Veronica told me the project of creating my book cover would only take 5 hours tops. she has already charged me for 8 hours and all I have is a concept but absolutely nothing concrete. Now she wants to bill me for another 5 hours to complete the project on top of all of this. I feel I not only have wasted my money but I am being cheated. What is worst, she put her anger and emotional neediness onto me when I said I preferred to stop working with her because this project was becoming too expensive and past the budget that I had allotted for it. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and unappreciated. We are so glad that we worked with Veronica. We had a very tight schedule, and a very tight budget to create a logo, business card, and web site. Veronica exceeded our expectations in every way. We found Veronica on Yelp, and were pleasantly surprised at her level of professionalism. She started the whole process with a branding questionnaire that helped us focus ourselves on precisely what we wanted to communicate. We don't have our finger on the pulse to know what the current design trends are, but Veronica guided us through many color palettes until we found one that was both modern and pleasing to our personal taste. From there, she presented us with many great looking alternatives for our logo that really captured the flavor of our company. She even threw in a few samples for our letterhead. Business cards were high quality, a good representation for our company.
