I had several items to drop off. I walked in and there were several people in line inside the store. There were three employees - two at the register and one loading the truck. One employee was helping a person who was taking a while. The other scanned barcodes and took packages, quickly. We needed a notary public quickly as we needed to meet a deadline. UPS popped up. I called in advance and was told the notary would be available Monday and Tuesday of this week. No appointment necessary I was told. I inquired the cost per signature $15.00. So we went in this past Monday. I'd say this to save time. Put a post in note for every page where a signature is required. We had six signatures and four witnesses. We paid $110 total. The notary wasn't the quickest or the most observant. There's much in and out foot traffic of folks coming and going for various services so it created a noisy environment while the notary sits at the shared service counter. It made me nervous as we're dealing with legal documents. There were a couple of issues that I didn't catch while there. Fortunately I caught them at home later before the documents were sent out. We set up a notary appointment and 1) the notary didn't show up, and 2) didn't let us know in advance. What is the point of setting an appointment if they won't honor them. The guy handling the front desk was very friendly and didn't have anything to do with the notary not showing up. Don't bother with notary here. You're better up walking in somewhere else. read more

I use this store quite a bit. The crew that is working there now is quite good. I stopped in a couple days ago to return something. The young guy pointed out that my preprinted return slip was actually for the USPS. Nevertheless, he actually helped me to tape up my package and sent me off to the Post Office. Above and beyond! The staff / location is very busy so service is minimal. Positives, plenty of easy & free parking because of the location. If you have a package with a prepaid shipping label you were able to skip the line , at least that was the case when I went. Negatives, no hand holding they are very busy , and it's taken it's toll on the staff For me it was an okay experience , but I had a prepay label which allowed me to just drop my item amongst a stack of other boxes read more

I had a package shipped here. I've been calling for two days and no one has answered the phone in addition to the mailbox being full, so no messages can be left. I get off work after closing hours and I just want to confirm if they have my package. I also read other reviews about being charged a storage fee so I'm trying to get in contact with an employee to see if I can arrange for someone else to pick up my package. I'm not sure how you run a business where the employees don't answer the phone. It's really terrible customer service. read more

Package shipped there. UPS says ready for pickup. I went to pickup my package, I was told the store is closed for and they weren't accepting any packages from UPS, and wait a couple of days for a UPS update. Contacted UPS, they don't know where the package is too. read more

Do not do live scan in this place or if do make sure you do not get charged for the resubmission! The manager of this place Alfred Tam charged me for the live scan resubmission and I reported this to DOJ because if you go to the same location for your live scan resubmission there must be no charge! read more

Poor customer service. I went in to return an item that I had ordered from Amazon. The item was no longer needed and I submitted a return via a UPS Store which did not need the box to be sent back. The item came in a box and I figure that they could use the box the item came in to send it back. When I got to the counter to have my return processed, the older asian lady assisting me said that they do not need the box. I said that they can go ahead and throw away the box. The lady said no and that I can throw away the box. Additionally, while she was trying to get the item out of the box, she couldn't do it and asked me for assistance. I didn't think that it was a big deal for them to throw away a small box (about the size if a shoe box). I could have easily just left the box there when I left, but I took it and put it in the trash outside the store. read more

Went over there today and the proprietor refused to take an Amazon merchandise return. He told me it was because of the covid-19 business, and that I should "respect" the policy. When I asked, he also suggested that other UPS stores were doing the same thing. I found out tonight that at least one other UPS store continues to accept Amazon return merchandise. I guess this is news to Amazon, but Amazon has closed down their customer support, so I couldn't call. Oh well, wasted trip. read more

Terrible customer service. Took a package there with a pre-printed label to be shipped. The girl was sitting on a stool behind the counter looking at her phone. She looked at her phone 90% of the time, never made eye contact with me (just the package) and absolutely ZERO verbal communication - no greeting, no thank you, no nothing - even though I personally greeted and thanked her I got ZERO reciprocation. If you want to even be acknowledged as a human being, I suggest you go across the parking lot to Fedex .. where somebody actually bothered to look up the definition of customer service. read more

I needed to pack and ship nearly an apartment worth of items, including a computer and monitor. This store was so efficient and amazing! Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. I love this location because of its convenience. But hold the phone, that's all there is to love. All the female employees that I've encountered at this location suck. I know it isn't easy dealing with people all the time, but if you look like you always have something up your ass, or are irritated at every little thing, you need to learn what customer service is or leave your job if you're so miserable. Don't be putting your misery on others or your dark, gloomy cloud above my head when all I'm trying to do is return some packages quick and easy. I had a package delivered here and I am a UPS My Choice Premium member, which means I am able to ship packages to any UPS access point for no additional cost. The employees behind the counter didn't even know what ups my choice was and said I still had to pay to pick up my package. After showing them my membership, what's included with premium, and that it was active, they called their manager and still said I had to pay for my package. Their claim was that the store doesn't get any money from the premium memberships, even though it is a UPS Access Point. In any case, I'm extremely unhappy and will never have packages sent to this store again. read more

I have never left a yelp review prior to this one because I understand that sometimes, especially due to COVID, stores have bad days. With that being said, as a frequent shopper of Amazon, i make a lot of trips to this UPS for returns. 95% of the interactions i have at this UPS are awful and the employees act as me asking them to do their job is a major inconvenience. I am a college student and have worked in many areas of the service industry so i know that it's tedious and at times, sh*tty but come on......... if i could name the girl that works there that has been SO rude to me, i would but unfortunately she never says more than two words to me for me to even get her name. do not recommend coming here, and pro-tip: avoid if possible if you're having a bad day, because this place and the employees will make it worse read more

Need a notary? Don't go here. You book an appointment online and get a confirmation email and code. Go in for your appointment and you'll be told that the notary is only in certain days for a short period and they "don't know why you can still book online". Ridiculous and terribly irresponsible for part of a national chain to not fix their booking system. read more

The young man working at the counter this morning (October 11, 2021) was super helpful, mellow, friendly and efficient. He processed my Amazon returns (a box with return label, and items that did not require re-packaging or labeling) swiftly. The lady in front of me was slow and not up to speed on returning her box just with the electronic code (no packaging), and the counter guy was really nice and helpful with her. Based on past bad reviews, it seems like they might have new management at this location.. or at least they have this patient, helpful employee who is making a difference in people's days. Generally not a fun job at a very busy city location. Hopefully he is getting the recognition from management he deserves. read more

Had an Amazon return to drop off. Scanned the QR from my phone, was asked if I wanted a receipt, got a receipt and was on my way.

Really polite and helpful gentleman assisted me this morning on printing/copying needs. Was in and out in a flash.

I have to give a star. But they deserve no star. Please do not go to this location many location near by. I witness the female employee yell at a customer who was going to take a piece of tape for his package. No customer service skills at all. Don't use this pickup spot under any circumstances. Not only is it dirty and messy but the UNEDUCATED, small minded clerk named "Chris" is an idiot. My package was ripped open and he refused to do anything about it. This is the second time this has occurred. If I was the owner of this business this guy would be gone but I guess that's what happens when you pay minimum wage and don't train your employees in customer service. I've been using this location often because it's close to where I live. They accept returns from Amazon and they always help you nicely. Today, there was this guy at the cashier who helped me shipped a package. He was polite and very professional. Sometimes when you go to these shipping places, you see people who work there and they look so sad - like they don't want to work there. But here, most of the people I have met are polite and professional. They're also quick and efficient. I like coming here! Keep it up! read more
