The staff is very helpful with any actual printing concerns and I have often used the very and I mean very reasonably priced office space they have in the back, which consists of several desks, a nice office, and a conference room that I have seen other lawyers do mediations within. It is not the fanciest office space in the world, but it works and works well. I am really glad I found this place at is far more easy to use, closer, and just an overall better experience for me than Kinkos.

There are a few stations to customize files, but I use this onsite feature as a place to sit down and send my images or files to FedEx and just relax and wait for a retrieval code to hit my email. On this visit my print job did not require any assistance, but the shop was busy, looked well staffed, and customers that i viewed did not have any measurable waits. The space is well organized, calm, with numerous self serve stations, it's a great alternative to owning, and maintaining a printer that is not frequently used.

I like using this place. It's the same couple young workers there all the time. They don't remember me and that's fine. They just deal with an endless line of people all day long sending packages, making copies, or shipping back returned items. It's the same repetitive routine with them having to keep explaining the same instructions and corrections because we don't do this every day like them. Are they incredibly friendly and customer service oriented - not exactly but they do get you what you need to know and try to get you along on your way. This is not the kind of place where people would want to ooh and ahh and leave an A+ review because it was so great, or something. So all they seem to get are lousy reviews from people that were frustrated. That's not fair. They will try to help. One time, i recall, the fellow (i guess "erik" per other review comments) even was really kind and just paid for my fax fee himself because I'd forgotten to bring anything with me in rushing out to catch them just before they closed. Anyways, many thanks to you folks there at the irving str ups store for always being there and putting up with all of us all day long day after day. On the second related job, I needed a photo produced on super high glossy paper for the awards which were given to the honorees of our Rotary Club of San Francisco. Once again I was not let down. The key here is that they understood the job requirements and specifications and even helped make the "right" recommendations (photo quality, sizing) to ensure a job was well done. However, when I arrived and searched the app for it, I realized my return required a pre-printed label. This was on me for not noticing sooner, but tell me why it costs $4 and some change just to print a single b/w sheet of paper at UPS. I paid since I was on my way to dinner and didn't want to lug around a clunky box, but this is ridiculous considering it costs a fraction of the price for self-serve printing services at competitors like FedEx. She deserves 5 Stars!! My past experience at this location had been horrible for the rude service I received, but Cindy changed it all! However, I can it as the same for her colleague, an asian woman who is loud and intimidating to her guests for not having change for their payment and I even heard her laughing at a guest for asking a question on whether an item they were selling includes postage it not. The WORST post office location in SF…read more I've never had a single issue sending anything priority. When I need to be extra sure it'll make it to its location I add signature confirmation. Somehow the priority box I sent from this location never even made it to the SF Distribution Center. I wonder if it even made it in the truck from the post office. What an absolute joke. So now I get to spend my time hunting for answers, refunding a buyer, and awaiting a refund (haha) from USPS which won't come for months IF it's approved. UPDATE: USPS confirmed packed is lost.
