Very fast response time, though sometimes Ruby is very to-the-point in her emails. I quoted a competitor with lower prices and they immediately matched it. We made a huge order that had various numbers of all sizes going to 31 different locations and they packed and shipped all the boxes, only charging us for the shipping cost, which was a HUGE convenience and time saver for us. Ruby was very flexible with the design as well, making sure to make mock-ups and get a good image to make it exactly what we wanted. We wanted to keep our shirts one-sided but had a logo that wrapped around the side; she was able to do that by moving the silkscreen over the side of the shirt and it looks amazing - we love them! read more

They had the very specific American Apparel hoodies that we wanted and Ruby was very flexible with the design, sending us multiple mockups when we wanted to tweak the design a bit. I've been using this company for over 10 years and they have followed me from HP, to start-ups to shirts for my kids school events and most recently Amazon.com. I've ordered screen printed, embroidery and tradeshow giveaways i.e. coffee mugs, nerf footballs, hats etc. They have been great to get new samples and the latest giveaways. She took down info for two credit cards and the amounts as we wanted to split them down to the penny. I didn't have to repeat anything and she split the charge exactly as we wanted.
