I was blown away by how easy it was to communicate and work on a T-shirt project with Marshall. He is transparent, communicative, and anticipates customer needs. I was most impressed by his efficiency. It was the fastest t-shirt process I've ever experienced. Also, bonus for the fact that they prioritize schools and understand May-hem scheduling. I will be highly recommending them for future projects. Can't wait to see our T-shirts! read more

Fast response, easy to work with, good prices, friendly team. Definitely will use them again & recommend them

I've only started working with Century Graphics this past year for different work projects and they have quickly become our go-tos for custom products. Prices are transparent, production is efficient, but best of all, communication is prompt, friendly, and so adaptable. Marshall and Lisa are both incredibly professional. We've gotten shirts, magnets, sweatshirts made for our school and they've all come out perfect and on time! read more

A+ for century graphics. We wanted to create shirts for my company's pickleball tournament and reached out to Century Graphics for help. I provided Lisa with a graphic that wasn't very great quality. She worked with it and edited it so we could create the shirts I had envisioned. She also gave some suggestions for the colors. The shirts turned out really cute. read more

The best business to work with EVER! Marshall and Lisa are great! From the start, extremely prompt response to my initial inquiry. Then, sent the info for products for me to choose from. They suggested a design change, for the better. Great quality product (canvas tote). Speedy production/delivery time. Overdelivered on their delivery date estimate by almost a full week. Shipping cost very reasonable. What could be better? Highly recommend! If I have any projects in the future, I will be back! THIS IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more

Excellent customer service! Marshall has thorough follow through. He is incredibly knowledgeable of his craft and can also provide good referrals if Century Graphics is choosing to pass on a project. I had a great experience with Century Graphics! read more

Thank you Marshall for the fast, friendly and excellent customer service! We got our team shirts on time and the print/ design is on point! The only downside was that I ordered the sizes not taking into account "unisex" sizes so the shirts do run a little big for the girls but fit great on the guys- which is my fault. Nonetheless I definitely recommend this place! Everyone is very professional and upfront on the costs and expected completion time. read more

I had a last-minute emergency on a Friday morning and Century Graphics saved the day! I left a voicemail and Marshall got back to me within 10 minutes. I needed ~50 shirts screen printed for a Monday morning event and Marshall, along with his team, went out of their way to find shirts and a creative solution to get me what I needed. Plus, they were reasonably priced! I had another vendor quote me for the same thing and their price was double. Marshall provided absolutely incredible service and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again for your help! read more

Excellent quality and service! I have tried 3 different printing services for apparel prints, none of them turned out great. So grateful that I found Century Graphics. Marshall and his team are truly life savers! I needed a logo printing on a small amount of aprons. Marshall returned my call quickly and helped me figure it all out. It took only 4 days from start to finish with additional changes, such a fast turn around time! Also, I was very impressed how much attention to details and quality printing they did to my aprons. Added another 5 stars for the no stress experience. I will definitely use their service again and recommend to all people I know. read more

I had been using a promotional products company in Nevada for the past 3 years and decided this holiday season, I would source locally. I reached out to 3 screenprint vendors for pricing. I received high pricing and repeated sales calls to sign from one, incomplete pricing, and no follow-up from another. But, Century Graphics was different. I worked with Ruby who was extremely responsive and helpful. I went by the shop to meet with her, show her our artwork, and order sample teeshirts for my order. From start to finish the entire process was great. Ruby was very prompt in responding and providing updates. I highly recommend Century Graphics for screenprinting. Their finished products are phenomenal, far superior to what I've been getting from the promo house. Ruby and Marshall are the BEST! read more

Up against a deadline and dealing with a non-responsive vendor, I turned to CG and they turned out 60 beautiful shirts for me in a week, including over a weekend! Marshall and Ruby are easy to work with and very professional. Highly recommend and I will be back for my next project. read more

