This place saved my life and my marriage. I was in a bind to get address printed on my envelopes for my wedding invites and copy circle exceeded my expectations with there with their quality of work, speed, and thoughtfulness. I called every single print shop in then Bay Area and was laughed at when asked if they could print on my own envelopes. I was given insane price quotes, told it would take a week, and that it wasn't possible. I was ready to sleep on the couch for the rest of the week. Review #400 goes out to a local small business that deserves some more positive exposure on Yelp. For a last minute print job a few weeks ago I called around to five or so of the closest copy places for some quotes. Copy Circle gave me the best service over the phone and the best quote for 500 black and white copies on color paper. Can you believe another copy place, that shall remain unnamed, on Ocean Ave actually CHARGES you to use a computer to pull up the file you need to copy?! How LAZY! Well that is definitely NOT the case here. So I drove the extra 10 minutes over to Copy Circle. Good decision. I got to choose from three or so different print samples with different levels of contrast to make sure I was pleased with the final look of the flyer. Once I put in the order, the manager let me know there was a nearby coffee shop I could refuel at, afterall, it was pretty early on a Saturday. My 500 copies were ready in about 20 minutes on bright vibrant celestial blue paper, packaged neatly in a cardboard box labelled with our company name and all their info. Even with the upgrade from pastel to bright paper, I think the job was still cheaper here than at FedEx Kinkos on Sloat. I'll definitely be using Copy Circle again this May when preparing SFSU's Marketing Department Graduation Ceremony in which I'm leading the planning for. I saw a few event programs they produced for another organization on the counter and they looked fantastic. They're close and one other big convenience factor is they accept AMEX. I was designing the invitations for my sister's wedding and I always like dealing with printers like these. I admit I have more professional knowledge with printing, but that's perfect for me. I don't need my hand held through the process but I need the specifics on the process to optimize the designing. Fast turn around. The thermography printing (raised ink) is great. Pantone color matching. These guys never said no to any ideas I had an tackled it at a great price. I don't think these guys are purely service oriented, but if you know what you need and just want someone competent and knowledgeable to help you finish a job, these guys are great. Hours are good too. Dealt with Raymond and he always remembered me. Gave me a lot of good info over the phone and in person when I was showing him my draft copies. They even threw in extra copies (they have to print overages to ensure hitting your number) and I ended up with 30 extras! Bonus. I used the thermography printing, offset printing, cutting, creasing, and perforating. Everything came out flawlessly. Going back there for the next project. They don't quite seem very heavy on service but they were always easy to talk to and answered all my questions. read more

Unlike so many businesses that triple or quadruple the price when they hear the word wedding, Raymond not only gave us a good rate, but he also turned around the order faster than we could have ever expected and offered to print all the cards using thermography--this fancy technique that raises the printed words on the page. The day arrived for us to pick up our order only to discover that we had submitted the job with a typo! I came here twice. They have good customer service and is cheaper than kinkos where they charge for everything when you dont do it yourself. Here I asked to photocopy both sides of my drivers license on one page and they did it with no problem and no extra charge (i dont think). The second time I came is to print something with my own paper. It came out great. The laser on my printer is apparently not hot enough so the ink rubs off from the paper, but their laser/toner is hot and it prints very clear and doesnt rub off. You are able to open your email and open the file in the store (which im sure kinkos will charge for). Another extra star for accepting to print on my own paper. I went to dragon printing and they rejected me "i prefer you not bring your own paper ok bye". Wow. Here it's $1 printing fee and .15 cents for 1 side black and white printing. 12 cents if you have more than 10 pages. They accept paper thats pretty thick. $5 minimum for credit cards. Will come here again for sure. read more

Two out of the last three times I have tried to patronize Copy Circle they have been CLOSED, in the middle of the afternoon and in the middle of the week. Both times, there was a sign in the window saying, "Back In 20 Minutes." Huh? Twenty minutes from when?? And what the heck are they doing closing the doors in the middle of the business day? No way I'm going to visit this place again....I mean, who wants to drive/walk/bus several blocks only to find the place inexplicably not open for business? After researching several other SF print locations, Copy Circle was the only one willing to do exactly what I wanted, at a reasonable cost. We never wrote a review on Yelp, but decided we definitely should write a review for Copy Circle and the super helpful Raymond. Copy circle printed all our wedding paper needs: Save-the-Dates, invitation, ceremony program, reception menu. Everything were printed and cut, according to our desired card size, perfectly and quickly. The turn-around time was probably 2 days at most, but usually they were finished sooner than that. And the price was incredibly inexpensive compared to anything out there. The best thing was Raymond. He's incredibly nice, very professional, and super helpful (even while he was on vacation). My husband and I designed everything and brought some of the paper, but we also printed some of the work on linen paper available at Copy Circle. He gave us advice on whether our designs would print well and ran a few test prints to make sure we knew what we were getting at no extra charge. This was very helpful given that I was a bit undecided on some of the designs until Raymond did test prints so I'd see what they'd actually look like. We are thankful for Copy Circle for making our printing needs the easiest and smoothest part of the wedding planning. We figured the best thing we can do (in addition to going back again for our future printing needs) is to put in a good word right here on Yelp. We highly recommend Copy Circle! read more

I normally don't leave reviews but the treatment I received today was just unacceptable. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude. I ordered a card with a border which I would then cut myself but he prints the picture right on the edge leaving no space for a border. When I show him that and ask him to print it again he speaks to me disrespectfully, tells me he should charge me more and on top of that calls me "Anal". I tell him that his behavior is disrespectful and all he has to say is " I don't care!". I much rather pay more money somewhere else where a customer is treated with respect. read more

I needed full color invites I had designed printed for an anniversary party and I didn't know how to format it but they did it for me and immediately printed a test print to make sure they were as desired. I recently needed copying services requiring color paper. Raymond was very prompt with an email estimate. Price was very reasonable. I would say he gave me a very good price. My copies were ready on the promised date. They were even shrink wrapped. He even helped me bring it to my car due to the weight of the copies. A week later, I found out I needed more copying but in a much smaller quantity. Raymond was very kind to honor the same per sheet price despite the amount of copies was much less.
