This place rules. First of all there is an amazing set up where there's a workspace full of computers to use, all private, all hooked up to printers and just easy access in general. Very good service. Also free coffee and snacks if you're pulling an all day session. The shirt printing section is outstanding as well. I had a rush job for band t shirts and Eric not only designed the image quickly, he helped get my new ideas integrated with patience and skill. A lot of alternatives were offered to me that helped improve the whole thing. Then the job itself turned out great. We did several runs, each with various additions and every time was great. Probably OK for most folks, but not terribly responsive to smaller jobs. I just wanted each of my kids' names embroidered on their respective gym bags. When I asked for a price quote, I was told about setup fees and purchase orders... the associate seemed not to hear what I was asking about at all. UPDATE: Management replied to the above post, which is appreciated. I am revising my rating from 3 to 5 stars as a result. As for the rep on the phone, it would have been nice for her to have listened a bit more when fielding my call. She wasn't rude, she just seemed to be locked into a script and unable to respond outside of that. I consider myself a pretty good jack of all trades and thought how hard can it be to print on a t-shirt? Has to be a commodity service and I should just order online and get it shipped to me. I figured I would test the waters with a local shop as a gut check to see if I was making the right choice. Boy was I wrong. There are several options to shirt printing from the iron on/lasts one wear to the full on screen printing that last wash after wash. Just like any other business there is cheap and there is quality. Now quality plus service is something I am willing to invest in. Especially if I have to supply over 100 shirts for my company event. The owner was friendly and knew his stuff. No pressure sales and was willing to invest time with me without any promise of a sale. I left that day without making a purchase and tried to design the shirt myself and was planning to get bids on the print. I had issues and then called the shop back for advise, again, lots I didn't know. In the end, the information and time he spent impressed me and I place the order after he spent time to redo my design at a reasonable price. The shirts arrived ahead of schedule and the shirts were a hit. Exactly what I wanted and I praise this place for turning what was in my head into reality. Rare you can get that level of service online and this is a great example of good ole proprietorship and pride. I am too lazy to write reviews but this one is well deserved. read more

The person at the counter said I'd have to come back in 20-minutes because the owner was out, then he proceeded to tell me they didn't print things like I had -- which was a duplexed flyer, 2-up on a page that needed to be cut and printed on glossy stock. What printer can't do that? Who leaves their business in the hands of an untrained employee who is clueless? What happens to my job if the boss steps out? Sorry, didn't instill confidence in me. I moved for all my print work to Print'em All after having a bad experience somewhere else. The team is very knowledgeable and sell quality products. I started with my company shirts, I told them that I only want product what's made in the USA so that we can give more people in this country a job. I know it was more expensive but do not regret. The logo's on my shirt are after lots of laundry cycles still perfect. So the next step was getting a full color 10 x 8 ft background for my stand on the Green Festival in SF, again Eric and his team had several products. My choice was setting the product up in less then 5 minutes by myself, after I showed him the design we discussed if the letter size etc were to small or to big before he start printing the screen. Again a quality product. After this he did the lettering for my car, printed envelopes, printed ballpoints, printed bottles and a printed Canape. Eric offered several equal alternates for apparel items that were within the budget I was working with.
