Spend 5 minutes of reading this than losing your hardworking $$$: Here's a little backstory of what happened with me and the two unprofessional idiots in this store. We made two orders from this company, first one was great, print was good, quality of the hoodies was great. Second order, horrible. Had to call the store when the shirts were coming, and Heather told me it was delayed for another week because they were understaffed. Eric "accounting manager" who is not there throughout the rest of the day was also the expert of how the shirts are produce. Came into the store, informed them the logo is not in the middle, I folded the shirts vertically and showed them the logo is far off. Eric the expert tried to explain to me that the logos are measured by the sleeves of the shirt, fair enough. He then pulled out a ruler and was so confident that the logo is in the middle. As he measured the logo from both sides of the sleeve of the shirt, guess what, the expert was wrong. The measurements were 3.5 inches off from the left and 2 inches off from the right of the sleeves. Even with his demonstration, the measurements show the logo was off. His explanation was, "We're printing a design on an imperfect product." He compared a shirt to a piece of 8x14 paper where he states that they can perfectly place the design in the middle on a piece of paper but not on an "imperfect product." I stated that if you know and your team know that this shirt is an imperfect product, wouldn't you take the time to make sure that the logo will at least be in the middle. With a trained eye, wouldn't you see that this is not in the middle. Eric said, "this is how we do it in the warehouse, we grab the shirt, place it on a square board and put the print. I will even take you there if you'd like to see how it is. With the back orders and understaff because of COVID, we won't have the time to take 5 minutes to inspect the shirt." Their website in the FAQ tab says: "We inspect all garments before, during and after printing to ensure the highest quality. Consistency is our goal, though sometimes there are subtle print or color variances with the possibility that not every garment will be the same. From time to time human error happens and misprints occur. We do not charge for misprinted shirts that are brought to our attention immediately. Any misprint issues must be brought to our attention within 2 weeks of garment delivery and garments must be unworn." Eric said what do you guys want to do, I told him I will leave it up to my business partner because we are unsatisfied with the prints and the stains. I showed him those stains and this idiot really said, "Just don't tell your customers because if you didn't show me this, I would have never seen it. They will wear this multiple times without seeing it and next thing you know, they see the little stains but they can blame it from the sauce that fell on their shirt when they were eating." Lol what a way to run a business. Yeah, Sure we will lie to our customers, so you guys don't have to reprint our shirts or give us a refund. (That's sarcasm Heather and Eric since you two are idiots) Anyways, Heather has no customer service at all and clueless of things. Eric went out to do some errands, waited for him outside the store for an hour, then we asked Heather when he is coming back. Pretty sure at this point, she's trying to cover for him. Made her email Eric infront of us to make sure that we are looking for him, no response until later the next day. Called the next day, informed Heather we have not received anything from Eric yet and just asked her to just give the refund. She said she can't do anything and tried to say the same thing Eric said to us yesterday, but you can tell she never dealt with an altercation like this before. The way she looks like she was about to cry, getting frustrated and having a bitch attitude. Inexperience person like her listening to an idiot boss is not capable to diffuse an altercation without saying the same damn thing that will most likely piss the person off. Can't really blame her so much since I understand she's just the pawn of the whole business. Anyways, best to spend your money elsewhere and ensure you don't get fucked over by these two. read more

We ordered Next Level brand - men's L fits relatively lean M/L men, and XL for our other two midlife guys fit them great for a sleek look - if you want looser, go for 2XL. If I could give this business negative stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever worked with. I placed 2 orders with them, both during covid and completely different experiences. The first order I placed were hoodies. I probably should have recognized the red flag when they didn't send me a sample of the hoodie before plunging in and printing on all of the hoodies not checking in to see if we were satisfied. None the less, that order was actually not horrible. Fast forward to our next and LAST order - t shirts. The entire process was unorganized and had minimal to nearly no contact with Camputee unless WE reached out to them. We paid up front, no questions asked... I think that's very important to put out there. After we paid, we didn't hear from them until we called and sent an email. They sent a picture/attachment of the mock-up and thought that since we had a good