Calling 1-800 was of no help whatsoever! I was told I would have to wait until Tuesday to ascertain what was going on. Are you fricking kidding me!? This morning December 16th, I was left on hold for 32 minutes waiting for a live agent to explain this snafu ('situation normal all effed up') usps shipping experience. I finally hung and called 800-USPS right back. AI kept on attempting to divert me but I kept yelling 'agent'. Don't think for one second they didn't know I was pissed! Finally, i get an agent who unapologetically stated the package WAS PUT ON THE WRONG TRUCK! You have got to be joking! How many times was this package scanned over the last 5 days?? How was this not caught? How many brain cells are at work at the USPS to have this happen? I have just viewed the tracking number again AND THERE IS NO UPDATE REGARDING THIS SHIPMENT! Maybe the postal carrier/truck has to actually deliver the package to my address for this to be rectified? USPS should not RECEIVE ONE DIME for their lack of service with this shipment! Never again - I'll ship Fedex Ground before entrusting a pricey - fragile package with the USPS. AS OF DECEMBER 18TH, TRACKING FOR THIS PACKAGE HAS SIMPLY DISAPPEARED! There is absolutely NO REFERENCE TO THIS PACKAGE. Where do large heavily insured (up to sales price) packages go? You can be they're not sitting on a shelf... UPDATE: Shipped out on Dec. 11 @ 12noon from San Francisco and arrived in Minneapolis on Dec. 20th - 9 days later... Today, was a bit difficult for me as I have leg pain. A young man 20-24 yrs helped me. He scanned my QR code. The labeled printed, he handed the receipt to me. I was going to place my item in the bag and stick the label myself but he said he got it. I love that every time I come in, there's always a spot in front. I probably have the smallest box size, but they take my biggest packages - light stands, flash heads, etc. No fuss, no airs, just reliable and good service. I'm typically in and out in 20 seconds if there's no package. It's a plus for whenever I go on vacation and redirect my mail there. No more lost/stolen packages! Total bummer about the lack of outbound FedEx, but personally, I think it's no hassle to print my own label and drop it off at Sloat. The lines are really slow at FedEx Sloat, actually. 15 mins wait or more just to grab a pickup - I think it's a good reason to extend service here. Just a suggestion for the owners - consider some way of adding a sensor to each box that indicates whether a box has mail/packages, notifies the customer. That way, us customers can save a few trips.

The staff is very helpful with any actual printing concerns and I have often used the very and I mean very reasonably priced office space they have in the back, which consists of several desks, a nice office, and a conference room that I have seen other lawyers do mediations within. It is not the fanciest office space in the world, but it works and works well. I am really glad I found this place at is far more easy to use, closer, and just an overall better experience for me than Kinkos.

I have tape at home and didn't think it makes sense for stores to charge for penny worth of supply. I went home and taped it and went to the one at 29th. There a shop employee sealed the box for a lady right in front of me, another surprise. This is much better customer service and experience. Just a caution to everyone, each store has their own ways of running business so just be aware there might be quite a bit of different service level.

However, when I arrived and searched the app for it, I realized my return required a pre-printed label. This was on me for not noticing sooner, but tell me why it costs $4 and some change just to print a single b/w sheet of paper at UPS. I paid since I was on my way to dinner and didn't want to lug around a clunky box, but this is ridiculous considering it costs a fraction of the price for self-serve printing services at competitors like FedEx.
