Either it was sent to the wrong address, never sent or left on the floor of my apartment lobby. 600 mile journey to me and the delivery person couldn't walk an extra 10 feet to drop at my door or put it in he mailbox? Can't get thru the online only system, which alternates between delivered 6/7 or your item number is not valid. I called the provided number and it kicks you back to the useless email cycle. I'm going to drop one star off because I finally received my shirts and went through them! They did a great job getting me precisely what I ordered -- as far as the right number of shirts and corresponding sizes. However, I specifically mentioned that I wanted these shirts to be loose and not too fitted. The ladies shirts in particular look like they're for little babies! I'm wearing a Large right now and it fits like a Small. I can get away with it, but our tiny people and larger people will most definitely have problems. I ordered the Gildan Soft Style Tees. Something to consider when ordering. It wouldn't be as big of a deal had I not specified that I wanted loose shirts.
