We wanted to quickly shop around but not have to make phone calls. We tried using Yelp's request for quote feature. Jill was so quick to respond and provided a competitive quote. Same day, next day, and normal speed printing services available. We were in desperate need of same day vinyl sticker printing for a decorative sign for an event and Jill delivered! She was even kind enough to wait for us one day when we came to pick up late. Just note, they may close around 5-5:30. Call/text/email for hours and to coordinate pickup. Very easy to work with and professional. Sticker quality was great- looked perfect. She confirmed sizes and everything was sent in a file before printing. Pickup is in busy Chinatown so try to take public transit or drive with two people so one person can go pickup (it's hard to find parking). Recommend for printing needs! read more

FIVE STARS! I needed wedding invitations rushed. 2:25pm - I called asking for same-day printing and pickup. The owner gives me a VERY reasonable quote, considering my rushed request. She agrees to show me her selection of cardstock in person and recommends I email the PDF ahead of my arrival. 2:40m - I walk into the store. I immediately accept the linen cardstock the owner shows me. My PDF file is already open on her computer screen. I ask her to crop what I typed and formatted in Google Drive into something that can be used for a 5x7 invitation. I also ask for a red border to be added. 2:45 - She has accomplished everything I asked for, and provided useful suggestions of her own which greatly improved my design. She went to school for graphic design and is very good and quick about it. 2:55 - The samples she has printed out look great. The color is rich, the font is crisp, and the ink is where it's supposed to be, Despite being resized, reformatted, and added to, there is no degradation at all to what was in my PDF. 3:00 - I walk out the door with all my invitations printed and cut. I am still in awe at the speed and skill. In slightly over 30 minutes, this business fulfilled every single one of my escalating requests. The finished product is better than anything my fiancee and I could have expected, and the price was unbelievable. Thank you! I wanted go the DIY route and get some customized Save the Date cards printed at a local shop. I was hoping to find some decent rates in Chinatown and not get ripped off. After speaking with a couple of vendors and obtaining their rates, I decided to choose Cloud Graphics & Printing. Jill, the office manager was super nice and upfront about the rates. Unlike the other vendors that I spoke to, their rates were way too high and they required a higher minimum. I had a really small quantity of Save the Date cards to print, so I'm very glad that Jill was able to assist me with my order! I sent Jill an email with the two designs that I wanted printed. I had requested for double-sided cards on a 5"x7" card with a matte finish. I confirmed with Jill on the rates that she had previously quoted me. The rates were a bit different, but still VERY reasonable compared to what the other Chinatown vendors has quoted me. Since my design was pretty simple and nothing to fancy, I ended up getting a quote for $30 for 30 double-sided cards. I thought this was a really good deal. I had informed Jill that I would be out of town for a week, so I told her not to rush the printing and I will pick up the cards when I come back from my trip! Jill was very responsive, transparent, and professional when communicating and working with me! I picked up my Save the Date cards today and the design turned out to look really nice! Jill is amazing! I usually do my own printing but my printer would choose to go wonky when I have an order for 100 obituaries ! I literally spent a few hours there as my document, which my printer usually creates bleed space and places booklet format for me didn't prove true when Jill printed a copy. long story short, I will return. their office was quite, cleanand they were beyond friendly. tip: If possible, submit your order 48-72hrs in advance. The time I was there Jill and her coworker was working non stop! They're very busy and for good reason. Their work quality is chef's kiss and their prices are fair. read more

HOLY MOLY CARVOSPIS BATMAN! WHAT A GEM I FOUND IN CLOUD GRAPHICS AND JILL! I shopped around about 10 or more shops in San Francisco,1 in South San Francisco, and 1 in Daly City for a car windshield banner recently. The struggle was real to find a place that wasn't trying charge extra for a vector PDF, which I had no idea what that was, but Jill did not even mention that when I spoke to her. I simply texted her a pic of the design and that apparently sufficed. I waited for her to reply to my text with a price and it turned out to be about $60 dollars less than what other shops wanted for a one color design while maybe $80 dollars less for a two color design. Also, when I mentioned to her the two color design and sent her a description of it for clarification, she responded in minutes with an image of the design in both colors as if her iPhone did it for her, but I know that was not the case. She was just that quick! The decal was ready the next day and she even included a decal application tool to help install it! The only downside to coming here is finding parking, but it's so worth it! What a nice little surprise! Our PTO needed to get some new brochures printed quickly. One of the other parents thought to check with local places in Chinatown. To be honest, I was somewhat skeptical at first worried about potential trade-ff of quality for low prices. But we called around, got quotes, and Cloud's prices were much less than any of the other local places and they have a quick 48 hour turnaround. The only way we could have gotten lower prices would have been to order online in much higher quantities. So we decided to give it a try. I went in person to the shop, which is small but tidy and efficient, and filled with many samples of their various printing work, all which look excellent. Jill is so pleasant to talk to, and provides excellent service. It's so nice working with a real person. A nice print shop that you can find open in Chinatown on Sunday. They have very good service and discounts for students and new customers. I got four 18"x24" digital prints done ($70 in total) within one hour and walked out with a pretty wrapped roll bag.
