Really great office spot in the sunset. I am a lawyer out here and it is not uncommon for me to have to do some old school printing, mailing etc. I had routinely gone to Kinkos for these services and never noticed this place across the street from Safeway, but one day I saw it and went it and was very impressed. The staff is very helpful with any actual printing concerns and I have often used the very and I mean very reasonably priced office space they have in the back, which consists of several desks, a nice office, and a conference room that I have seen other lawyers do mediations within. It is not the fanciest office space in the world, but it works and works well. I am really glad I found this place at is far more easy to use, closer, and just an overall better experience for me than Kinkos. read more

Verbal abuse should not be tolerated by anyone worse from a merchant. I have supported and gave recommendations for Office Edge, as I'm supportive of entrepreneurship. Last Wednesday, I went to Office Edge on Noreiga street to make copies. So, I went to the desk top computer to print out the copies. The desktop computer was quite slow. I patiently waited and waited with no avail. This wasn't the first time this has happened. No big deal. Poppy, came over at first she too couldn't get it to print. I suggested I'll send it to your main computer and you can print it out from there. We have done this in the past. As she was trying to figure out the issue my email was open. I said here let me close my email. Emails are extremely personal and the only eyes on it should be yours. Poppy, jumps up walks behind the counter huffing and puffing and slamming things around. I tried to let the unprofessional behavior go. But she didn't stop then I thought NO, her behavior is abusive and will not be tolerated. I turned around and said Poppy, please all I wanted is to close my email that's it. She had this full blow emotional loud crying fit. Loudly crying saying I'm just trying to help you and this more than business. Then I thought what a psych ward. I said all I wanted was close my email. Her crying didn't stop it went on for about 10 mins. People were coming in and I felt so uncomfortable. I said Poppy please get a hold of yourself you are running a business. I would have left ASAP, but I needed copies for a meeting. Even on the way out she loudly said this is more than a business. I thought again a psych ward? I will not be supporting her bid as a Noreiga Business merchant for our region. In addition, to exhibiting abusive behavior. I found her to be a mind controller and self-served. For example, she wants city grants to fund bands for her neighborhood block parties. I'm all for arts but our schools are lacking supplies. She should fund her entertainment and not use city grants. You and how you treated me is beneath me. I do not tolerate any level of abuse from anyone. You don't intimidate me!!!! I'm sure this has happened to others who are not brave enough to say something. I absolutely love the person that runs Offix--I believe her name is Poppy. She's always been so friendly and helpful on the occasions I've come in to send a package or parcel. Customer service often tips a good business over to a great business, and I have found Poppy to really make customers feel welcome, she remembers you, she is warm and friendly... all the things you hope for! As far as the extent of their offerings, I've only used Offix to send documents and post, but each time she's gone through all the options and best pricing across DHS, Fedex, USPS and so on. I find that super helpful--I needed to expedite a letter to my Nan in the UK and we found the best price possible, for instance. All in all, love this place and highly recommend. read more

What a nice store. I had to return something. The staff was friendly and she patiently helped me with the taping and the labels I printed. This was unlike the service I received at a small shop on taraval that charged me for a small piece of tape. I usually go to the FedEx or UPS stores at Sloat but the service there are more rushed and impersonal. read more

Nothing wrong with the store itself, it's a fine little store. It's the owner I take issue with. I have been coming here for 4 years. Sometimes I ship, sometimes I buy supplies like tape and envelopes... and sometimes, like today, I drop off pre-paid UPS packages for online returns (a necessary part of online shopping). Today I noticed that the store is supporting service for USPS (United States Postal Service), something the owner hasn't done in the past. I was going to go to the USPS location on Taraval after my stop for a couple priority mail boxes to ship gifts, but I thought, how convenient! I can come here now. The owner (I'm assuming he is the owner because he is always there and has the owner vibe) was with two customers, so I just asked if he had the USPS Priority mail supplies before I invested in a wait... His reply was a curt..."For paying customers I do." Me: "I'm not shipping today because my items are at home, but I'll come back." Owner: Nothing. Me: Patiently waiting. After first customer was finished, I moved up to the counter space he had previously occupied while owner engaged with customer 2. Owner: (in a very annoyed and rude tone) I'm with another customer right now. You are going to have to wait. Me: ***Thinking to myself*** yes that was quite obvious. Then I waited another 10 seconds before I decided I didn't need to be treated like a freeloader, and with such blatant rudeness. The attitude was uncalled for. I was a paying customer for the past 4 years, and today I only needed 2 priority mail boxes which USPS supplies to anyone for FREE. Me: I turned, left and drove to Taraval and 28th and got all the supplies I wanted, free. I'm not supporting this store anymore. I'm not a negative person, and don't leave tons of negative reviews about little things...but this was just bad energy and a lot of rudeness for absolutely no reason. read more