experience with them the first time (even without getting a sample piece), maybe we can trust them. Everything was delayed and we were being patient because we understood that they're a small business + COVID. We were extremely understanding. By the time we got our products, we noticed that there were a ton of (what looked like) coffee stains on the white shirts. Unacceptable as their policy shows that they check their product "before, during and after" production... Second, the logo that we wanted them to print on these shirts were completely symmetrical on our end. When we received the shirts and looked at them, the first thing we noticed were how unaligned they were. The entire logo was right aligned instead of being centered. How could you possibly miss that? Third, it was obvious these shirts were rushed. There were black ink splotches on our shirts due to not having enough time for the ink to dry. We sent an email to our contact person at Camputee - HEATHER. Our email explained that we totally understood the delays and we had such a great experience with them the first time so we're confused and disappointed as to why these shirts came out so shitty (to be really transparent). The email consisted of my team and I being extremely understanding and we wanted to work together to come up with a solution. HEATHER told us to come in. My teammate came in on our behalf and spoke to ERIC who is apparently the "finance manager." ERIC straight up told my teammate and I quote, "if you don't tell your customers, they'll never know" regarding the very apparent imperfections and stains. My teammate decided to come back with us because he wanted us to hear this for ourselves. That same day, we visited Camputee and HEATHER was there. We were at least expecting a "hello how are you" but no. We explained the situation to her and she did not do anything to help. In fact, she did nothing but give us attitude, roll her eyes at us, and tell us that there's nothing she could do because ERIC had left for a meeting and didn't know when he would come back. We waited for ERIC for over an hour and he was nowhere to be found. We went back inside the store and again!!! HEATHER did nothing to help except for give more attitude. As a front desk person, you'd expect some sort of customer service am I right?? We left our product with Camputee because we told her we wanted a FULL refund because the shirts are not sellable. HEATHER offered no help. In fact, we had to come up with a solution ourselves by telling her to email ERIC and CC us in the email. Following this disappointing and frustrating visit, ERIC responds saying he would give us a refund for 11 shirts and not the full refund. We examined the shirts as soon as we received the package in the mail and still saw a ton of stained shirts. And you can't forget the fact that ALL the shirts were misaligned!! They refused to give us a full refund so now we're stuck with these shitty shirts. If you want good quality or even okay quality products, DO NOT GO TO CAMPUTEE. Find another place to go to because they will not help you. If they were bold enough to tell us that if we didn't tell our customers about their fuck ups, then they just wouldn't know... they obviously don't give a fuck about what they're selling or putting out there. I had a very bad experience with them. I found them out through Yelp - but maybe something changed with heir customer support/team since the reviews were published. I order 16 shirts (order image is attached) - I got 14 shirts - I got only 2 sizes (you can see from the order I order a variety of sizes). Out of the 14 shirts 2 were M women and 12 L men. I emailed them immediately as I opened the package including pics of what was in the package and the placing slip - since then it's been back and forth emails, phone calls - you name it. A. They claim they send the right amount of shirts in the right sizes B. Only if I send them back the order they will be able to count them and see they didn't send the whole order - and only then they will credit me for the missing shirts (see email attached). I told them on the phone I can't send the 14 shirts I got as I needed them for an events (hence the rush order) - they don't care. I really don't understand this customer service. It's either I'm crazy or I don't know what - they still insist they send the right order out. (see email reply) from them: "Thank you for your message, We do have policy and I can provide you refund only if you will return goods back to us , same listed on Invoice and Packing paper that you received. One of my coworkers and I hopped on a call with TJ and got things settled. Once our vests came in, I dropped them off to Camputee. It turned out that we needed them to be done faster since they were set to be given out to investors next week. I talked to TJ who was able to give us a good rush delivery price -- under $30 for a large quantity of vests. I was surprised at how quick the turnaround was. We raised so much for my dad's friend's son it was amazing. We had my design printed on just about everything! Hoodies and shirts (long sleeve, short, womens, and mens.) I have a hoodie, a womens shirt, and a long sleeve. The print is awesome and flawless! They helped out with fixing a few flaws in my design as well and helped my dad out a bunch.
