I will warn you not to print there if you can help it as it's super expensive. I had to print one page once and it cost me $4, including a one-time fee. I had also printed out a document in color not realizing that increased the cost significantly (and I had only needed black and white). Parking is usually pretty easy as there are metered spots right in front that are usually available.
