Usually I wouldn't leave a review for a USPS location, but the service here is phenomenal! My girlfriend and I came here to send a high priced item through mail and the clerk was very knowledgeable on how we should send it and what features we should get to insure safe delivery of item. He even told us to use registered mail because it is cheaper with insurance! I thought insurance with registered mail will surely add to the cost but it actually saved us $10! If you have any questions about your mail, ask them! They will give you the best advice and information! read more

Typically knowing I have no choice but to go to the post office makes me feel glum. I hate entering the belly of that beast. This Post Office Unicorn turned my frown upside down. This location is the only one with a 4.5 star review on Yelp. I chose it over 3 nearby ones with the typical 1.5/ 2 stars and was not disappointed. A clean, well lighted place with plenty of parking, fast service and good service. A first for dealing with the USPS. Hopefully I will be in the neighborhood next time I have a need. read more

I'm generally a big fan of the post office. They provide such an important service. Day in day out. And at a pretty reasonable cost. However, there is also a point at which some post offices perform far better than others. I have now used this post office consistently for a couple of years. Have come to the conclusion that if you want something delivered slowly, this is the place to use. If you want something delivered on time, don't go through Brisbane. There is some sort of a time warp there. Most recently I have mailed items from here and days later mailed items from another branch. Both letters going to the same place. The Brisbane letters always show up later. Right now one is delayed by more than a week and I wonder if it will ever show up. In any case, I won't be using this office any more. read more

This is my go to post office. Plenty of parking...not "closed" lunch break. Fast efficient. Instead of standing in line for 15 minutes in SF. I just drive here ship out my items and drive back in the city. No more standing in line with grumpy people lol read more

I have to agree...there are few post offices in this country where you don't go insane from the glacial pace of the employees! The Brisbane post office is definitely an exception... Sometimes there are lines, but it's never slow-moving thanks to (try to guess who's who!)...Mr. Efficiency, Mr. Smart-Aleck, and Ms. Nice-and-Pleasant. sigh...they make going to the post office an easy, stress-free errand for once! The one downside is that since it's a small town, the post office isn't open on Saturdays. read more

Located just 5 minutes out of town (either drive up Bayshore or hop on the 101-S and go, like, 2 exits) this is something unheard of: a clean, friendly Post Office THAT NEVER HAS ANY LINES. No lines. I think I did a good job with carefully choosing the post office for a mailbox. This facility doesn't have a waiting list for the smaller mailboxes, and they're open around the clock. The post office has tons of private parking, so you don't have to worry about parallel-parking on Mission Street. The staff is great. There's been a couple of time that I noticed the staff addressing people on a first name basis. Customers must be regulars ... felt like I was Mr. Rogers' hood. read more

I usually come to this nice little post office early in the mornings, right before I go to work, to ship out all of my ebay and other misc. packages...and I must say, this post office has plenty of perks: 1) Parking lot...so, plenty of parking and you don't have to pay for meters 2) Nice, friendly, and knowledgeable staff 3) Line is short, hence wait time is very short =) All in all, this is one of those secret gems of a post office, tucked away in its own little niche off of Bayshore Blvd. read more

Way more post office than seems justifiable for our little town, but I'm not complaining. It's an extremely classy facility, -1 star for the obligatory surly post office workers. I can't think of a postal need that isn't covered by the place. If I needed to ship three live wolves, seventeen pounds of sand, a highly classified spy dossier, and a fragile birthday cake, I'll bet I could find all the packing materials and necessary paperwork in the front area. And I'll also bet the folks behind the counter wouldn't even lift an eyebrow; they'd just tell me the damn price, take my money, slap a bunch of stickers & Special Tape on the packages, and send me on my way. read more

OMG they have 1 person working the window and RUDE customers. I was shipping packages for my company and had a few so I let 4 other customers go before me, once I finally got to the window the printer proceeded to break twice for every package scanned! And all the other customers in line verbally shamed me for shipping too much! This was truly a crazy experience. I will most definitely not come back to this branch. I love coming to this post office...super friendly staff and the best thing about it? It's never busy! I work in Brisbane so this office is literally down the street so it's location is perfect when I need to send something out. Large, spacious and clean. They have gift wrapped type boxes for purchase if you want to get fancy! They also have P.O. Boxes here too. I wish this post office was in Millbrae but then again, if it was then it would be crazy busy and the workers would be grouches. But luckily for me, im so close during the weekdays, im just a "smoke break" away! read more
