I don't own a printer at home so I come here to print my resume and cover letter. Raymond is the man. Always gets the job done at a very reasonable price. Rent is expensive for the business so please support your local printing services. He even gave me a free envelope to carry my fresh printed resume and cover letter! Highly recommend with my utmost respectful regards. read more

I love this place! Fast, beautiful quality, affordable. Usually you're lucky to get two of the three, but this place rocks all three. The owner answered all my questions in email and I mailed him the poster in advance to save the drop off trip. He even helped me figure out that my first file was going to be blurry at the size I wanted and saved me from wasting a first try. I will definitely start here first for all my printing needs. read more

Great service + great pricing! They were very reasonable and printed out multiple sizes for me when the first sizes didn't work out. Very happy with this spot. I've been going here for years! read more

Raymond was awesome! He truly brought our vision of our invites to fruition. I tried using Cardsandpockets.com, but when I got the proofs, the titles were misaligned. I began feeling a little hopeless, but then my cousin recommended Copy Circle and I'm so grateful. I purchased the paper, pockets, and envelopes separately then asked Raymond to re-format my Etsy purchased customized templates to create the illusion of staggered inserts with headings. With his patience and several drafts later, he was able to make it happen! Thank you so much Raymond for all your help!! We've been getting so many compliments on our invites! read more

Copy Circle is just fantastic - fast, high-quality, responsive, and great value. They printed our save the dates, invitations, and all our wedding signs and placards, and the results were great - they also gave easy to understand advice on formatting digital art for better color and resolution fidelity when printed. They really came through for us at a hectic time! We'll be coming back for any of our future printing needs. read more

Raymond is amazing! I found Copy Circle on Yelp. I was looking for a place that could print our self designed save the dates! Not only for Raymond make it happen but he did it at a very very reasonable price, but he did it in like a day or 2. The quality was great and service was great! If I could give more stars I would. We made Save the date post cards. They came out awesome and we got so many compliments on them read more

Raymond is incredible! This is the best print shop in the city. He is very accommodating, patient, and quick to make sure you are completely satisfied with your end product. Most importantly, the materials and prints all come out very sharp and beautiful. If there is a design error on your material, he is quick to communicate that with you and as a designer myself, he provides helpful tips to make sure your material prints even more professional and crisp. We use Copy Circle for all of our business marketing material and always receive compliments on our materials and flyers. Thank you for your incredible service and expertise Raymond! I highly recommend Copy Circle! read more

I had to rush my wedding programs and he was able to get it done and cut within a few hours after sending the canva pdf. Looked great!

Very limited hours. Rude. Do not have your UPS items dropped here. They should not be an access point. Go elsewhere. Terrible service . read more

This place saved my life and my marriage. I was in a bind to get address printed on my envelopes for my wedding invites and copy circle exceeded my expectations with there with their quality of work, speed, and thoughtfulness. I called every single print shop in then Bay Area and was laughed at when asked if they could print on my own envelopes. I was given insane price quotes, told it would take a week, and that it wasn't possible. I was ready to sleep on the couch for the rest of the week. Then copy circle came into my life and did what no other business could. I truly can't speak higher of the people I worked with. FedEx/ups/staples/officemax could never compare to the service and quality of product I received from copy circle. I'm about to invite them to my wedding cause it wouldn't be happening without them. read more

Local copy shop with excellent customer service! I wanted to print some cards for a baby shower, but I wasn't sure exactly what size or paper type to use. Raymond helped me price out different options, and after I placed the order (super easy by email) he had it ready in no time. Love how they turned out! read more

We had our save-the-dates, wedding invitations, and ceremony programs all printed by Copy Circle. They were extremely professional and easy to work with, with great prices and quick turnaround. I couldn't have asked for a better experience -- thank you! read more

Review #400 goes out to a local small business that deserves some more positive exposure on Yelp. For a last minute print job a few weeks ago I called around to five or so of the closest copy places for some quotes. Copy Circle gave me the best service over the phone and the best quote for 500 black and white copies on color paper. Can you believe another copy place, that shall remain unnamed, on Ocean Ave actually CHARGES you to use a computer to pull up the file you need to copy?! How LAZY! Well that is definitely NOT the case here. So I drove the extra 10 minutes over to Copy Circle. Good decision. I got to choose from three or so different print samples with different levels of contrast to make sure I was pleased with the final look of the flyer. Once I put in the order, the manager let me know there was a nearby coffee shop I could refuel at, afterall, it was pretty early on a Saturday. My 500 copies were ready in about 20 minutes on bright vibrant celestial blue paper, packaged neatly in a cardboard box labelled with our company name and all their info. Even with the upgrade from pastel to bright paper, I think the job was still cheaper here than at FedEx Kinkos on Sloat. I'll definitely be using Copy Circle again this May when preparing SFSU's Marketing Department Graduation Ceremony in which I'm leading the planning for. I saw a few event programs they produced for another organization on the counter and they looked fantastic. They're close and one other big convenience factor is they accept AMEX. Fantastic! read more