5-star rating for excellent customer service. I went to Yelp and clicked on the 'Request a Quote' for printing services...didn't realize Century Graphics did bigger print jobs but all I needed was a small order..I've contacted companies before and they either don't respond because they're just...well rude or it's not worth their time! Marshall was quick to respond and even made a recommendation of another business who did smaller jobs...that alone I appreciate vs me waiting *crickets* (time passing) *crickets* to hear back. Very telling how they run their business. Sheesh...Makes me wish I had a big printing job...time to be creative and think of some self promoting shirt to give out to friends for the holidays! Yay! read more

If your business is looking for high quality custom apparel printing services Century Graphics is the best. I worked with Ruby on my order of custom T-shirts and safety vests. Ruby walked me through the process, graphics and pricing. Best of all Ruby has the artistic talent to design your custom printing. I am so pleased to have found Century Graphics and Ruby. read more

Very fast response time, though sometimes Ruby is very to-the-point in her emails. I quoted a competitor with lower prices and they immediately matched it. We made a huge order that had various numbers of all sizes going to 31 different locations and they packed and shipped all the boxes, only charging us for the shipping cost, which was a HUGE convenience and time saver for us. Ruby was very flexible with the design as well, making sure to make mock-ups and get a good image to make it exactly what we wanted. We wanted to keep our shirts one-sided but had a logo that wrapped around the side; she was able to do that by moving the silkscreen over the side of the shirt and it looks amazing - we love them! read more

I wouldn't go anywhere else for custom apparel printing. Marshall quickly turned around a quote, kept me in the loop with the process and estimated completion date. I added 60% more inventory to my order half-way through which he effortlessly accommodated. I spoke with the designer who was just as diligent. AND the order was ready early. Unheard of! When I picked up from the building in Sunnyvale, each person there greeted me, helped me get the boxes loaded, and paid for within 10 minutes. CG made my sweatshirt order so easy and efficient. I will continue to refer them left and right, as well as come back for more orders. Thanks again! read more

This review is a bit overdue, but I have to say working with Marshall and his team at Century Graphics was the most professional and efficient experience. Marshall was attentive with emails and answered all my questions. We ended up with some fantastic shirts (great quality material). I highly recommend Century Graphics! read more

I had a very last minute project and Marshall was very quick to get back to me with prices which was great cause it was so last minute. I wasn't able to drop off the items on time and they were kind enough to stay for a while longer until I did drop off and pick up my orders late which was greatly appreciated it goes to show the genuine care for customer service. Screen prints came out better than expected and on time for a great price will definitely come back again for future projects. read more

I've been a customer of Marshall's for over 5 years. He's done work for me on behalf of my children's schools (spirit wear and band uniforms) and also for our local Little League uniforms and coach wear. I have nothing but good things to say about Marshall and his team at Century Graphics. He turns around quotes quickly, and always delivers high-quality work on time. He goes out of his way to help me understand the highest-quality and most economical way to get a job done, and he always delivers. His people have also helped us with graphic design and we've been very happy with that work too. I highly recommend Century Graphics! read more

I'm on staff in a student dorm and we just received our end-of-year hoodies from CG. All in all it was a great experience. They had the very specific American Apparel hoodies that we wanted and Ruby was very flexible with the design, sending us multiple mockups when we wanted to tweak the design a bit. We had one mishap where we were only given half our order and we didn't realize it until we got back to campus late at night. We resolved to call in the morning but Marshall beat us to it, owned up to the mistake and then offered to have the sweaters delivered to us within a couple of hours free of cost. Super great customer service. I would definitely go back to CG for my printing needs. read more

