They have a good hefty team, but Dillon was the one that helped me through getting my father's memorial crewnecks printed in one whole day. They sent all the details after we sent over our quantity, sizes, crewneck choice. I was having anxiety on whether they would get this done in time, but even when there was a small defect on 2 of the crewnecks with the ink smudging on another spot on the product, they were STILL ABLE to get a replacement at another facility and get them to me before they closed for the day. Dillon was very accommodating to every change to our order, patient and understanding with all the questions I had. Talk about customer service. Felt more like a brother and for that, I am thankful for you and your team to get these crewnecks to my family in time for my fathers memorial. I really appreciated that since I've visited multiple print shops and was given the cold shoulder because I only had a single print job, and perhaps the design didn't align with their beliefs. At this shop, I received respect and was treated like any another customer. I brought in a sweatshirt from H&M, and wanted to have a gift made for my brothers birthday, and it was his art that we used. Celina went out of her way to help me. I wanted to make a custom shirt for an upcoming music festival with my friends. I was tired of the iron-on shirts from Michaels, so I searched on Yelp for t-shirt printing companies. After a mass amount of emails sent, Krucial replied with the most reasonable price. Most places don't make small orders under 25 shirts, but Krucial Printing is very accommodating! I went to the office to discuss more detail about the t-shirt. (I was surprised that their office was so close to my house!) They had a lot of different shirt options available. I saw their sample printed shirts and thought it was well made. Kevin made me a mock t-shirt picture, so I could show it to my friends before they bought it.