These guys are awesome! Don't ever go to Kinkos again! They charge less and are a thousand times more helpful than the human dones at kinkos! read more

I was designing the invitations for my sister's wedding and I always like dealing with printers like these. I admit I have more professional knowledge with printing, but that's perfect for me. I don't need my hand held through the process but I need the specifics on the process to optimize the designing. Fast turn around. The thermography printing (raised ink) is great. Pantone color matching. These guys never said no to any ideas I had an tackled it at a great price. I don't think these guys are purely service oriented, but if you know what you need and just want someone competent and knowledgeable to help you finish a job, these guys are great. Hours are good too. Dealt with Raymond and he always remembered me. Gave me a lot of good info over the phone and in person when I was showing him my draft copies. They even threw in extra copies (they have to print overages to ensure hitting your number) and I ended up with 30 extras! Bonus. I used the thermography printing, offset printing, cutting, creasing, and perforating. Everything came out flawlessly. Going back there for the next project. They don't quite seem very heavy on service but they were always easy to talk to and answered all my questions. read more

Always get my business cards and anything I need for my business. Only place I go too for over 3 years. Great service.

I can't recommend Copy Circle enough! Raymond helped me with printing my sister's wedding invitations and materials, and they look amazing. Incredibly fast (all ready in a day) and extremely affordable compared to many other printers I looked into. Raymond was also very nice and great to work with. Big thumbs up! read more

If it weren't for the fact that Copy Circle doesn't have a plotter - I would never go to Kinko's again. Ever. Raymond is the nicest, most helpful clerk I've encountered at a copy place. He remembers your name - he has things done when he says they'll be done. He helps you to the car when you have too much to carry. i would suggest, unless you have an oversized print, to never visit Kinko's again. The people here are courteous, helpful, and they never ignore you. Thank you Copy Circle! read more

Local print shop that excels in service and speed!! I placed an invitation order on Thursday and they executed by Friday. DONE!! Raymond, the owner, is super friendly and works with any kind of budget! I ended up having all my wedding printing services done by them. read more

Tired of the corporate chain copy stores with their plastic copy cards and impersonal service, when we needed to find a place to copy part of our DIY wedding invitations, we decided to go up the block to Copy Circle. Unlike so many businesses that triple or quadruple the price when they hear the word wedding, Raymond not only gave us a good rate, but he also turned around the order faster than we could have ever expected and offered to print all the cards using thermography--this fancy technique that raises the printed words on the page. The day arrived for us to pick up our order only to discover that we had submitted the job with a typo! Copy Circle did the whole job again, for the same low price just as promptly and professionally as the first time! Now that's service! For all of our future copying needs we are going to return to Copy Circle and you should to. Stop being a corporate chain copy-store laky. Support your local copy shop and bring your copy work to Raymond and the other good folks at Copy Circle. You wont be disappointed! read more

I came here twice. They have good customer service and is cheaper than kinkos where they charge for everything when you dont do it yourself. Here I asked to photocopy both sides of my drivers license on one page and they did it with no problem and no extra charge (i dont think). The second time I came is to print something with my own paper. It came out great. The laser on my printer is apparently not hot enough so the ink rubs off from the paper, but their laser/toner is hot and it prints very clear and doesnt rub off. You are able to open your email and open the file in the store (which im sure kinkos will charge for). Another extra star for accepting to print on my own paper. I went to dragon printing and they rejected me "i prefer you not bring your own paper ok bye". Wow. Here it's $1 printing fee and .15 cents for 1 side black and white printing. 12 cents if you have more than 10 pages. They accept paper thats pretty thick. $5 minimum for credit cards. Will come here again for sure. read more

Two out of the last three times I have tried to patronize Copy Circle they have been CLOSED, in the middle of the afternoon and in the middle of the week. Both times, there was a sign in the window saying, "Back In 20 Minutes." Huh? Twenty minutes from when?? And what the heck are they doing closing the doors in the middle of the business day? No way I'm going to visit this place again....I mean, who wants to drive/walk/bus several blocks only to find the place inexplicably not open for business? There's another copy shop on Taraval, about three blocks east and on the north side of the street. That's where I'll be spending my money in the future. read more