As a Stanford student, there is usually a need to create some shirt/jacket/etc for the dorm or for clubs. I have found myself turning to Century Graphics because they hit all my points: -patient with me because they work with me until I love my design (because I have no design skills whatsoever) -flexible and really take your individual needs into account -speedy! they were able to make my orders happen within the timeframe I needed, unlike other printing services -great quality and very professional looking designs -great customer service (yes, they actually pick up the phone on the first ring and they respond FAST to all your emails). and they are consistently very nice/helpful and open with their communications. They have a TON of options in terms of apparel catalogs (way more than customink) and I also love the fact that they are local. I have worked with Evelyn and Marshall, both of whom are really capable. CG is friendly, makes me want to be a returning customer, and has made my student groups and dorms very happy. read more

As part of a student group at Stanford, we worked with Century Graphics multiple times throughout the year. To be honest, their customer service & business was stellar from the very beginning. Marshall responds to e-mails within 30 minutes and before you know it any design you have is ready to go. Ruby, a design specialist, is very quick to respond as well and is happy to make as many mock-ups and tweaks as necessary in order to get you the perfect design. In addition to the incredible customer service, Century Graphics is very accommodating when it comes to last-minute orders. On multiple occasions, we ended up needing extra tanks in a particular size, and they were amazingly responsive and would get them to us with an unbelievable turn-around time. I could not be more thrilled to have worked with Century Graphics and look forward to the tanks we make next year! read more

This is my first review on Yelp, but I use these reviews often and have been so impressed with the quality, price, turnaround and people at Century Graphics that I had to post. I've been using this company for over 10 years and they have followed me from HP, to start-ups to shirts for my kids school events and most recently Amazon.com. I've ordered screen printed, embroidery and tradeshow giveaways i.e. coffee mugs, nerf footballs, hats etc. They have been great to get new samples and the latest giveaways. The design team is amazingly talented. I usually go in with an idea and they come back with a couple options to choose. I'm currently in Seattle which has worked to my benefit as I'm able to get the products tax free. I also use them for my annual kayaking trip that runs around only 10 people. Same great service if the order is large or small. read more

I've been looking for a place to order transfer lettering/numbers for an anniversary gift. Not an easy task, I guess custom screen printing is the "in" thing. Found a place online Spot98 not bad prices till you add shipping and tax, not to mention 10-21 days estimated arrival date. Oh yes you can pay more to get it sooner!! No thanks! Called several places, found one place in the mall for $20 per shirt...7- 2" letters and 2-8" numbers! Decided to keep looking and that's when I found Century Graphics!! Spoke with Marshall, such a nice guy and very helpful. Yes they do vinyl lettering!!! Told him what I needed and quoted me a fantastic price $12 per shirt, I had to ask him twice just to make sure! He asked what was on the front of the shirt, I told him it was an SF Giants World Series t-shirt and he said he would screen print my aunt and uncle's name + the number 55 (years they've been married) for the same price to make sure the color matched the front design!! He has made this gift extra special for the aunt and uncle they will love it!! Thank you Marshall, I'm coming by to drop off my shirts!!! read more

From the customer service, to the price, to the efficiency- this is nothing but a five star business. I worked with Lisa, who was incredibly easy to communicate with and delivered exactly what I was looking for AND finished ahead of schedule. This was the easiest t-shirt order I've ever done, and also didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of price wise. 10/10 will order again. read more

Honestly the best service I could've asked for, I ordered a dozen shirts and out of all the quotes I received I was best taken care of by century Graphics. Marshall was polite and very accommodating with everything needed to go ahead with my order and very fast at responding, once all was confirmed I got my shirts in and they look PERFECT. Everything about century Graphics was perfect and professional. read more

Just ordered shirts for a college research group - I am very satisfied with the ordering and payment experience, and the final product. Ruby was great over the phone. She took down info for two credit cards and the amounts as we wanted to split them down to the penny. I didn't have to repeat anything and she split the charge exactly as we wanted. I found everyone I spoke to on the phone competent and helpful. I found it easier to communicate over the phone than via email, however the work orders were always meticulously filled out and Ruby verified every detail. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The prices were very reasonable and Ruby was able to direct me to websites that showed exactly the t-shirts we could expect and there were helpful size charts and other info. read more
