Digitek Printing is a fantastic place for large format prints. My experience with them was quick, efficient and seamless. I had a large format portrait photograph printed on their black 3/16" gatorboard, laminated in semi-gloss. I uploaded the file to my Google drive, sent them the link and the print was ready the next day. The result is an extremely durable, water and weather resistant, warp-free, color accurate "poster." Although the word "poster" doesn't do justice to what is really a fine art print on super rigid hardboard. Their store front in the Apparel Way office complex off of Industrial (a few blocks from Lowe's on Bayshore) is neat and tidy, and has plenty of street parking. Although I didn't really get to interact with the employees, the gentleman who handed me the extremely well- packaged print (including oversize cardboard backer, so no edges can get dinged--nice!) was very friendly and courteous. The prices for Digitek's prints are quite reasonable, especially compared to inkjet fine-art giclee prints. Plus there is the added bonus of being able to choose foamboard or hardboard (gatorboard) backing, which you an actually touch without ruining the print. The gatorboard print I got is technically "mounted" on the rigid panel. But to my eye, there is no seam. It is as if the photo was a part of the backing or printed directly on it. Again, a color-accurate, durable, very high quality presentation for fine-art photography. I can't recommend Digitek highly enough. read more

I don't want to bog Leonard down with last minute print jobs, but this is definitely the place to go when you need a quick turnaround at a reasonable price. Great communication and great work! read more

Leonard and the Digitek team are incredible! They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly dependable and trustworthy. They mean it when they say they can get something done - I've never worried about timelines or having to follow up as they're great at communication as well. I've partnered with Leonard for several corporate requests (retractable banners, flyers, swag bag inserts, tri-fold brochures, etc.) for summits and conferences, and we've been so happy with the speedy turnaround time and flawless quality on each item. We've even had folks ask where we've had our printing done and I'm confident in this referral. Pricing is very fair as an added bonus to their stellar customer service. Don't hesitate to contact them! Thanks, team! read more

I have never seen such incredible customer service. They scanned and printed some architectural plans for me but accidentally printed in black and white. So, they printed them in color, AND DROVE TO MY HOUSE TO GIVE THEM TO ME. This is incredible, I have never seen anything like it. So, wonderful quality and service, an amazing establishment. read more

It was a pleasure working with Leonard and the team at digitek and I highly recommend them for any printing needs. We had printed signs here in the past and came back with a unique printing project. We knew they could handle it and they were great every step of the way from the idea phase to working through details. Every touch point from phone, email and in person was enjoyable and professional It's so refreshing to work with a business that appreciates and prioritizes me as the client. Digitek's service is rare these days, especially in the vast local printing world where it seems like everything is made to feel difficult and unwelcoming- handling digital assets, pricing, customer service. Great results, great service, on time. If you're looking for local printing, save yourself the time searching/comparing and get started with digitek. read more

Leonard and his crew at Digitek do such a wonderful job! He has printed our yearbooks 4 times and they are excellent quality. We are a small non profit school, so the yearbook is all custom no templates. He prints us a booklet that the kids cherish with all their memories in them. In the past 2 weeks I have given them 2 jobs, one personal and one for school, both amazing. Thanks again to Leonard and Digitek for caring about quality, customer service and turnaround time. We had reached out to Digitek Printing as we needing wedding signs (welcome sign, direction signs, and seating chart) on foam boards and menus on card stock printed for our wedding. Digitek did an awesome job. Their prices are super reasonable and on top of that they had such a quick turnaround time. We had reached out to them on a Friday morning and our prints were ready by the following Monday afternoon. Especially with the stress of planning a wedding, a quick turnaround time honestly made all of the difference and helped take the anxiety out of wondering if the signs will be ready in time. Also, Leonard was super responsive to any questions we had. The prints turned out perfectly! I'd definitely recommend them and would come back to Digitek for any future printing needs. read more

Love Digitek! Always coming through for the last minute prints ! Very high quality products!

I reached out to inquire about a printing job that I needed in a pinch and they answered all of my questions and even gave me great suggestions and explained each of the services thoroughly. There was an issue with the sizing (on my end) and they reached out promptly and assured me that the order would be ready and delivered on time. They delivered promptly and even BEFORE the delivery time said which was great news. I have nothing but high reviews to give them and would use their services again! read more

WOW!! My team made a last minute order and needed 200 sales sheets in less than 24 hours. Not only did we need them in high quality print, on special paper, but we also needed it rushed. My flight arrived at 5:58 at SFO and the store closed at 6:00. Leonard was kind enough to stay an hour later and wait for me to come pick up my order. Couldn't be more handful as I was SO stressed out on how I was going to pick up my package. Will definitely be using them again. THANKS LEONARD!! read more

Needed a color print job and didn't want to break the bank... can't stand FedEx kinkos and the like, Digitek printing showed up as a Google search. They are the go-to for professionals like restaurants, but they happily put together my color print job of 70 copies front to back for less than $30!!! Can't beat that!! On 80lb satin paper- it turned out awesome. I uploaded the pdf at 11am, it was ready by 230 via email. Google maps sends you to another street but just enter thru Newcomb. Open weekdays only. read more

Digitek is such a wonderful company to work with. I'm constantly printing out materials for work, but this time around I was working on a project for a community event. I got postcards, posters, and 2x3 signs printed not only were they beautiful and super affordable they were completed before expected. All the print material was gorgeous. Leonard was also able to help me with correcting the bleeds to make sure that everything was they way I WANTED it! I even had to deal with doing two re-prints, because I messed up on my end and he was patient with me! When I came to pick up the product after all the back and forth with helping with the bleeds and correcting my mistakes they even walked me to my car and helped load all the materials. My event was a success and everyone complimented the posters and signage! Digitek was able to work around my budget constraints without compromising quality. I usually work with AlphaGraphics, but they are so expensive and the quality of the product is subpar compared to Digitek. Digitek is cost effective and puts out a high quality product. I am very pleased! Thanks Digitek! read more

I work for a NYC based Production Company. Used Digitek Printing for a print and installation job for a SF event. Leonard was AMAZING. Responsive, professional and flexible. Prints came out great. The best print shop I've worked with. Walked me through formatting my project (our wedding invitations) and getting it ready to go, went the extra mile with proofing and making modifications after the fact that made it look even better. Leonard talked me through the questions I had (and I had a few), worked with me to get the project squared away, and then had it done quickly. I will definitely be a return customer, grateful for the friendly, fast, and quality service.. which was also the lowest price I could find in the city. read more

Leonard at Digitek has ALWAYS pulled through in a pinch. They provide many different services and he is my go to guy when I need something.

I've used Digitek for the printing needs of my small nonprofit organization since 2005. They've printed everything from basic envelopes to fancy full-color reports. If you're looking for the Big Three -- Quality, Customer Service and a Reasonable Price -- you can find it here. At most places, you can get two of the three. Here, you get the whole package, with an emphasis on customer service. Leonard is super friendly and helpful -- and community-minded! -- and gets right back to you with quotes. They've never been late or botched a job, and even deliver to the East Bay. If you've ever been to the super discount "DIY" printers (won't name names) you are on your own if something goes wrong. It feels like we have a friend in the printing business. Check them out. read more