Another 5 star review for Raymond and wedding invitations! I came here because of Yelp, and my expectations were totally exceeded. I had a wedding invite I wanted printed with thermography. After researching several other SF print locations, Copy Circle was the only one willing to do exactly what I wanted, at a reasonable cost. All the other print shops either had a wait, were expensive, or simply could not do custom thermography in a week. The thermography quality was fantastic. We are so happy that I am returning to Raymond for my wedding menu and programs as well. read more

As a graphic designer I need a lot of things done at a quick print shop all the time. I was happy to find my neighborhood print shop is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely affordable. Enough for 5 stars. I am going to get a 11x17 card stock print done there, and I will do a review update on the quality. read more

We never wrote a review on Yelp, but decided we definitely should write a review for Copy Circle and the super helpful Raymond. Copy circle printed all our wedding paper needs: Save-the-Dates, invitation, ceremony program, reception menu. Everything were printed and cut, according to our desired card size, perfectly and quickly. The turn-around time was probably 2 days at most, but usually they were finished sooner than that. And the price was incredibly inexpensive compared to anything out there. The best thing was Raymond. He's incredibly nice, very professional, and super helpful (even while he was on vacation). My husband and I designed everything and brought some of the paper, but we also printed some of the work on linen paper available at Copy Circle. He gave us advice on whether our designs would print well and ran a few test prints to make sure we knew what we were getting at no extra charge. This was very helpful given that I was a bit undecided on some of the designs until Raymond did test prints so I'd see what they'd actually look like. We are thankful for Copy Circle for making our printing needs the easiest and smoothest part of the wedding planning. We figured the best thing we can do (in addition to going back again for our future printing needs) is to put in a good word right here on Yelp. We highly recommend Copy Circle! read more

Fast, friendly, and on budget. This shop is indeed top notch, as another user stated. Ask the staff about the laser swords that cut through the THICK sheets of cardstock in one second. It's non-existent but I can't imagine it's done so quickly any other way. read more

I normally don't leave reviews but the treatment I received today was just unacceptable. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude. I ordered a card with a border which I would then cut myself but he prints the picture right on the edge leaving no space for a border. When I show him that and ask him to print it again he speaks to me disrespectfully, tells me he should charge me more and on top of that calls me "Anal". I tell him that his behavior is disrespectful and all he has to say is " I don't care!". I much rather pay more money somewhere else where a customer is treated with respect. read more

So fast, such good quality, and for a great price! I needed full color invites I had designed printed for an anniversary party and I didn't know how to format it but they did it for me and immediately printed a test print to make sure they were as desired. In addition to the helpful service, all 75 were printed, cut, and scored by the next morning and when I realized I needed a hair more cut off so they would fit into 5"x5" envelopes, they were more than happy to do that on the spot. Wonderful service, super responsive, will definitely use them again! read more

I've been going to Copy Circle for all of my printing needs since May this year. From funeral bulletins to business cards to fliers, they've done a lot for me in the last five months and I've been very pleased with their printing services and customer service. They even took my emailed orders and were able to create the end product on my timeline. I can't imagine patronizing any other place in the neighborhood for my printing needs in the foreseeable future. read more

Great local place to make copies! The staff is extremely helpful and nice. I come by here often just because it's easy, fast and reliable. Highly recommend! read more

I recently needed copying services requiring color paper. Raymond was very prompt with an email estimate. Price was very reasonable. I would say he gave me a very good price. My copies were ready on the promised date. They were even shrink wrapped. He even helped me bring it to my car due to the weight of the copies. A week later, I found out I needed more copying but in a much smaller quantity. Raymond was very kind to honor the same per sheet price despite the amount of copies was much less. I will pick up the copies soon and can be assured of the same quality. This is a very good neighborhood shop for big or small jobs. read more

Copy Circle rules! Great, friendly service, reasonable prices.

Been trying to support them as a small local business for the last 3 years. They never treat me as a valued customer no matter how much I spend in there. The prices are almost double everywhere else and they are just plain rude, uninterested and I am truly amazed that they are still in business... I gave it a good go... read more

If there were more than 5 stars I would give it to Copy Circle. We came here for our Wedding project, and they were extremely easy to work with, patient, and willing to help us achieve the best result as possible.
