job would come back with my 'preview' I was shocked to find that they had finalized the print job (without confirming with me that I was okay with the paper quality or the font etc). The font was not at all what I had on my document, and I was very disappointed that I did not get the chance to correct this before it was printed. read more

First time here. I came in (2:15pm) to drop off a pre-labeled package to return. I was worried there would be a long line as xmas just finished and many ppl would need to return unwanted items or dislike items. But it was not! 2 customers in front of me. Luckily it went fast. Gave my box to the clerk, he asked me if I need a receipt. I said no, but now I felt like maybe I should have. Because I never return anything with FedEx, usually when I return with amazon or target, I would receive an email that my return have been collect or scanned in. It's 8pm now and I have yet to receive an email regarding my return. But I hope they scanned it and will ship it back. This location is spacious. Clean and quite organized. I like it's bright and have natural sun light. I use to worried that I can't find a FedEx location but now I know it's here and easy parking. This place has been horrible for decades, but now that they have installed a self-service kiosk that does not work at all and allows anyone and everyone to just reach in and take whatever they see sitting inside of it literally every single miserable employee acts like you are destroying their lives by asking them to sign into their workstation, scan a barcode and hand you a receipt. You can try explaining to them that FedEx immediately denies any and all insurance claims made against packages which get left unattended in kiosks but they aren't actually capable of understanding the fact that there might be something inside a cardboard box that is worth more money than they make in a month so they will do nothing but stare at you in full-blown Idiocracy style even though they have absolutely nothing else to do beyond stand there screwing around on their phones.
