The man that I spoke to that runs this operation was so rude, aggressive and unprofessional that I…read morewas shaking by the end of our phone call around the design details for the two t-shirts I needed printed. I provided to him numerous highly detailed emails about what I was looking for with my t-shirt design and they were clearly skimmed over by him as his responses back rarely matched the questions I had posed. He finally made the aforementioned phone call to me to talk about the designs and not only did he not listen to me and my needs but he constantly talked over me with his tone becoming more and more elevated and angry because I begged him to give me a second to finish a sentence so we could get on the same page. Ultimately he said "I don't think I want to do this job anymore..." which was fine because at that point I was going to suggest the same as I felt so berated. I think he believes that he is an "expert" in design and is offended if a client (who was a former graphic designer and has been working in the fashion industry for decades) has a different opinion or need. I highly recommend that you do not work with this company unless you have zero opinions or expectations of your end product.

We just needed to have our school logo printed onto a couple of new canvas tote bags we brought in, and the store's proprietor gave us excellent honest advice on not making the logo too big, saving us a few bucks, but that right there really earned our trust with Customania. Top that off with competitive prices, fast turnaround (within 1-2 hours!) and we are very pleased with the quality final product. I would not hesitate to come here again for any prints or embroidery done on clothing articles. Color us impressed! Customania is located next to the H&M on the second floor of the mall.

We brought our own jerseys to be printed on for halloween costumes. The worker was very helpful and professional. We came back around an hour later and the two jerseys were ready! We love how they look and the whole process was super easy! We'll definitely be back if we have other printing needs! Thank you!!

They came through for me with a fast turn around time of 1 day!!!! Holy cow! This was also my first custom anything experience and Sam was super responsive and patient in explaining how the steps and pixels worked. They were super honest with me in terms of how the graphic designs would look based on what I sent them. When the picture pixels was not up to par, instead of having a disappointed customer, they reached out multiple times to fix this with me. TLDR: easy website with quick response time. Fast finished products without being worried. I would totally add the shirt picture here if my friends full drunken face wasn't on the print.

It was always sorry your quantity's too low, we don't let you provide your own garments, can't print on sleeves, can't print on hoods, can't do this, can't do that. The good fellas at Lords of Print are extremely flexible and go above and beyond to make the project happen, putting in a lot of experimentation and extra work to get it done right. I know that if they tell me it can't be done, it actually can't be done. Pricing has always been transparent and fair, communication is always quick and on point. The quality of the screen printing is top notch as well. On the rare occasion that a slip-up happens (misprint, etc), they are incredibly accountable and make sure it's addressed instantly. I've worked with them on a couple of tight deadlines and they've never disappointed. Apart from all that, Matt & Louie are just a couple of great guys and it's always a pleasure to stop by their shop. Not an exaggeration to say that I wouldn't have gotten my business off the ground without them, and can't recommend them enough.

When I got my package of shirts it was quickly shipped. I was super excited when he told me that the shirts where out for delivery, but the problem was, the actual shirt. I wanted to use a Hanes Beefy-T as the blank. On the mock up of the shirt it even says Hanes Beefy-T, but I got something totally different. 25 Bella Canvas shirts. When I told Keenan he said he would have them re-made. He said he has them ready to be shipped on "Wednesday". Mind you that he said that on Oct. 1st. I was thinking that the third of that month was the day he was going to ship it. I was patiently, very patiently I will add, waiting and to no avail. It is now November 1st, at the time I am writing this review. Wondering, "where is my shirts?" Keenan hasn't been responding to me either. On October 1st was the last time he talked to me. Two words to describe my experience with Keenan, mixed emotions
